I can always count on Chick-fil-A for great service, friendly faces, and a fresh hot meal! Today's visit didn't disappoint. I was actually surprised because I didn't order via the app and it was between 5:30 and 6:30pm and the line wasn't out the door or wrapped around the corner. I was able to walk right up and order which was great because it's "road trip" time for me and my bestie! This is one of the biggest Chick-fil-A's in the area. It was very clean inside and out. There's *PERFUME/COLOGNE* allll over my food bag & drink cups from Drive Thru. Every time I go through afternoon-night, makes me nauseated I can't even take a sip without the overwhelming smell of cologne or perfume. Last time it was so strong it triggered a migraine. Like is there no self awareness of this? Do coworkers or customers not complain?? I'm sure others have issue trying to eat or drink and get hit with a wave of stinky cologne or perfume or fragranced hand sanitizer smell. Yuck!!!!!!!! read more

I appreciated all the friendly staff, the clean enviro & diverse personnel at this location! I felt genuinely welcomed, it was nice to be among people of all ages, & hand sanitizer being readily available was nice too. I don't eat fast food much, but this chain & this particular location is always a solid bet for fresh food at reasonable price. read more

Brand new. They got smart and located a much larger building with wider double lane drive through on a large corner lot with two road ingress/ egress! Unsanitary! First mistake a couple of weeks ago they had bagged my order wrong. They gave it to the car in front of me and tried to just give it back to me after someone else went through it to realize it was wrong. I told them I wasn't taking the order and they seemed mad that I noticed. They took the food to the back and made me a "fresh" order. Probably just put the same sandwich in a different box. Second mistake was today. While pouring my drink I was paying close attention to see what else they try to get away with. The cashier dropped a piece of a straw wrapper in my drink and took it out with his bare fingers and tried to just carry on and put a lid on. I told him to pour me a new drink. I hesitated on writing a review after the first mistake but after this it's unacceptable. read more

Stopped by the recently opened new store for this long-time location. Chick-fil-A moved across the street and now has much more space, particularly in the parking lot. It's still a little confusing with potential for traffic jams if you pull in from Accent. But compared to before it's terrific. Staff is still great and helpful and the food is CFA awesome. All in all, a great experience! read more

Employees must not be paid enough to care about sales and service at this location. I wanted to try the new spicy pimento cheese sandwich and a side salad, but after the clerk described the salad as "ONLY lettuce and tomato ... you really want that?" Due to her unappetizing description, I said never mind; I'll just have the pimento chicken sandwich. However, the type of sandwich didn't stay in the moron's mind, and I ended up home with a plain chicken sandwich not a new one. I know they put something in that chicken because I always want it. I could literally eat it every day... well except Sunday because that's for Jesus' body bread and blood juice. Oh how I love sweet baby Jesus he's our savior for letting us have this heavenly chicken and sweet baby Jesus brought us this chicken from heaven. This location has always messed up our order every single time. Yesterday, I ordered a kids meal through the drive thru. I asked the guy twice to make sure it's a kids meal. I get to the window, and of course, it's not a kids meal. The guy rectified it by giving me another 5ct nugget, but that's not the point. I wasn't given any sauce on top of it. The drive thru guy didn't seem to care as he just clearly told me what I wanted to hear after I tried to clarify the order several times. Every single time this location fails me one way or another. Drive thru experience was 8/10. Person taking my order wasn't very cheerful or friendly like the usual employees at Chick-fil-A are but the person handing me my order at the window was very upbeat and friendly. The food was 4/10- the fries tasted very old or double fried. My spicy chicken patty was broken in half so when I picked up my sandwich half of the chicken patty fell on the floor. The other chicken patty tasted gamey. They gave us water instead of sprite, there was no carbonation, no syrup- it was water. The nuggets were old and dry too.. seems like all the food was cooked well over an hour ago. read more

I like this location all except for the LONG lines. It really doesn't matter what time you show up, the drive thru line always seems to wrap around the building even if you show up at 1:30 in the afternoon thinking you've beat the lunch rush. Wrong. What's worse is when you place a mobile order and pull up in the curb side pick up and they're too busy to bring out your order (after you've patiently sat in your car waiting for 10 minutes), and end up having to go into the store to ask for your order. What's the point of having curbside pick up if they're too busy or understaffed to bring out your food???? read more

On Friday's I've started to open up my app to see if there is a reward for a free item. The past two Friday's I haven't been disappointed. This morning, the free reward was 4 chicken minis. Thankfully, the line actually wasn't too long when I got there this morning a little after 8am. I ordered the minis with hashbrowns and a vanilla iced coffee. It was easy to redeem the free minis using the app; just let them scan! The person at the window was also friendly. Everything I ordered was in the bag when I got to work and tasted great. I mean, it's CFA. How could anything be bad, right? Food was good, prices typical, speedy, as usual. We were there today - Thursday - around 6:45, and were surprised at how few customers were inside. No wait for us at all, as the manager came to the second register to check us out. While nice, the guy needs to chill a bit. He seemed to be all over the place and a little spazzy. Nice, but spazzy. There are three things consistent with this location. 1. If you go through the drive through, you will drive away without everything you paid for. 2. Your food will be precooked. 3. The fried chicken will wreak havoc on your stomach. So if you like to eat and then not have a drink, this is the place for you. If you like soggy fries and crunchy chicken, give it a shot. If you just feel like some food cooked in old grease followed by a strong punch in the gut, stop on in! read more

I'm giving this an extra star because of how friendly some of the employees are here. However this chick-fil-a isn't the freshest when it comes to their food. Almost every time the fries are cold and stale. Very inconsistent when it comes to the quality of their food. The only reason I come to this location is because it's the closest to me. Every time I finish eating I feel like I wasted my money on a meal that wasn't even that great. Feeling like I should've gone somewhere else. This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. My husband and I have visited probably 5 times in the last 6 months and they have messed up our order every single time. No one is polite or friendly at this restaurant (very strange for Chick-fil-A) and no one says "My pleasure" either. Isn't that required? This is definitely the most unfriendly Chick-fil-A I have ever been to for breakfast. I go through the drive-through proximately twice a week and they never say good morning. They never greet me when I get to the window they just read back the main item on my order, not even the full order. They close the window in between waiting for items, no discussion, no how was your day, and they are very abrupt. Half of the reason that I go to Chick-fil-A instead of another restaurant is so that I get a friendly face in the morning and that definitely does not have any here. I gave them two stars because the egg white grill is delicious and the fruit cup is always amazing. read more

This establishment is definitely the WORST that I've ever visited. The drive thru workers are always impatient and when I drive to the actual window they are either on their phones or horse-playing. Tonight when I visited the young man on the intercom couldn't hear me well, and instead of asking me nicely to repeat my last words, he rudely EXCLAIMED WHAT DO YOU WANT?!? Also, don't expect to get pickles on your sandwich nor you buns toasted like other Chick-fil-A's. I'd hate to be rude but the service is easily matched to any fast food chain with a dollar menu. read more

While in Plano today I decided to order at this particular location which I rarely do. This is by far the WORSE chik fil a in the DFW I have been to in a long time. Not only did they overcharge me but they said I had no rewards which I shown clearly on the app to the guy (Richard) at the window. Went here for take out. Kudos to the staff here!!! Service they provide is awesome. Went around 9:10pm on Saturday, cashier was smiling face and what I over heard him talking to some regular customers he was about to finish gus full shift, that much enthusiasm and energy at hast food joint is awesome!!! Same experience wirh the person who came to hand me over my oder. Definitely recomend this place. read more

I like their Thai salad, which has cucumber slices, shredded carrots, romaine lettuce, and red cabbage. They are all very fresh. The dressing is actually what I like the most. It's peanuty, spicy but not too strong, with a subtle tangy and sour note. For my protein option, I've tried their chicken and tofu. The chicken is fine. I like the tofu better though, which is moist, tender, and savory. They also offer seasonal lemonade drink. I've had their cucumber mint lemonade, which is super refreshing especially on a hot Texas summer day! The service is fast. I was there one time during the peak lunch hour. The vehicle line was long, but it moved pretty quick. Give it a try if you want a quality salad at a great price!

It was a Tuesday night, yet the restaurant was completely packed all the way through closing at 11 pm. We instantly knew that we picked the right place if it was this busy on a random weekday. Everything we ordered was incredible. The entire menu is halal. The beef kebab was tender and full of flavor, the chicken kebab was perfectly cooked, and the steak was just as good. But the real standout for us was the baklava. It's made in-house and served fresh and warm with ice cream, and honestly, I still crave it to this day. We ended up coming back several times during our two-month stay in Texas, and every visit was just as good as the first. I can't wait to try this again the next time I'm in Dallas!

First off, service was super attentive the whole night, even when the restaurant started getting pretty busy during the dinner rush. We were served complementary salad, dip, and bread and our water cups never ran dry! The bread was also super fresh and warm and fluffy, which paired perfectly with the hummus and other dishes we ordered. My favorite savory bite of the night was definitely the cag kebab. The lamb was so tender and not gamey at all, and the meat was also grilled to order! It ended up more medium than the medium rare we asked for but still super delicious. I enjoyed eating it as a wrap with the flatbread, and the accompanying onions and tomatoes were super refreshing. The chicken kabob was dry for our tastes and the fries weren't super crispy, but we really loved the savory rice on the side. And the big surprise of the night was how much we all enjoyed the beef iskender! It came in this great tomato sauce that paired well with the cup of yogurt that came on the side. We finished with a couple of desserts that were both delicious and not too sweet. Complementary black tea came out first with sugar cubes for sweetening, and then we got the rice pudding and the Turkish custard. The rice pudding was creamy but not too heavy, and the Turkish custard was super thick and really delicious. I'd never had this dish before but we all agreed we would definitely order it again. Really excellent meal here and I think we were one of only two tables that weren't of Persian descent in the restaurant, which speaks for the satisfying nature of the food. Looking forward to coming back to try other things on the menu, and for the cag kebab!
