I had an amazing car buying experience from Rallye. They, unlike just about every other car dealer I've ever worked with, were honest, responsive, and delivered on expectations timely. They communicated often, followed up with me, answered all questions. No hidden fees, no tricks, handled all administrative details regarding DMV, plating, and licensure, dealt with my insurance company, etc. Even the finance department was user friendly and honest. I arrived with my daughter around 6pm on a Tuesday evening. Our sales rep was not the best. It seemed as if he knew I was not leaving with a car and put zero effort. He did let me test drive the x3 and x5 but did not offer not 1 bit of information on the vehicles or even bother to ask. Luckily I already did my research and knew what I wanted. I have received better treatment at Honda! You can't win with these guys- they either overwhelm you or completely show no interest and assume you are not buying. Shame on you BMW. I would have proceeded with the sale but his customer service sucked! Customers deserve the same attention at 9am on a Saturday and at 6pm on a Tuesday! I will not return. This is the worst dealer I've ever been to, even when compared to non-luxury dealerships. They provided an offer to me, which I accepted and sent my documents to them for a new lease. After that, the salesman ignored my calls for an entire month and then told me that his deal to me was only good for the month and that it was too late. He said he could try to get me "another deal" if I wanted for a "July deal." After threatening to complain to Rallye headquarters and the BBB, the dealership suddenly had a nice change of heart and offered a deal. The lease return was a crap show too. They lost both keys to my returned car and therefore couldn't refund me the money they "temporarily" charged. Absolute worst. Rallye BMW is setting an incredibly high bar for customer service and professionalism. We lease an X1 that was due for its first 7,000 mile service. Most of the dealers near us in Long Island and in Queens have very limited service hours and we all work from home long hours these days so finding time to step away to drop off the car was a challenge. I called Rallye and they were incredibly helpful - they said I could drop off the car at 7pm and pick up a loaner. When I showed up, the whole process took 5 minutes, tops, and I drove home in a brand new 228i. Kyle called me the next day to tell me the service was done and the car was ready to go. Bought a new M4 from them at over 100k. I was going to pick it up and an honest salesman (Francis) told me the car was damaged by the detailer . I asked for a picture which showed a torn tire and wheel. Looks like someone ran the car into a curb at high speed. Things happen but this type of damage to a new 100k car is unacceptable and very odd to say the least. What bothered me the most that the sales manager told me that I was insulting the dealership by saying the car was taken for a joyride and blamed the detail guy. Who knows what kind of damage was done to the suspension. I want to thank the only honest sales person Francis for saving me a trip and being honest. The rest of the dealership I give a zero. The buying experience I had at Rallye BMW with sales Advisor Mitch Levy was subpar and not something I expected at Rallye BMW. Besides the non-existent knowledge of the car, he's was unprofessional, passive and seemed overly pushy for a sale. In addition, after I went ahead with the purchase, I was promised a date & time for pickup and when I got there, surprise surprise, it wasn't ready and awkwardly sat at his desk for over 1.5 hours while Mitchell was no where to be found. When he finally showed up, everything was then rushed because he had other commitments. My experience at Rallye was beyond disappointing and my business will never be going to Rallye BMW even though I've been shopping at the Rallye group for close to 20 years! My only positive interaction at this dealership was for the front desk attendant, who was very welcoming and the financial manager, Mr. Hasan Barakat; he was very detailed in explaining everything and if I displayed any confusion, he would explain it in ways I can understand as financial lingo was never my thing. I went in today because I hit a pot hole and it caused a bubble to form in the tire wall, called got a tire preordered went into service department they took the information put in a claim did a oil change washed my car cleaned the exterior and interior gave me the car back. This is my second BMW purchased from this dealership. I have always received impeccable service when I would bring my car for service. In the past, my service person was Kai Wiggin. He was absolutely wonderful, unfortunately he does not work at this dealership any longer. I brought my car in to check on a specific sensor light. At first, I was told this could not be covered by the warranty because the car had been in an accident. Wrong! In addition, the car was purchased as a CPO so wrong again. The service person we were dealing with was Chris. My husband then spoke to Chris' boss who in fact stated it was covered. He asked me to leave the car. It had been 1 1/2 week and last Friday I received a call from BMW asking whom we left the car with. OK - we told him. Yesterday (now we are at the two week period) - we call them. We were then told - oh yea your car is ready. SMH. Why were we not advised? We go to the service area, Chris hands me the paperwork and does not say a word. No apologies, no conversation about the specific sensor light. THe car was pulled to the front 20 minutes later - not clean! So my husband sent it back to get cleaned. The service center is a ripp off . I was quoted by Chy Wiggan over the phone $830 to repair the bumper of my new x7 which I believe is a manufacturing defect or was done by Rallye. Since there is not one scratch on the bumper but it malfunctioned which caused a check engine light . My wife picked up the car today was charged $1138.73 and she questioned the girl who gave her the bill the girl Told her chy spoke to your husband and he approved of it. I did Spoke to chy today and asked him what will be the charge and he said whatever I quoted you earlier . I was nervous due to bringing it to another service department however upon arrival to BMW RALLYE I was greeted by several associates offering assistance. Chris was helpful and professional he provided service with a smile and kept me informed about by vehicle. I appreciated the text with the video and explanation of my vehicle and recommendations provided by the technician/mechanic, Edwin. I'm not sure they use the same technician for customers but I requested he take care of my vehicle he was kind and truly takes care of the car with honesty. Finally, my one requirement is the vehicle to function well because I keep up with maintenance and the vehicle cruises like I drove it off the lot the first day I purchased it. We'll done! read more

WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I gave a star because I had to. The whole service dept is absolutely unorganized circus. There is no communication amongst themselves. SERVICE MANAGER IS A JOKE. SERVICE ADVISOR ARE IM COMPETENT OF DOING THEIR JOBS. FOREMAN IS A LIAR. I came to service my vehicle because the front two wheels abnormally vibrating. They claim that there are no problems. But I got a second opinion from another mechanic. They said its NOT standard for the wheels to shake. So I went back and the foreman also looked the issue. And he also said there is no problem. As he said "The bushings in the thrust arms are ok." Oh~~~ btw. When I got my vehicle returned the valet scrapped my rear bumper and quarter panel. I asked them to fix it and they said they have to find the picture for proof. And then later, it took literally 3 weeks for to reach back to me. And they claim they cannot find the photos..... what BS is that. So I went to the Service Manager directly and explained the situation and he did nothing about the resolving the issues with damages and the lack of service. He said that the shaking of the front two wheels do have some play when braking and he tested it out on a same make and model. THEY ARE SUCH LIARS. SERIOUSLY?!?! I got fed up and went to a another bmw dealer. BMW of Freeport service center actually discovered the upper control arms and the thrust arms were worn out. So they replaced them on the same day. I highly recommend bme service center of freeport. I am still debating of reporting Rallye to the BBB FOR POOR SERVICE AND DAMAGING MY VECHICLE. sorry i have to change my review of this place because i find it very distasteful the way I was treated by my "advisor" Bret Hines. I am on my third BMW now and I just bought a x1 used and took it here for a NYS inspection. After receiving my car back my "advisor" Brent Hines came back with a report of things that they saw the car needed. I told him that the car was under warranty and I would check if the necessary repairs were covered. I checked with the warranty company and they told me that it was covered for all the repairs needed. I called him back to tell him that I was ready to come in and get things started. He wasn't available when I called and I left a voicemail on his phone. A whole week went by and no response. so i called him a week later and again he was not available so i spoke with another "advisor" who was very nice. Brett did end up calling me back and I explained to him that everything was a go and I wanted to bring the car in to start repairs and everything was covered. This is a $2000 job including taxes that will be covered by my warranty and I am paying $200 cash out of pocket as a deductible. he then proceeds to tell me that after the work they have to do to the car which consist of taking my car out of alignment that after all the cost that's already being paid that I have to pay a extra $209.00 to put my car back in alignment which is not covered by my warranty. (huh) go figure! I am bringing your company around $2000 worth of business which I can bring to any BMW or local shop anywhere in New York state on top of the fact that every BMW i have ever owned i have taken it to Rallye to get anything needed done and the work you are going to do to my car which consist of your techs taking apart my tie rods etc which should include performing a alignment after and you want to charge me $209.00 extra??? the worst most degrading part was!. After i said to him that i didn't have the money to pay the extra $209.00 for the aligment. His answer was!. call me back when you do! (really??) is this how you treat loyal customers?. WoW! maybe I am just some poor bastard that doesn't understand the money world or some looser who wants to drive a expensive car. Maybe times have changed where businesses don't give a shit about loyal customers anymore. I don't know. Ok thanks.! I am sure people like me at the end of the barrel don't matter much to Rallye so i figured i will take out my frustration here and then take my car to a local shop that will be happy for the two grand. UPDATE: I took my car to BMW of MT. Kisco and told them about the diagnosis that Rallye BMW did and said. Since my car was in warranty they took my car in and gave me a loaner and did a comprehensive check and said they didn't see anything wrong with my car other than it needed an alignment (which they did free of charge). RALLYE BMW even said that they wouldn't be able to do an alignment because my bushings and rods was "SO" bad. I also took my car to sears auto and mavis just to have a peace of mind and all of them said that there was nothing wrong with my tie rods and bushings. I am not writing this to discredit this dealership. I believe that there are good people working there but in this case it's clear that they are some that are just plain out GREEDY! And they will do anything just to INCREASE the bottomline!. I will never return to this place ever! They have lost my trust. Good luck read more
