I ordered a GrubHub order from here. Drink was missing, the 2 piece chicken with biscuit and mashed potatoes for $6 was a one piece old chicken where you can tell the oil hasn't been changed. The mashed potatoes were actually just gravy. The green beans were cold... The entire meal was trash and that's where it ended up. I would expect old oil at the end of the night but not at 3:30 PM. The poor girl behind the counter is sitting there with a red face slaving away for these people. I visited the KFC on Cotton Rd. in Surprise. Don't go. I got the 3pc chicken tender meal. The coating on the tenders was spicy. I got mashed potatoes with gravy, they were so, so salty, not eatable. I could have forgiven that if the food we did order was good. We ordered two chicken tenders meals, a chicken sandwich meal, Korean chicken nuggets meal and the chocolate cake. They forgot to give us our cake. I remembered before leaving. So that was good. We didn't get any sauces. The tenders were awful. They were stale and chewy. If I had eaten in the store I would have returned them. The fries also tasted like they were made awhile ago. My husband and I had sweet tea and we couldn't drink it. It was awful. Management really needs to step in and do some quality control. We won't be going to that KFC again. read more

Back in the day, we would always grab a bucket of KFC on Sunday and go to a Concert in the Park at Pollywog Park in Manhattan Beach, CA. I usually go with the 3 piece white (2 breasts, one wing) combo. - Close to the house! Literally, walking distance. Food is ready when ordered online for pickup, and the drive thru has not taken long either when I have done it that way. Bad - Service seems a bit lacking (aka young people working). Not cheery, and kind of just there (blank stares). Whatever though, I don't come here for the customer service. - Side dishes. I remember their potatoes and gravy being way better back in the day. Now its just pasty and not that good. Other chicken places have much better mashed potatoes and gravy. Also, the biscuits. They were "hard" 3 of the 4 times here. Just not good at all. Once again, other chicken places have way better biscuits. Overall, been pretty happy with this KFC. I will continue to come back for the original recipe chicken. I get a craving every now and then, and will continue to feed it. Wish their sides were a bit better, but the chicken outshines the blandness of the sides. Glad its nearby! read more

Ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. 6 bucks each or 9 for the meal. Medium fries came with the combos. The fry sleeves barely came the top of the cardboard. The frys that were in there were stale and hard. It's too bad because the seasoning seemed like it would taste great. The chicken sandwiches weren't too bad. Solid 3 out of 5. Also had issue with the drive through. Speaker is poor. Difficult ordering and hearing. Once at the window they took payment and asked me to drive around front. This location is extremely disrespectful. I had a job interview at 4pm today, I went in about 15 minutes early and was greeted by a girl after waiting for a couple minutes. I told her I had an interview and she gave me a cup and said I could get a drink. I got my drink and sat down and waited for about 40 minutes with no response from Austin who was supposed to be interviewing me. As I was waiting another girl came in for an interview at 4:30 pm and at this point I still had not gotten my interview.
