This is an update to address Todd. These responses to reviews asking to call isn't helpful so please just read the reviews and take initiative to do something about it. I've been explicit on what was wrong this trip so just improve or fix it. "Chicken strips were a bit hard and cold this trip" Make it fresh and not overcook it or serve cold chicken strips. "Also way too much ice in my soft drink which left me with at most a cup of actual drink" The ice to drink ratio needs to actually taste like the drink and less like the ice/water. "The lady taking my order could've been more motivated. Just felt like she wanted to be anywhere but there." Hire workers who actually exude customer service. I'm not asking for over-the-top bubbly but at least act like you're serving me instead of the other way around. You take my money willingly so you must be getting something right. read more

I've been hanging out with various sets of descendants today, Millenials and younger, and as a result, eating horribly all day. This is the last stop today to appease the finicky chicken strip-only eater. However,I must admit, Raising canes has it down to a science. Limited and focused menu done right. Went through the drive-thru today, and TRIED placing my order at the menu. I place the same order every time I go here. The kid on the mic interrupted me twice in mid sentence, because let's face it, this is a fast-paced business and nobody cares about customer service anymore. It's all about pushing people through. I always order extra toast in place of the coleslaw. I got to "extra toast" TWICE, before being interrupted both times. Then he repeated my order to me, and mentioned extra toast, and I just let it slide, until I got to the window. He actually charged me for the extra toast, all because he wouldn't let me get my order out. I told him to cancel my order and drove through, and told him to listen to people and stop interrupting them! I get that it's not a huge deal, but really rubbed me the wrong way. Listen to people and let them finish before pushing your "anything else" agenda! read more

I went through the drive-through with my wife and my 2025 new outback wilderness with 3000 miles on we asked for a jug of sweet tea which we've done many times. They generally will fill that jug out. They'll seal it then they'll double bag it in the cheap flimsy plastic bags that they are able to get you know 1000 for five dollars. They hand me the jug through the window and I carefully hand it to my wife I drive out of the drive-through. My wife says this is leaking all over me. I have to wait at the light because I've already turned on the street and cars are coming at me before I can get back into their parking lot. Took about a minute I had to run around to the side of the car and get the jug from my wife. She was soaked my brand new car seat was soaked with sweet tea, sugary sweet tea. I contacted raising Cane. They contacted me and said that they could not do anything on the local level that they would pass it on to corporate corporate pass to some hook insurance company, and after they reviewed the video footage from overhead of their employees, they said that there was nothing wrong with that jug, and that once it was in my possession, it was my problem well, that really wasn't the case with some other restaurants around town in the past. I gave them an estimate for replacement of seat cover because of the sugar I have sensors and I've also got a seat. The response back from the interest adjuster was that they were not at fault and it was my problem. I'm curious what I could've done to that bag into that jug of tea to make it leak from the jug to the bag to my wife's lap to my seat by handing it to my wife, I certainly didn't puncture it so that I could soak my wife in my brand new car in sweet tea, but they refuse to to cover this problem. I would suggest not doing any business with them because they will not not take care of you if they do something wrong their high school student Tea fillers and they're cheap bags aren't a reason for me to be held responsible for something that their product did to my car. So I will have to pay the $700 for my dealership to replace that seat cushion to protect my car from catching on fire because the sugar that leaked down into the lining of the seat cover and raising Cane's could care less that they did this to my car Shame on you raising Cane's. I'll be passing this review onto many other reviewers as well. read more

Sigh...I should have posted this a long time ago - and stopped patronizing this particular location. However, today was the last straw! 1 out of 3 times when we go to this particular store they mess up our order! We live only 3 minutes from this location...but I will not give them any more of my money. About a month ago, the young lady at the first window was talking so fast (in a rude way really). My husband asked her to slow down...she didn't! On 9/12, my cole slaw was not in my Box Combo, even though I ordered the Box Combo on purpose to get the cole slaw. Today, my son went and got a Caniac Combo and a 3 Finger Combo. He asked for an extra sauce and an additional french fries...neither were in the bag/boxes. I'M DONE! Really great customer service!! My kiddos wanted Cane's for lunch today, specifically for their Texas toast. I placed a curbside order at the location on 15th St, but when they brought out my order they told me their toaster wasn't working, so we sadly left without the Texas toast. My kids were really looking forward to it so I decided to drive to this location on K Ave. I explained the situation to the staff at the register and asked if they were able to give me the toast in exchange for the free box combo gift card the location on 15th St gave me. The man working the front (I wish I had gotten his name) was so kind and understanding. He told me to keep the gift card and he'll still give us the toast. I'm very grateful and my kids were so happy to eat their Texas toast! read more

This is my fourth time coming through this drive-thru around 8-9pm. We usually order 5 tenders between an adult and a child, and every time we're told to 'pull up to the patio.' Tonight, I watched 4 cars go through and get their food, but it took over 12 minutes for them to bring out a 3 Finger Combo and a kids' meal. This isn't the first time--it happens repeatedly! Last time before today's visit I drove through this location and ordered some food and the box combo was one of them, I was thinking about ordering extra toast but decided not to, to the food to my home and they didn't give me the toast that suppose to come with the box combo. That made me very upset and ruined my entire day. To people working in cane's you have to put your customers in the top, so we can put you in the top of our choices. Raising Canes quality has really gone downhill in regards to customer service. Ordered a box dinner with no slaw and extra fries and another order of fries for us to split. Go home and fries are way overdone almost burnt but yet they serve them to customers who have no choice to see their food until they get home since they don't allow dine in. What a waste of money. This place is good. They only make chicken fingers and chicken finger sandwiches so keep that in mind. The sauce here is what really makes it. They have a very tangy delicious dipping sauce for the fingers. You also get some kind of Texas toast with every meal which I found enjoyable. I had never been here before, as i have recently just moved to Texas from Connecticut. For a fast food place I would say it is good, the food is fresh and tasty. The people at the window were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy their job and their coworkers. If you want some chicken fingers I would say give it a try. read more

We went trough the drive threw and ordered two 3 piece box lunches. The line moved fast. When we got to the second window we were handed the wrong beverages. We repeated our order and were handed two more beverages. After we were back on the road I discovered my UNSWEETENED Tea was SWEET tea. I can't have sugar so I had to eat my meal with nothing to drink. When you only offer drive through accuracy should be top priority. read more

I personally am a huge raising cane's fan. I have ate at other locations hundreds of times of times in my life before. My first time was on Monday, August 7th 2017 and it will be my last at this location. First off, the size of the chicken fingers were half the size of every other location I've ever ate at. Secondly, the only item that was not cold was the fries, both pieces of toast and all of the tiny chicken fingers were all cold. I am going to list pros and cons compared to a similar chicken finger restaurant which we will call Brand L Pros of Raising Cane's compared to Brand L 1. Their chicken fingers are better than Brand L. I think Brand L overcooks theirs. 2. They have cole slaw. Brand L has potato salad which I dislike-I dislike all potato salad. I'm not picking on Brand L's specifically . Cons of Raising Cane's compared to Brand L 1. Brand L's secret sauce is similar but slightly better. 2. Brand L's Texas Toast is much better than Raising Cane's. Raising Cane's toast tastes like the butter flew over and a few drops hit the toast. Brand L's toast-you can actually taste the butter. 3. Brand L has shakes. So if your main reason to go is the chicken, pick Raising Cane's. If you want almost as good chicken, better sauce, and shakes, pick Brand L. read more

Won't be back. 6/12/2020 - I went back today because for some reason my kids like their chicken and we were in that area. Waited in drive-thru for about 15 minutes. We get to order speaker. Nothing. Hello? Hello? We wait several minutes and cars start to honk behind me. So, maybe you order at the first window (?) As soon as I pull up I hear her say something. Get to the window and sit. FINALLY, she asks - "did you order?" No you wouldn't answer. Can I order here? No. You have to get back in line and go around again "it" won't let me take your order. What? You are kidding me! No "it" won't let me. You have to go get back in line. But you didn't answer? Shrug. Line was even longer than when we got there. The WORST. Other locations are okay. I ask for a cup holder & she asked "don't you have one in your car", she gives me one anyway, however it's leaking & I request a new one & she gives me an attitude. I honestly don't understand the obsession with this place. The chicken tenders are pretty good if they are not shriveled and small but that is about it. The batter is unique and almost cornflake like. Their fries are nothing special and get bad fast, their sauce is overly salty, the bread is Just garlic bread. I get the place is popular with the young crowd, but to me there is just nothing unique about it. I know it's supposed to be simple but when all the sides are so basic and boring it doesn't matter how good the tenders are.
