I visited on 6/10/26 and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the #10 combo and specifically requested cheese on my chicken sandwich. The request was clearly printed on my receipt, but my sandwich still did not have cheese on it. Instead of fixing the order properly, the employee told me the cook didn't know I asked for cheese, so she wrapped the cheese in sandwich paper and put it in my bag. When I explained that I wanted the cheese on my sandwich, she repeated that the cook didn't know and then said, "Give it to me." I felt the situation could have been handled much better with basic customer service. The food was also horrible, which made the experience even worse. Between the poor food quality and the way the issue was handled, I will not be returning. read more

This place never fails to disappoint. The last three times I went there there was some kind of chaos going on and I could not get food. Two of the times, somebody had just quit. Another time, they were literally out of the ingredients to make burgers. The service was bizarre and the people there acted as if they were in the middle of a serious mental breakdown. Didn't even get to taste the food. At 3pm they didn't have ANY food. As for the service, they kept apologizing, but what does that do if I can't eat anything. Ben was great super friendly and kind and made sure our order was right. The lady working the drive though intercom however just seemed done with the job or something like she did not care at all. Poor service and quality - they don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered on the Rallys app. I was missing one of the mozzarella sticks I paid for, and my fries were crammed into their box. When I took them out, they were just pieces of fries. I was there a little before 11pm and I feel like they didn't want to make my food so they half-assed what they did. They didn't give me a receipt, so I Instagram DM Rallys. 2 days later I got a call/voicemail with NO apology for the screw-up, just someone says "This is Rallys. You came to our store recently and if you wanna refund you're gonna have to contact whoever you placed your order through." - I never asked for a refund, and my order was placed DIRECTLY through the Rallys app. Seriously?!?!? Firstly they forgot my Loaded fries. (Must be a Arkansas thing since every fast food place I've been too so far has forgotten some of my items.) But you bet my ass I went back and got them which I'm glad I did because honestly the meals were ass. The Bacon bbq mother cruncher was bad. Bacon sucked and there was no bbq sauce in there along with the crispy onions. As for the Baconzilla the name itself is a let down. Burger barley had any bacon or flavor. The chicken (tiny) bites and fry box was a Joke I could count the fries in there looking at it for a split second and the chicken was hard like if they heated up leftovers. The ONLY Items worth the buck were the "Monsterella" sticks(Shocking) and the fries. Which is why I'm so glad I went back to get my fries that they forgot. I tried the original, Chilli ones and loaded. If I were to go back(not likely) I would only go back for some Monsterella sticks and regular fries. Much shouldn't be expected of a fast food joint. However, the cashier did not give me my credit card back after swiping. When I noticed later I went back to retrieve it.
