At a doctor's office and she was unable to locate a paying customers file! Never in my life had I heard this before at any medical establishment. They employee there was so rude and unhelpful. Lets start with her presentation, she looked like she walked in from the streets, did not look professional. Not friendly, was not wearing a mask and seemed to not know her job whatsoever! She told me the doctor would be at the office at 2:30pm. I called at 3:30pm and well according to her own rules she refused to answer the phone. What kind of business does not answer the phone during business hours! I go back Monday and to my surprise the doctor is not in again. She tried to brush me off, at this point I just wanted my prescription to never return again! I finally got my prescription and I am happy to say I will take my money elsewhere. This place is a joke!

When you do find it there is a large room that is obviously in disrepair.. not the guest thing you want to see. The office isn't finished. The baseboard is missing and the drywall is patched. The equipment is old and outdated. They give you handwritten prescriptions. I've been waiting weeks for my glasses and every time i call they say they will be here in a few days. I would prefer a refund because i never want to return.

It was torn so couldn't be salvaged. Pops comes to this location for his exams and glasses. He is a long time customer and raves about the service. We went in to get the glasses repaired today. We were received warmly and very cordial. They replaced both nose pieces and adjusted the frames as well. When all said and done there was no charge and refused a tip. Thanked us in return for the good humor we brought in. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
