Okay, 3.5. Three-ish weeks ago, a solid 5. I'm not sure what happened, but they lost consistency. I eat here at minimum once a week because it's so close to my office. When I first started, it was always super hot, fresh, and full fries. All the sauces were there and the drinks tasted right. Like hitting all cylinders every time. The first thing I noticed was that my drink was flat and chemically. No biggie. One off. Then next time, the order (drive-thru) wasn't right. Plus noticing very skimpy fries and then nuggets as well the last 3 times I was there. It's just like everywhere else now, lol! The food is always good here and it's really close to us. We ordered a pick up order on Friday and when I walked in the tall white guy in a red shirt completely ignored me and actually walked out from behind the counter and walked right past me. It was my first time in this location . I went there last week Tuesday 09/24. It was 8:45pm when I arrived to that location. The cashier told me they will close the dining room in 15 minutes and that they will give me the order in a to go bag. I said it was ok and it would not take long for me to finish 3 chicken strips and regular fries. It was 8:57 pm and the shift manager( I guess) told me to that they will close the dining room in 3 minutes and I had to finish my dinner. I said that I will need no more than 5 minutes to finish it. She repeated that I only have 3 minutes, with not a good attitude and left. 9pm she came back saying that they have to close the dining room . I felt very annoyed and uncomfortable that she kept pushing me to leave. Restaurants allow you to stay as long as you want even if you got there minutes before they closed. I know this isn't a restaurant but I didn't ask for 30 or 15 minutes, I just needed 1-2 minutes. And worst part is that they weren't even going to close the whole place until 10pm because it was only 9pm. At other Chick-fil-A's they allow you to stay until 10pm without any problems. In addition to that , my food was ready right away but I think they gave me refried chicken that was sit there for a while because didn't taste as usual. It has been a minute since I ate at a Chick Fil A so decided to try out this new location for lunch. While they have a pretty big parking lot, I shouldn't have been surprised it was pretty packed right around noon. I saw some reviews mention tricky parking - the lanes are one-way and pretty big so guess thats a personal preference. I liked not having to battle cars going both ways as I tried to drive in/out of the parking lot lanes of a busy restaurant. The restaurant has some nice decorative touches inside - cool little freestanding counterstyle table in the middle with decorative lighting, and also a neat little counter to the side of register area where you could wait for your "to go" order. One suggestion would be to have some barstools in that area for people to sit as they wait? But I didn't have an especially long wait before my food came out , sooo .... And speaking of the food, havent eaten here in years so I don't remember - I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, and fries. My sandwich came with just the chicken breast on a bun!!!! No lettuce, tomatoes, condiments etc. So not sure if that is the CFA norm. Chicken itself was tasty (not spicy as I expected though), and the bread was soft. Wasn't bad. read more

I was extremely impressed by this particular Chick fil A as I arrived at lunch time and chose to attempt the drive thru rather than the parking lot. The cars moved extremely fast and the people I spoke to at the window were patient and kind. Even with a fake two-lane drive thru (merges into one lane after you order), they moved people through really quick. As with any drive thru when things move really quick I fear my order is incomplete or wrong, but it wasn't! They even remembered to include appropriate silverware, ketchup and the sauces I asked for. AND, bonus! I used my Chick fil A app and received a free side - thanks for the large fruit Chick fil A! First time at this location but it won't be my last! This was really a great Chick-fil-A experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by the friendly smiling face. Our order was taken quickly and before we had our change from the cashier another worker had put our order together and followed us to our seat to bring us our food. This Chick-fil-A located at 1400 renner Road at the corner of Renner and Plano Road is as good as Chick-fil-A gets. It was pleasant and not cold and sterile like mini Chick-fil-A locations. I came to ordera bowl of soup and a shake for The Wife and a sandwich for me and Madison took my order. I was ready to dip my credit card and I noticed she was punching in my order again. I was a bit confused and she took my payment, then she said, "I went ahead and put it in as a meal with the soup as your side; it'll be a little cheaper that way." The two girls working last night were apparently too busy chatting it up and were not in their assigned work stations at the drive thru. As such, ended up waiting 20 minutes inside thinking the drive thru was closed which I also thought was weird. On top of completely butchering my name when the order came out, ended up with the completely wrong order. How do you mistake chicken nuggets for southwestern salad? After asking 2x to confirm? Like seriously. Would be advantageous for management to provide training to the teenagers working the drive thru lane to get off their phone every now, accurately take customer orders, and wish their customers well. Ordered my food on the app for curbside Got the food, needed more dressing for my salad I honked the horn for someone to come out, no one came out but they saw me. Fine, no problem I go to the drive thru and there are 4 people there taking orders I assume. There's a car in front of me which someone was helping them. A truck pulls in after me and one ladies told him to pull around to the 2nd stall. Car in front of me pull off and I start to drive up, the same young lady goes to sit down. Lines are long as any other chick fil a, but something that surprised me was when you go inside, they have all the high chairs really clean with a kids menu and plastic bib. Never have I EVER in this history of me eating Chick-fil-A have I experienced a bad meal until the last two times I ordered at this location. My sandwich was over cooked and super crunch both times, and these visits were at least a week apart. Not to mention the last two times, cars were wrapped around the building and not moving. This location has a habit of allowing the car at the window to wait of their order is not ready and give everyone else their order. I know other locations do this as well, but I've never had to wait as long as I did today. I think I'm good on this location which is sad because it's right around the corner. read more

Super excited when I saw they were building a CFA super close to me but disappointed by the service. The restaurant is kind of tricky to get to, granted its a corner store but the entrances are super specific which is a hassle, it's like a maze trying to get into this place. They have 2 drive through lanes which is nice to make it goo faster but the people who take the order take forever to answer their microphone and often get the order wrong when repeating it back to you. In the morning they only have one lane open which is also annoying when the line is super long and you know people are going to work so taking 10 minutes to get your order isn't an option. The size of the restaurant is just like any CFA location, they do have a white play set for the kids which I thought was interesting considering white gets dirty easily. The drive throughs menu is very bright so things can be seen clearly plus when one of the lanes isn't open there is a red signal sign and a cone right infront of it. I really enjoy the CFA cones but when I ask for a large ice cream cone I would like a large ice cream cone not some lopsided about to fall off small ice cream cone. It seems silly that it s pet peeve of mine but when it comes down to business it the little things that matter. read more

I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-a, and this location is my new favorite! The employees are professional, friendly, and work fast. They also keep the restaurant clean, which is so important to me. I ordered my food at the drive-thru last week. (Sidebar..I have to mark my calendar for next year and remember that July 11 is Cow Appreciation Day). The manager at the window was so courteous. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in years, but when I used to eat there, I loved the biscuit sandwiches. Well, I have a new reason not to miss McDonald's biscuit sandwiches.
