Came to look at a truck here and was sorely let down by the sales "team". The test drive was basically a half-mile up the road and a u-turn back to the dealership. It was noticed that the truck had been either hit or had been backed into the the rear bumper with part of it being pushed in. Also, the tires would need to be replaced. I went into the dealership to talk numbers on the truck. A manager came over who you could tell had no idea what he was talking about, but wanted to tell me how good of a deal the truck was and that the the truck wasn't in any accidents and he knew the owner. He apparently has no idea a vehicle could be in an accident without it being reported. He was a condescending little man who tried making me feel I had no idea what I was talking about. They said they would have the service department look at and fix it, so I made an offer. It was declined so I left. About 5 minutes later I was called back and was told they would accept my offer. I went back and the condescending manager came back and went on about how good of a deal I was getting and how these trucks are nowhere to be found, even though I had just been across the street to another dealer who had one as well, and this one had been on their lot for over 2 months. Anyway, the salesman went somewhere, saying he'd be right back, but disappeared for 20-40 minutes with me just sitting there and not being told what was going on. I got fed up by the lack of attentiveness and seemingly lack of customer care so I decided to walk away from the sale when the salesman and another manager finally showed back up. If they were this poor of a dealership when I was trying to buy a vehicle, I wanted no part of this dealership nor give them my business. If you want to feel like a dealership will care about you as a customer and valued for your business, this is not the dealership for you. The sale manager that I dealt with at this dealership needs to be retrained on how to interact with customers. I don't know how this guy ever got to be in a manager position. If you want a seamless experience when searching for a new lease, RALLYE BMW is the place. My process started on Monday when I called RALLYE BMW, I was connected to Keith Lindsay. Right away I had asked if he could give me prices over the phone. Without hesitation he got to work and started to give me different price options. After talking over the prices I had asked him to email me all the prices. I was so pleased with the numbers that I set up an appointment to meet the following day, Tuesday, to sign all the paper work. I went in to test drive the car, which I loved and then signed all the paper work. This paperwork process was quick and easy. The best part was picking up my car on Thursday. This whole process was quick and professional, Keith consistently worked with me to make the deal happen and ensure that I was a happy customer from start to finish, every step of the way. Buyers beware!!! BMW is NOTORIOUS for NOT honoring the warranty and Rallye BMW and their rude, racist, nasty staff will make sure of that. My Husband and I purchased my dream car a BMW M6 in Oct 2017 from BMW of Freeport (great team over there). 2 weeks after I purchased the car there was a malfunction. Turns out the drive shaft and rear differential broke. What?!! I was in NJ at the time. I had roadside assistance take it to the nearest BMW where they "fixed it" stating the drive shaft was recalled and the rear differential "just broke". Again- what?!!! On my way home back to Long Island the same day I picked the car up from being "fixed" the car broke down on me AGAIN on the expressway. I had roadside assistance take it Huntington where they "fixed it". Dec 2017. Moving forward, I took my car for all scheduled maintenances at Rallye BMW. 2 years later (Oct 2019) the rear difference broke AGAIN!!!! Are you kidding me?!? Again?!! A rear differential??? I had it picked up and taken to Rallye. They're giving me false, incomplete information, and claiming I abused my car and will not honor the warranty. WHAT?!! You're kidding right? Nope. Chris Blanco, a disgusting human being. Rude, over speaks, outright LIES, and the incompetence is astonishing. He made a claim saying I've done smoking burnouts and launch control. I asked for a print out of that information he claimed. He couldn't give me a complete detailed report of that (Because it's a LIE) . I requested it several time from him and someone named carol. Another obnoxiously rude person. They could not produce evidence of that claim but still refused to honor the warranty. I contacted BMW North America also, they are another group of incompetent employees that know nothing and just kept referring me back to the dealer. They will not and do not contact customers back for weeks ( 3 to be exact). I later find out the car had a previous owner for a short time and the rear differential Broke on that person as well. So now that is a total of the rear differential breaking four times. I'm not an expert but that definitely sounds like a faulty mechanical issue on BMW's part. The short version is: after having my car sit there for 4 weeks I had it picked up. The tow truck driver arrived at the scheduled time (I informed Rallye the car would be picked up on that day and time). They did not have the car ready, tow driver had to wait 30 minutes. And while waiting he had an unpleasant conversation with Chris Blaco. The driver made sure to share that with me when he dropped my car off to my home. When the tow driver arrived at my house he asked if I can video him showing me underneath my car before he takes it off the truck. He was in shock. He said Chris Blanco told him my car is a "shit show" that the woman "beats the shit out of the car". So the tow driver is looking underneath my car and says, I can't see what he's claiming anywhere the car looks nearly perfect and brand new underneath. He didn't see or identify and rubber splatter to back up those claims of abuse from "smokey burnouts or launch control". He further stated that IF that was the case I would have gone through a lot more tires. I've had the car 2 years and purchased a set of new tires in October 2019. That was the 1st set of tires I purchased since owning the car!!! To add insult to injury before leaving the tow truck driver says "oh they asked me to give this to you" and pulls out a plastic bag filled with bolts from my car!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!' This car is $132K car! This is how they returned my car, AND with a broken trunk lock and all the engine covers removed and thrown into my trunk! RALLYE BMW SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I've since has many experts look into this and dispute their claims of abuse. I have contacted an attorney and will continue to pursue this and keep you all updated. My attorney's have informed me that BMW is NOTORIOUS for this!!!! BUYERS BEWARE! I am saddened that I've had such a bad experience with BMW. However, if you must: BMW of Freeport is your best bet. The service that I receive from Sheneta Daily is always EXCELLENT and goes far beyond the regular expectations of white glove customer service. Sheneta's great service is why I have repeatedly recommended my friends and colleagues to change their service center to Rallye. Sales person Larry Kim did not return my calls after I picked up the car from Rallye in September 21st 2017. It's a CERTIFIED PREOWNED BMW 2014 335i xDrive. First day I drove the car on highway, I felt some vibration from the front and the car feels like it's riding on trampoline. Then next day the AC stopped working on 93F day with my families in the car. I called Kim about these issues and he did not return / respond until I told him I had to find the nearest BMW dealership [Bayside BMW] to take a look at my car. Here is the list of things not working on this CPO BMW: 1) Front Suspension lower control arms damaged - need to be replaced 2) Both front struts need to be replaced 3) Alignment is out of spec causing excessive brake dive - need 4 wheel alignment 4) AC is low on Freon need to be recharged. Sensor needs to be checked/reset 5) Front brake pad is low - need new brake pad / cut rotors 6) Horn is not working - blown fused / both horns need to be replaced 7) Front seats squeaking noise - need front seat repair 8) Rear shock absorbers were worn - need to be replaced 9) Wheel lock is jammed due to excessive corrosion - need to be replaced These are just list of items I come up on top of my head. Yes these items is covered by the warranty but you can imagine the amount of time wasted on fixing the car via multiple visits. In short they sold me a BMW CPO car which had so many things broken / not within factory spec / potential safety issue [Fact they claimed they took 3 days for certification process is a joke]. They had no interests in taking care of their customers after selling the car. Please stay away from this sales person and do not buy used/CPO car from Rallye. read more

5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200+ emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. If I could give them no stars it would be more accurate. I purchased a 2017 5 series in 2020. I wanted to experience the car and then buy a new one a few years down the road. I previously owned Cadillacs and wanted to try BMW. I also bought the extended tire and maintenance program to add onto the original warranty still in effect. I wanted to have no concerns going forward. Over the next 18 months EVERY single time I dropped my car off to be serviced there was an issue. One time there was no loaner car available despite the fact that I reserved one....I was 5th on line to get one at 8:00 AM if I wanted to wait. The next time they gave me a car I could barely fit into, I asked for a comparable car to mine as I am 6'2" and 240 lbs. Didn't matter. The next time there was no loaner car again, I told them I took another morning off from work for nothing so I went home, wrote complaining emails to everyone, and received a call back. They would come and pick up my car and drop off a loaner. Great. When I went to pick my car up, incredibly, they couldn't find my car!! I waited almost an hour until someone finally found it and got it to me. I cancelled my policies (after several emails to the dealer manager went unanswered I contacted BMW NA) and they charged me very high prices for every piece of work they did to my car, even though it was still on the warranty, and kept 75% of the cost of the extended agreements I had with them. You know what? I am happy to pay it so long as I don't have to go back to this horribly run dealership. read more

Went in with my wife to see if they had the 7 series in a certain color. I told them I don't want to speak to a salesman cause I'm in the beginning process I just wanted to look. So instead of trying to be helpful I felt like I was bothering them. So they directed me to go up the ramp and see the color chart display which was a total mess. I never expected this from a place like this. If I was treated like this in the beginning I can only imagine what you get once they have your money. read more

People aren't organize here. Don't give you a loaner when you have to wait two hours for oil change and inspection and cashier calls me so that I can pay the bill and ask me that I have to wait 15 minutes because they messed up with another bill and other gentleman was waiting for 20 minutes already. Also they called me 15 minutes ahead on my cell phone informing me that my car is ready and I can come and pay. I have come here many times and after all the visits I feel this dealership doesn't have best customer service. When you walk inside the show room you will see a sign best dealer for 4 years. Don't know how? In past I have had other incidents as well but never reported it but now they definitely don't deserve 5 stars. People aren't welcoming here either except very few. Bought a 2019 X3 loaner with 1K miles. Contract said "includes 3yr / 36K maintenance extension". My new dealer told me that my maintenance was set to expire in a few days. So I called and spoke to someone in Rallye's business office who tells me that maintenance actually began when the car was first put in place as a loaner and "I should have understood" that the "maintenance extension" didn't mean that I actually got 3yr/36K maintenance. She told me that the word "extension" means something different in their world which of course I should have known. And surprise, the salesman who sold me the car moved on. Don't give them your business, they don't stand behind their contracts or make right with their customers because they know that you won't take the time in small claims court. read more

Before you bring your car to Rallye BMW for service (or buy your car there) you should know what to expect. I have a 640 GC which endured essentially the same accident several years apart. It involved the front bumper. Body shops can handle the bodywork (there wasn't much involved) but not the electronic cruise control/collision warning system. The first time this happened the car was taken to Bayside BMW by the body shop, Bayside restored the electronics to working order in a few days AND GAVE ME A LOANER IN THE MEANTIME. This DESPITE THE FACT I DIDN'T BUY THE CAR FROM BAYSIDE (I have never bought from Bayside). The second time (just recently) a different body shop took the car to Rallye; so far, Rallye has had the car for TEN DAYS and CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT'S WRONG. On top of which they swear up and down THEY CAN'T GIVE ME A LOANER, DESPITE THE FACT I'VE BEEN BUYING CARS FROM RALLYE FOR FIFTEEN YEARS. Now I've had other issues with Rallye service in the past: they have limited diagnostic expertise and when they can't figure something out (that doesn't register on the computer) they tell you there's nothing wrong with the car and return it. I literally created an account JUST to leave this review. That's how furious I am! DO NOT GO TO RALLYE'S FOR A USED CAR. Firstly, they do not replace any used car with new break pads, new rotors, or new tires. I came to Rallye's BMW to check out a used 4 series. I met with Mitch Messling. I could tell that something was off the moment I met him. He was nervous and shaky. Whatever. We went to go look at the car and EVERYTHING made sense. The car was at the lot for 2-3 weeks (according to the car fax) and the car I saw was NOTHING like the advertisement. The car was in horrendous shape, scratches on every bumper, dents, rims destroyed. The inside was worse and don't even get me started on the drive. Firstly, the car wouldn't switch to sport mode, the breaks didn't really feel like they were existent, and the drive was awful. Extremely embarrassing on Rallye's part to leave a car sitting like that. Whatever, we got to talking and of course Mitch didn't take a single penny off the price, even to make up for the pain my eyes went through. I asked him when the car would be fixed and he couldn't give me a definite answer. He told me to leave a $500 'good faith' deposit down and I was like whatever, sure. I left the $500 down for the car to be fixed up and back to brand new. I asked repeatedly if the car was going to be given new tires, new brake pads, new rotors and Mitch couldn't confidently give me an answer. Instead, he dodged each question and made SURE I put the $500 deposit down. It went from the car will be ready at the end of the week to middle of next week to 'i have no idea'. This is a plain out joke. Rallye's is a joke. Mitch is a bigger joke. I left this $500 deposit down an ENTIRE MONTH AGO. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. Mitch has been avoiding my emails and calls, I had to call a manager to process my refund. I'm pretty sure they haven't done it either. Rallye's BMW does not value your money, your time, or your business. I HIGHLY suggest you take your money to another dealership. Out of all the luxury brands I've dealt with Rallye BMW is the absolute worst. I have owned my BMW for over a year now and I have gone to Rallye BMW several times for Oil changes, inspection and several tire blow outs. The service advisors barely greet you, have very limited knowledge on what's going on, the wait times are absurd and they have no weekend hours. My last service experience was for a an inspection and oil change and I was refused a loaner since it "will only take 90 minutes". I ended up waiting 5 1/2 hours!!!!! I said something to the advisor multiple times and he didn't apologize and had no answer for me except "it's almost done". While waiting was speaking to another customer who's car was missing. The dealer lost his car entirely. On another occasion I had a tire blow out and it took me having to call the tire manufacturer to find out the tire was still covered under warranty after I was told multiple times I was wrong and after all of that was set they still made me pay the bill for it and I am still waiting for the dealer to get the reimbursement from the tire company so the dealer can reimburse me. Rallye Mercedes typically would just give us a new tire on the spot and get the reimbursement them selves without making us pay. I would strongly recommend traveling a little further and going to a different service center. read more

Rallye is big. What does that mean. It's a numbers game. They get the customers because of being a huge dealership, and customers are only a number when it comes to big dealerships. When it comes to mistakes, they do not own up to it. Why? You don't matter in the grander scheme of things. We've gotten 3 vehicles from them. And serviced four vehicles. They lied about changing tires when all they did was rotate them. They charged for parts and repairs that never were performed whatsoever ( price on parts AND labor ) They rely on perks like free shitty car washes for life (which damaged my custom wheels) and awful coffee and big showrooms to pick up these numbers. But they lose you when they've already gotten your money. You've been warned . Their BBB rating is F on a scale of A+ to F as well, I wonder why. (four complaints, I have no part in that) read more

My sales person Bob W was amazing. He helped me find the right BMW for my family. Unfortunately that's where the amazing stops. Like almost every NY dealer, the service side of the house makes me want to just go buy a Honda or Toyota because you get the same run around for less money. So far my X3 has been back for several services, a few because of vehicle warranty issues. I have 18,000 miles on a 2014 X3. I bought the tire insurance. I went in because 3 tires had nails ( damn BQE) showed service person Joe the nails and he confirmed. They called me the next day to say car was ready. When I got there 1 tire was changed and the back 2 still had nails! Showed Joe again and he apologized profusely. No problem mistakes happen. I go back to Queens and get a call the next day car is ready I get there 1 back tire still has nail! Again I show Joe, we walk into the back to the tech. He says he missed it , ok whatever ... Long story short the resolve was they pulled the nails out of the run flats and determined that they did not pierce tire so they couldn't replace it. Pirellis website clearly states any puncture should result in a tire change because you can't tell how deep the puncture went, also what Rallye sales said when I bought tire insurance. Needless to say I had to be towed in a week later with 2 rear flats and my children had to be picked up from where I was because they couldn't ride in the tow truck. Kicker was I ended paying deductible twice in 1 week because tires didn't get swapped when I originally came in! The reason I wrote this is the car started over heating back in end of April or so. It took 1 month with my car there for them to get parts and fix it they did provide a loaner X5 which I felt was fair for all my burden to this point. The car came back and shortly after the top of the steering wheel bubbled up and the leather began to peel. I take it in and they say it's not covered because a foreign substance caused it.?! Yeah maybe the month it was at the dealer being moved around and handled by tow truck drivers and so on. They said it might be from lotion but I don't use lotion. The Navigation system was swapped out at around month 9 of the lease, The cooling system failed at month 15, the last 3 visits I have asked them to replace a plastic screw on the rear fender flare in the wheel well. They push the flare back in and said if it won't stay I need a whole new flare! How about you put the same plastic screw in! The window moldings have peeled up and the glued the back in. There are compound swirls in the hood from the first detail they did. I had to go back a few days after I picked it up to have redetailed. I don't even wan to wash the car because I get mad when I see it. Anyway this is my story I'm currently waiting to see what they will do about the peeling steering wheel. At this price point and given BMWs reputation. I am very let down by Rallye and by BMW. I owned several MDX Acura's over 12 years and in 2014 I made the change to BMW. It feels like a tremendous mistake. Maybe they treat better if you buy an M car or an i8? But you do so much better for the money and I believe you'll be better services as a consumer else where. Update: Adam Romano seems to be the first person with a brain. He was able to finally resolve all my issues. Sad part is they lost my key and the key wallet?! So now have to go back to westbury on Labor Day weekend to pick up a new key. Make your own decision . read more

BMWs are theoretically nice and expensive cars. Theoretically when you purchase such a car you expect service that should accompany such an expense. Earlier today my father's car had a fire, a manufacturing error which is actually a recall for the car. Rallye BMW dealership neither notified my father of the recall nor responded appropriately by sending a tow truck to get it in a timely manner. Furthermore, we were kept on hold for a cumulative total of over an hour. This is incredibly awful service. When your car has a fire in it, it's a pretty scary thing, for a car dealership not to do anything to assist you, is unacceptable. Furthermore, we were told that a loaner car would not be delivered until Monday. BMW North America and Rallye BMW really need to learn how to appropriately service their customers and at this point, i will ACTIVELY promote against anyone I know getting a BMW, they are a long way from the propellers of world war 2 to bad customer service for a product that should be a luxury vehicle that you don't have to worry about. It's hard for me to even give 1 star, but I guess i'm required to. If a customer drives over an hour to look at some cars, arrives WELL before closing time (arrived at 7pm, dealer closes at 9pm as stated on the website) Even calls ahead to make sure. I would expect them eager to sell me a car, especially since i was READY to buy one that day! Sounds pretty logical right? Apparently NOT.. I've NEVER felt so rushed at a dealer trying to get me OUT the door without even trying for a sale! Usually I'M the one trying to rush the salesperson to hurry up but this sales person or Client Advisor should i say.. was too busy trying to make dinner plans than sell me a car. I will withhold that person's name (because I am not that mean hearted) but on a serious note.. SOMEONE at this dealership needs to wake up. I am betting that this is not just a single sales person problem but a dealer wide training issue. So apparently BMW Corporate was buying the staff dinner and everyone was in a rush to get out the door. We were only told this at the end by the service advisor when we asked because he seemed like he had to be somewhere. We were contemplating between a few cars and when we asked to see the 2nd car, we got one of those.. "then i have to go get the key.." with an attitude. apparently the 2nd car's keys were not available so we ended up leaving. The service I received here was UNACCEPTABLE and to be honest I would not recommend them for anyone looking for a new or pre-owned BMW in the Tri-state area. Search elsewhere because there are other dealers who are actually interested in selling you a car with good customer service. read more

I've been working with Brian Cano for over a month to find and lease the perfect car for me and I am happy to say after all the searching he found me what I wanted and I picked it up yesterday! I cannot speak highly enough of Brian and the service that he has provided throughout the whole process. I'm extremely picky when it comes to cars and was looking for a very specific combo of features, color, etc... He did not give up until he found the exact car that I was looking for and got the keys in my hands. In short if you are looking for a BMW, make sure you see Brian Cano at Rallye first. Made a scheduled appointment a day prior to appraise my 6-series convertible for trade-in on a new 535xdrive that I also wanted to test drive. As soon as I got there I was not given a welcome feeling most luxury car dealerships take pride in. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I was greeted by a Joel a salesman who hastily ran my 6-series through CarFax and immediately began to express concern over a odometer conflict being reported. His direct response was that there would be no way I would get a fair trade in value for my car since the odometer had been tampered with. To automatically assume I had tampered with the odometer before investigating the matter and realizing it was a clerical mistake that is common with most NY inspection centers due to misread mileage was one of many mistakes he made. After consulting with the official appraiser Joel realized the car was in great condition and reassured me that he would take care of the matter with CarFax (still waiting to see if this has been done). He still managed to use phrases like, "giving you the benefit of the doubt" and "in good faith" regarding the issue. When I asked for information regarding the vehicle he wrote down BMWUSA.com and "Build Your Own Car" to reference where I should go. Ideally most dealerships would provide you with a brochure with detailed information-- I got a business card and a website I obviously knew about. After explaining to me that he had another car to deliver to a customer he referred me to Kareem to test drive the car. Kareem was incredibly courteous and helpful with all my questions and really should be acknowledged as having the right customer service attitude. Not only did he take his time in explaining what wonderful features the car had but had a genuine way of representing the brand as a loyal BMW enthusiast. He's the only reason they get 2 stars. When I returned from the test drive I approached the front desk and inquired about test driving the GT version of the 5 series I was interested in buying. I was told "NO" immediately by a salesperson sitting by the receptionists' desk before I even expected a response. I couldn't really make an informed decision since the car wasn't available on the show room floor so minutes later when I met with Joel to obtain the appraisal form I asked again. His response was that there was one available but "didn't have the time to take it out with me" and said "Kareem most likely wouldn't be able to." At that point I was so appalled by the way I was being treated I left. My experience made it clear that from the moment I met Joel he had no interest in selling me a car or was too much in a rush to take me seriously. Witnessing several sales associates just sitting around the showroom floor walking about made me wonder why I was approached by Joel who had an appointment to deliver a car within minutes of my arrival. The other salesman who obviously didn't take the time to really see if a GT was available also made it clear to me that his initial opinion led him to believe I didn't deserve the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. I'm a current owner of a BMW 6 series and really ashamed that this is how they treat a loyal BMW enthusiast and a potential new car buyer who didn't just walk in expressing interest in a vehicle but made a appointment. If the sales team didn't "have enough time" to test drive a car with me don't ever waste my time and request me to visit your dealership. read more

So this place probably has the absolute worst showroom I have ever been in. It's all a hill. Everything is up a considerable amount of stairs or up a decent incline. Add to that the staff is more than useless. The salesman, at least that's what I think this person was, kind of just hovered across the showroom floor from us as we looked around the vehicle. Didn't ask if we had any questions. Didn't offer any info. When told we were coming from a previous iteration of a vehicle with a certain engine he argued that we were incorrect, that that model never came with that the engine. It did. We had it. An x1 did come with a 6 cylinder engine in its e84 variant. Needless to say we left. read more

Went here today to pick up an oil filter for my bmw and even though the parts department was technically closed, the sweet parts guy still got me the oil filter I needed, AND they were competitively priced. Pretty sweet for a dealer that's a few miles from my house. read more

This is a very beautiful dealership. It's very big and the salesman are pretty good. My fiance and I just leased our 2nd BMW from this location because one salesman in particular was very good. We wound up taking European delivery in Munich, which was 5 star all the way. If you have an opportunity to take European delivery, DO IT! After playing in Germany and Paris for 5 days, we returned to NY. The car arrived 5 weeks later at Rallye. We did delivery all over again in L.I. The staff was very knowledgeable there, as they described the car very well. Great training on the staff at Rallye! read more

I would prefer to give zero stars, but not an option. Plenty of attention when I am interested in buying a CPO 5 series wagon; phone calls returned, email tended to. Once I have committed to buying the car, I have all but been forgotten. Paperwork is never completed, phone calls never returned, emails left for days. The salesman, Mitch, seems to be motivated on closing the deal, not following through with anything else. After many days of no response, I contact the General Sales Manager. He promises I never have to deal with Mitch again; of course, Mitch tries to do the follow up. He promises to send me the information. Nothing. I regularly buy cars for my friends; I enjoy the process, have lots of experience, and can negotiate with confidence. After buying 20 cars in the last few years, I have never had worse service, follow up or treatment. Never buy a car from these people!! Never!! read more

After getting a flat on the LIE the day before Christmas Eve (a Sunday), I drove on my run-flat the few miles to this dealership. They took us right in, fixed the car up in less than an hour, and found my wheel insurance and submitted a claim for me...Amazing service. If I lived in the area, I'd be a loyal customer. Slick website, and probably a nice showroom to visit if you're in the NY area. However, bigger does NOT equal better if they can't communicate amongst themselves and can't even keep track of their own inventory! Here's my story: I'm in the market for some new wheels, and I live by the motto "Never pay full price", so I do my homework and I work the web. Rallye BMW showed up on Autotrader.com and on the BMW USA website as having a pre-owned car that met all my requirements. Rallye's own website showed the car as available too. I emailed and got THREE email responses from Rallye within 12 hours. So far so good. They certainly seemed eager to sell cars! Over the next 36 hours I negotiated price with one of their Client Associates (or whatever the silly term is that BMW uses for its salespeople). Then just as we were ready to close the deal, suddenly "someone else just put a deposit down on it". Bummer. I ask them to call me if it doesn't close for some reason and continue my web search. Two days later someone calls me to follow up and make sure the salesperson returned my call. I update her on what happened. A week later, with this particular car showing up on my all my web searches again and again and with "SPECIAL" listings on their own site, I call Rallye back to ask if the car is available. It is. The nice woman checks inventory. Yes, it is definitely still available. I explain my story, tell her I am prepared to purchase the car and ask if I can speak with someone who can tell me for sure if the car is actually available so that I can purchase it. "No one is available to verify if the inventory list I have is accurate" she says. ???? Used-car sales -- even at the 3rd-largest BMW dealer in the country, it's still the same old game! There are too many other nice dealers in the area. Steer clear from those rude people who don't respect u or ur time. I made an appointment, rented a car, and drove for +5 hours from BOSTON & guess what, "we have bad news for you, the car is sold this morning". No one bothered calling and telling me it was sold until I was there. No "We're sorry". I waited for 1 hr for the guy I had appointment with because he simply made 2 appts at the same time, then when I shouted asking for help, someone else worse came! He kept calling me some wrong name even if I corrected him few times. I test drove another car then we were discussing the price & he firmly said "I'm not giving you any discount" and started packing his papers as if he is done talking. Have you heard of something that rude at a dealership? By the time I left it was when they close at 5pm. The guy I originally had appointment with was still helping the other people. Imagine what could happen if I just waited for him since he confirmed it is few mins!!! - Two days before my appointment, I confirmed coming and asked for confirmation that the car is still available. That was more than a month ago and I still haven't heard back from the 2 ppl I emailed lol. - Once left I made one phone call with BMW of Brooklyn as they had couple of amazing offer. One phone call one car purchase. It is easy to deal with respectful people who appreciate your time and want your business. - I was told few funny reasons of selling the car I originally came to test drive: 1) My manager sold it (LOL.. guys make sure to buy from a manager or otherwise managers could sell the car). 2) we sold it to someone who came from CT (LOLOL... I came from MA baby!).. 3) there are 22 sales people in the floor and all of them want to sell cars (LOLOL... no comment). Those guys are at a new level of rudeness and badness.. read more

When shopping for a new BMW my wife and I went to almost every dealership on LI and found Rallye to be the best. Now I saw some reviews on here about negative service/sales. I firmly believe it's all about who you deal with. Some of the sales guys aren't great, hell they are barely average. But then there are sales guys like Brian Cano. Brian helped me find the car I was looking for, even though it took a few months, he was always patient. Also, he is a car guy, to me this is a huge plus. I wasn't buying a BMW for a status symbol, I was buying it because it's the ultimate driving machine, so dealing with someone who was as passionate about it as I am was a huge plus. I have never had a problem with service, but both my wife and I bought our cars here. Overall we have been happy with our experience with Rallye and will def use again. read more
