Burger King has been around longer than I have breathed. They have always been known for owning up to the Famous Whopper. They have had good customer service and well made fast food. They became a huge world sensation in fast food franchising, burgers and specialty burgers. They've made some special marks on human kind. So WHAT I don't understand is how come they have stooped so incredibly low. I decided to swing in for a legendary whopper with cheese. I ordered the meal, because I longed for complete satisfaction. However, from beginning to end, the whole experience ruined my thoughts and belief in Burger King and what I though they stood for. The young man who took my order lacked any and all moral ethic and manners. Not a single please or thank you in return or initially. It was basically a get the order, collect the payment, give the order and whomever is from them the hell out. My order ended up being incorrect. Like I mentioned, I ordered a meal. Did I get the meal initially?? No! I got the sandwich and the drink, but the fries where missing. It's a good thing that I was so hungry that I decided to reach for some fries before leaving the entire drive through. Once I discovered that they were not there, I quickly backed back up to the drive thru window and expressed the issue to the young man working the window. He didn't even express an apology for the mistake. He just took the bag and got the fries placed. He barely made eye contact and barely spoke. Customer service is a verbally communicative job. Regardless of the type of customer service you service. I'm still in to the lack of care shown. Once my order was fixed, I took to leaving and heading to my final destination. I then proceeded to pull out the whopper, which was not freshly made. It was lukewarm. Which can not be safe in regards to food handling. I'm sure there's a violation just waiting to happen. The fries where pipping hot, but a little too salty. While my food was still edible, despite my concern for the temperature. I was able to be minimally satisfied. Burger King, I really hope you have future plans to make things better. By all means, if McDonalds is more appealing these days compared to you. At least there I get decent customer service and the likelihood of a messed up order is very slim to none. It's time for a come back and to clean up. I have been coming here for quite a while but have done a piss poor job at checking in on Yelp. The past couple of months have really pushed me away from this place. Constantly dirty tables, rare in the morning but especially in the evenings. Today every table is filthy, floors are filthy, garbages are full with garbage and trays not picked up. On my most recent visit with my family, I paid in cash instead of my usual debit card transaction. Our order came to something like $20.22. I paid with a $20 dollar bill and a $1 dollar bill.
