Just had my muffler and resonator deleted on my car. Called over the phone and told me i could come in right away which was really nice and the price were pretty good compared to muffler tech. Muffler tech wanted almost $500 while rally only wanted 300. Welds were pretty good and they were really quick with their work. I have seen reviews about people getting their catalytic converter stolen if you're worried about that, just stay and wait until your vehicle is done other than that i really recommend this place for exhaust needs. Came here for a dual resonator delete. Wait time was pretty short for multiple cars being serviced. It was an in and out process. They took off the pipes and put in a custom pipe to fit the exhaust for $150. Took about 40 minutes! Would recommend this place for both wait time, operating time, and price! read more

Came here for them to install because of the lower price and when I brought my car to get smog check, I found out they installed another stolen converter with serial scratched off. I came here to get two resonators removed from my 2016 BMW 340i. For numerous vehicles being serviced, the wait time was rather short. It was a one-way process. For $150, they removed the pipes and replaced them with a custom pipe that suited the exhaust. It took roughly 40 minutes to complete the resonator delete! WARNING: MY CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE I trusted this business with my car, and wanted and exhaust installed. Heard good things about this place, so I had high hopes for them. During the welding, whoever was working on my car , caught my rear bumper and lights on fire....!!! Long story short, they lied to me, said they would pay me back if I got my car fixed. Then said they would only cover parts/not labor. Seriously? What kind of business is this ? Should have taken them to court, but it wasn't worth my time. Shoot, even their own insurance company sided with me and gave me all my money back! Full story: Obviously I was upset, since there was physical to my car and internal damage to the electrical wiring in the headlights BUT I was still willing to work it out. The owner told me to just get it fixed and he would reimburse me. I quickly ordered the parts and had it fixed. I didn't waste money on a rental or spend any extra money fixing the car. Just wanted it to be a simple and easy transaction. Should I have known how complicated things would get, I should have just gone through my insurance in the first place. So, got the car fixed, brought the receipts back to the owner who THEN said I would have to contact his insurance. His insurance would reimburse me.... Okay....should have just gone through insurance in the first place! (I learned my lesson here) Now, after phone calls back and forth between the owner and insurance, he decides that he only needs to pay for the parts and not the labor. Seriously, this was your mistake, not mine. Despite damaging my car and taking up my time getting my car fixed because of your mistake, you're telling me I need to pay for the labor? What kind of business is this? Your worker is careless and sets a car on fire.... Your customer is willing to work with you, didn't ask for any extra money, didn't waste extra money on a rental, took the time to fix his own car on his own time, and you're going to treat him like this? Don't bother with this business. Cars are expensive and you don't want your car to catch on fire!!!! All around, horrible employees and even worse boss. I was recommended be a friend to get my muffler delete installed here and I called in seeing if they had time. I asked about prices and he gave me 2 completely different prices than my friend got when we have the exact make and model cars. Then I asked what would be the reason or if it was maybe something different he got installed that would make the price $80 and all he repeated was I don't know. All I have to say is he knows what he's doing . Very quick to install an axle back that I purchased. He had to make custom tubing to fit the rest of my exhaust set up but he made it look easy. Rally Mufflers installed the exhaust system on my Jeep; which is built for off-road only.. never driven on the street. I told them to keep the exhaust tucked up high, no pipes below the frame. When I got the Jeep back the exhaust was not routed as I asked around the engine and it hangs well below the frame. I called Rally they said they would take care of it. Dropped it off the first chance I could, which was weeks later admittedly. I get a call 30 minutes before they close; after having the Jeep all day. I am told I'll have to pay to redo the exhaust. I drove back to talk to them in person. They refused to fix their mistake, I even offered to pay half the cost to fix their mistake, still no. They do not stand by their work. Terrible customer service. I will find another shop and gladly pay them full price to fix Rally's work. read more
