After her not reporting back to us after 10 minutes, I flagged down a waitress who said she'd put our table of 8 together right away. Clearly the hostess forgot about us as she was paying more attention to her phone in the back. We ordered our food and then waited over an hour and a half to receive it. Two fish dinners were made incorrectly, so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get our fish. I asked the waitress what was going on in the kitchen because I have never waited over 2 hours to be seated and receive our order. She said there were two new cooks working and apologized. We reassured her it wasn't her fault. I cannot describe how poorly this establishment is run. We invited four family members from Minnesota to dine with us and were extremely embarrassed with our food experience. No one offered to make it right, which was even worse. We won't be returning, which is sad because we're local.

If it is supposed to be cold, it should be notated on the menu. After waiting so long for our food we didn't even bother with asking for something else or letting the server know that things weren't right. We just wanted to get on our way to get to our destination. The server never acknowledged the long wait time or offered to do anything to compensate for it, which leads me to believe this may be commonplace at this establishment. I should have taken the warning from other reviews about the poor service, but since they weren't recent we thought we'd give them a chance to redeem themselves and earn a great review. Won't return.

Total reboot…read more Bigger bar, nicer patio with TVs, more TVs inside, more bar seating, they move the bathrooms and made them much larger in ADA compliant. Same great beer list and food. Great service. Even the entryway has been redesigned. Seriously, amazing remodel. Can't wait to come back.
