This is our favorite burger place. The burgers are flavorful. We love the special and the options to add to it. The sweet potato fries are great. We have only ordered to go and the orders are always ready or just being boxed up when we get there. We got some for visiting family and they are hoping Wulf opens one in Tulsa. read more

They get two stars for the French fries only. The restaurant is bright red and white and a bit overwhelming. You order from a kiosk and tip up front (hate that). The burger is one of the worst I have eaten. There was a funky odor to it as I unwrapped it which I came to experience it was the pickles...awful, I removed the remainder of them. I would suggest anyone look past the reviews about the decor in the ambience. I kinda got the vibe immediately. It's not a place that you sit in linger, but I like the color I like the color scheme and I like the lighting. I have pretty much enjoyed the experience. Then when I got the food, I did read the reviews and I was a bit nervous but after getting my burger and fries, I'm definitely coming back. I love the truffle aïoli and I love whatever that wolf sauce is. I will definitely be back. The service was unique. Been hungry for a good hamburger I make a really good one but it's too hot to cook so I decided to check out this Wulf burgers. Plano Location. My review. 130 pm, Sunday Walked into a completely empty restaurant, one employee sitting back in the corner playing on her phone, don't expect a greeting or anything, you order at the kiosk, the kiosk didn't have the Sriracha mayonnaise so I had to talk to the employee using Google translate. A few minutes later, a second employee came in with his lunch. probably gets tired of eating hamburgers. He spoke a little bit of English and clarified my order with me and told me I could have some siracha mayonnaise. that option is not on the kiosk. I got the Wulf combo which is a hamburger on the red bun and french fries. Extra crispy with a side of Sriracha mayonnaise very good for dipping fries. So, be clear if I I'm ordering through a kiosk standing up. Sorry I am not going to tip. It's just not gonna happen. There is no service to speak of. they did bring me out my food with no napkins or anything so I had to go up and ask for napkins, the hamburger really was delicious the bun is super soft and smashable which I like, the fries were extra crispy like I asked The place feels like a kindergarten room and the way the tables are a little low and it's not extremely comfortable dining room, but it was clean and workable. I figured it would be packed since it is pretty new usually new places here are packed for the first two months or so to find an empty place was surprising. I was there about 45 minutes and I think four more customers came through. I agree with another review on Google. Please could use a little training on how to greet people and not just sit there and play with their phones. They are clearly not invested in the business, so I hope it makes it because the food really is tasty. Food five stars Service it's really self-service Ambience Three stars. It's self ordering at a kiosk, and then an employee gives you your order. Service: since it is self ordering, you don't interact with the staff a lot. The food came out pretty quick, and it tasted very fresh. Ambiance: the interior had good enough seating and it was very clean. Looked like a new location. Food: I got the wulf special burger, with the red bun. The bun is a very nice color, and if you're worried about tasting the beet flavoring, you cannot. I loved the meat quality in the burger. It was perfectly smashed and it was so juicy. It's a great burger for people who are picky with flavoring because this is a good simple smash burger. I would rate it a 8/10. The two guys cooking were not friendly and had a very strong accent that was impossible to understand. Everything about this place feels like it is owned and operated by AI. From the design of the website and restaurant, to the actual food itself, it's a strange and not so enjoyable experience. The Wulf Special burger comes with a bright red burger bun "infused with vibrant beef extract." The beef itself seems low quality due to its rubbery-ness and large amount of gristle. The flavors are nothing short of bizarre. Expect vast quantities of cheese, onions, garlic and for some reason, sugar? I'm a pretty adventurous eater, but I have to say these flavor combos did not work unless the result was to cause a mild nausea, in which case it succeeded. The regular fries which I ordered on the side were not cooked all the way through and also, believe it or not, were sweet as well. It felt as thought someone had asked ChatGPT: "create a restaurant that appeals to all the worst stereotypes of the American eater." Fatty, slathered in cheese, fried and loaded with sugar. If you're looking to raise that BMI and increase your chances for diabetes in one fell swoop look no further. There was no customer service with not even one word spoken between me and the worker. The place was hotter inside than it was outside with literally no A/C!!! After self ordering at the kiosk it asks for a tip!?! For what??? This place is overpriced for the most bare minimum experience it will have wondering why you even walked in. Unless you want the same post meal clarity I would avoid this place completely, and just go to Country Burger across the street.
