When I ordered a lot of food, half of my order was wrong and an item was missing. I must admit, they did take care of the messed-up wings pretty quickly, but they didn't give me my French fries to go with them. Once I noticed it, I went back in, and it was supposed to be a large fry. The guy went to the back and looked like he scraped the very bottom of the pan and threw whatever French fries they had left into this big container, which barely covered the bottom. This place was about empty at dinner time and now I know why. We got our drinks and then ordered an appetizer, even pointed to it on their happy hour flier that was at the end of the table by the server. and our meal. When the server brought it everything out, the appetizer didn't look like what we ordered but she dropped the stuff off and walked away. When the server brought the check, it had a 12.99 charge for it and when we told the server that it was supposed to be the one on the special the server said we need to talk to the manager. Every single wing was covered in multiple large feathers. Not one stray piece; several full feathers on every wing. It was completely inedible. When I brought it to the manager's (Daniel) attention, his response was: "Popeyes is just as bad." Wow. That tells me everything I need to know about the standards at Buffalo Wild Wings. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. waited forever to get our food. Wings were terrible-dried out and not edible. You would think a place that is famous for wings wouldn't have inedible wings but they were the WORST I have ever had. The meat evaporated from the overcooking so there was nothing to eat. Celery and carrots were old. Onion rings had a foreign onion ring that nobody could even identify in the basket (see picture). The waitress was putting her makeup on at a side table-which I'm pretty sure would not be allowed by the health department. I came to Buffalo Wild Wings with 9 other people in my party. We wete seated properly. There was about 4 other tables or about 30 people total in the restaurant, including the people at my table. The waitress took our order in about 5 mins of seating down. After a hour and fifteen minutes later we finally received our food from the kitchen. Dozens of vacant tables, yet no one being seated. What's the logic? The place reeked -- a mix of old grease, stale beer, and something unidentifiable that honestly made me want to walk right back out. Not exactly the "appetizer" we were expecting. God, BWW is such a hot mess. I gave it two stars instead of one because the cheese curds and pretzels were very good. The asian zing wings were tasty. The rest is a sh*tshow. If you've never been to a BWW before let me warn you; the volume on every one of their 50 TVs is turned up and on different channels, including some kind of boxing in which massive amounts of blood was spilled and I got freaked out when I accidentally saw it. It's an effing cacophany. The Wild sauce is probably the nastiest excuse for a sauce I've ever tasted. Everyone at my table agreed it was completely inedible. the person who ordered it has tried it before and liked it but it was made differently this time. It was basically a cayenne pepper paste. My friend's chicken wrap was only half edible (half eaten, half thrown away.) The fries were eaten because we were hungry but they tasted old and bad. The fried pickles had like 8 pickles for the whole appetizer which were mushy and shockingly thick-cut. The nachos had barely any toppings on them and looked worse than taco bell's. The chicken strips were somehow not good. Not sure how you mess that up at a chicken place. The trivia situation is abysmal. I got an email from BWW telling me about these great prizes for trivia; turns out you only get cool prizes for team trivia, which is on a different day than regular trivia, which is unclear in the email, website, and app. I had to read the terms and conditions to realize why I couldn't add a team on a saturday night. The servers don't know anything about the app which is obviously promoted heavily in advertisements. The prizes for regular trivia are laughably insignificant. The app also says different prizes are available than the website does.The winner in the whole restaurant gets nothing. The highest prize you can get is a free 6 piece wings if you win nationwide. The second highest prize is 200 points, enough to get you absolutely nothing in their rewards program. However, the prizes are actually nothing because the whole night we four people found it impossible to gain points in the app for doing any of the in-app tasks. The trivia check in was also glitchy and confusing. The questions were either way too easy or impossible. Essentially; don't come here for food or trivia or quality service. read more

After asking two different employees for napkins, I had to resort to getting my child paper towels from the restroom. The service was the worst I have seen in a long time and I am somewhat of a restaurant connoisseur. The place is always dirty and the food is more miss than hit. The silverware I received was dirty and management copped an attitude when I only wanted to bring several issues to their attention, thinking that it would be appreciated but got defense mechanisms in response, as if it was acceptable. My daughter, her friend and I went to BWW for lunch. We were next door at Sports Clips getting my daughters friend an haircut from Hannah who does a great job at her craft. It surly should me why my wife and I do not eat there more regularly. We ordered from the lunch portion of the menu. One would believe that alone would make it where things would go smoothly. They were not even busy at all. It took over one hour for this experience, it should be under 20 minutes from the time we ordered till the time we get the food. Again management & Owner need to get their shit together and stop giving excuses to the customers. Most people only get one hour for lunch so this would not even fit into a normal person's lunch routine. I don't see my family ever walking into this establishment again. We ordered 2 boneless wing lunch specials with fries and it took over 40 minutes for our food to come out. Our server, Dennis, never communicated with us why the food was taking so long or came back to the table to check on us. Poor communication, poor service, and below average food. We cleared our table and still waited 10 minutes to receive the check after that. Empty dining room on top of all of that, so no reason for such bad service. Without exaggeration, the worst dining experience I've had at any restaurant in my entire life. We had an 8-top, so I can understand that service might be slow, but this was unacceptable. We placed our order for drinks, it was about 20 minutes for 5 cocktails and 2 white claws. Someone else in our party waited over an hour for their drink and it was the wrong one. We placed our order for an entree and appetizer and waited an hour and 30 minutes for both to be brought out at the same time. The wings were ice cold. When we told our waitress that the wings were cold she replied, "yeah they've probably been sitting back there for a while." She left us to eat with no silverware at all. We flagged her down and asked for silverware. She came back with 4 forks for 8 people to use... We did not see our waitress again after that for close to an hour. We then saw her eating a brownie at the bar. One of our party members asks her if she's on break and if we can have our checks. She says that she's not on break and swipes the crumbs from her brownie on the ground. We then waited 30 total minutes for the bill and to pay. I wouldn't come back here if they paid me to. EDIT: There was a dirty table in our servers section that was dirty for well over an hour. I honestly don't even remember her cleaning it even after the manager told her to. We enjoy our visits here - it's a cool place, the servers are always friendly, and we do love our wings. The Mango Habanero wings are terrific; they really light my mouth up and make me sweat. Definitely one of my favorite wing sauces of all time. The wife is a fan of the Desert Heat dry rub and I agree with her, it's really good. And the kiddo is into mild. Yeah, I dunno, but she gets it every time, so it must be tasty, ha ha! There is a huge selection of food here, so don't get hung up on the wings. I've had the fish tacos and they were done very well, along with some of the appetizers like the fried pickles. Don't forget a veggie boat so you feel like you're being healthy, eh?
