Keep trying to figure out why some folks love this place..Typically I make our dinner at home, fresh and healthy. My husband suggested this tonight because we had stuff going on. Never again, pbj will have to do. Limp FF, and not crispy chicken. I realize folks don't have time to cook . Save money and start prepping your meals. Will save thousands of $$. My opinion only.

this place is AMAZINGGGG. coming from a highschooler at keller. i always go here and the workers are usually very friendly, and THE FOOD IS GREAT! my favorite fast foodddd ever.

Caniac with extra fries and toast, even a little holiday decor!

Favorite fast food, and they even decorated for Valentines Day! The place was packed but service was still great and the food was fresh and yummy as ever.

I'm not a chicken-finger fan, so in my book this is closer to a three-star A-OK place to eat, but to be fair, I do think it will be at least a four-star experience for most (assuming you like chicken fingers) . The portions are generous and the "Cane's Sauce" is pretty good. Thuy and I ordered a single CANIAC combo (6 Chicken Fingers, Extra Fries, Coleslaw, 2 Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast, Large Drink all for about $10). The chicken was tender and cooked nicely. The other sides were tasty too, and a bit of substituting is allowed if you not a fan of any of the included items. The only thing we thought odd is that there is a 23 cents charge if you want a glass of water. I'm not fundamentally opposed to the idea of charging for extras, but for a glass of water? Bottom line: It was tasty, and I'm glad we checked it out. But if I'm craving chicken I would still personally prefer it in wing form, covered in a spicy sauce.

I love this place. There is something extra special about Raising Cane's. Their chicken always comes out hot and crispy. It is flavorful and delicious. Together with their fries... Of course it's a good combination. To top it off, they add a fluffy Texas toast. My favorite part is the sauce. This sauce... Is incredible. It is a true mark of Cane's, to the point where they charge you for these sauces. It comes with the territory and it is worth it. It's their way of putting value to their sauce, which means a lot to them. If you're a "I'm picking about the ice" person, they give shredded ice to their drinks, which goes so well with their signature lemonade. I will say this again.... I love this place.

4 finger combo was equivalent to 1/2 a chicken breast! Portion sizes are too small for the price these days .

Portion sizes too small these days. Last 2 times equals about 1/2 a chicken breast. Bummer

Noise level this Saturday at lunch - slow. Come on in, plenty if seats.

Their chicken is fresh and hot, and don't get me started on the toasted rolls. Here is where I found out that I like sweet tea.

Way better than any fast food chicken place I've ever had, including the super popular Chicken Express.

Well. I was so disappointed, more than the last time sadly…read more I placed my order online thinking it would help, and while my food was piping hot when I finally received it, the service and atmosphere was atrocious. The customer service is non-existent! When you walk in, theres NO one at the register. They were in the back or at drive thru. Customers had to stand at the register for a minute or so before their orders were taken. Mine wasnt even ready when I arrived nor was it ready by the time I had been given when I placed it online. Unfortunately, every single table was a mess, and I ended up taking napkins to wipe one down for my children and myself to eat. I was disgusted though and didnt eat. Then, my child's signature sandwich meal was made with a spicy sauce which we did not order. She tossed her sandwich, such a waste of my money. I did not bring it to anyone's attention because, again, no one was at the counter. I hate writing downer reviews, but I just was not happy at all. And I would definitely not recommend eating in the dining area. Maybe drive thru is better because you're not seeing the filth?

I'm glad I checked it out because it was easily one of the best fried chicken experiences I've had, especially for the value. The price was fair, and the portions were gigantic. I got the biscuits and gravy along with the fried chicken entrée, which came with four pieces of chicken, gravy (again!), and sides. Everything was very satisfying. The folks working there were also very friendly. They reminded me of the humble, hard-working people I grew up around back in the day. There's a nostalgic, feels-like-home kind of vibe here that made the meal even better. I was more than satisfied with both the food and the service. Highly recommended. As a side note, because the portion was huge, I asked for a to-go box. For some reason, they didn't have to-go boxes at the time and gave me a small plastic bag instead. I'm not sure if that was a one-time thing or some kind of no "to-go" policy, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

Service began with a biscuit and a "salad", which was simply chopped iceberg, lettuce with some type of vinaigrette. Dressing was good, but salad lame - IMO it'd be a better experience if they would simply serve coleslaw. The chicken itself (four pieces mixed) was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The mashed potatoes and gravy were very flavorful, the corn was ok. In the end, you're served a healthy amount of food and it is overall tasty, but nothing really noteworthy for me.
