I spoke with my dentist and they confirmed they left my prescription request on the voicemail. The pharmacist, who's always incessantly rude and dismissive, is the only person who can check the voicemail. I then had this extrem displeasure of dealing with Douglas who, also, dismissed me to sit and wait "20 or more" minutes for my antibiotics while I'm in tooth pain.
