The ambience was just terrible. It was very obvious that the floors everywhere you walk was dirty and sticky. Every single table was dirty and the ones that appeared to be half clean appeared to be wiped down with a towel that left a film on the table. The windows look like they have not been washed. There was absolutely no place I would set my food down on a table and definitely would not sit down and eat in that atmosphere. read more

I sat about 25 minutes in the drive thru line Thurs night. Then they screwed up my order by forgetting my Frosty. And they gave me the wrong ticket and were unfriendly. When I drove up to the window they were laughing and playing around and making me wait another 5 minutes! The Wendy's on Markham across from The Stadium is even worse at night. They're extremely rude and always seem to get your order wrong. I can't seem to find a decent Wendy's with decent, competent workers at night. It's so frustrating!!!!! read more

I ordered through the mobile app so I could get in and out faster. I pulled up to the drive thru line and literally took my whole lunch hour. This is absolutely insane. They only had one girl taking orders and doing everything else in the drive thru. You can't do that during lunch rush!! Then I got back to my office and my order was wrong....since it took my whole lunch hour to sit waiting for my meal, I can't take more time to take this back. First time having Wendy's and let's just say I'm a fan of the bacon jalapeño chicken sandwich. It had the right amount of heat to it which made me want more. Really disappointed with the jalapeño cheese fries, it's embarrassing. The fries just aren't good. But the Chicken Nuggets?? Probably my favorite chicken nuggets from a fast food place. Placed a mobile order and when arrived at drive through was told to drive around to window. Got to window and the lady I believe manager was hostile and claimed they did not have my order. I showed her my screen where the order was placed and paid for and she remained hostile and we were told to pull up out of the way till WE figured it out. I do not recommend at all. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH. I was picking up a mobile order & completely ignored by 3 staff workers including 1 that appeared to be a manager. None of them acknowledged me sitting at the OPEN drive thru window until I said excuse me after the 3rd person left. Instead of speaking to me they walked backwards to the other drive up window to deliver orders. When they could have simply been courteous & professional by speaking, asking if they could help me & get me out of the way.......I think all of that is probably in their job description. My Senior Mother Was With Me As Well And Mistakingly Used The Wrong Words, Saying That We Were Here To Pick Up The Curb Side Order Instead Of Saying The Mobile Order & When We Got To The Drive Through Window, & NOT The Mobile Parking Places As Instructed By The Staff, An Employee Was Complaining While Mocking My Mom In A Very Rude, Disrespectful, Inconsiderate, Loud, Aggressively Hostile Voice Saying, "Curb Side, We Don't Have No Curbside Here, Etc, Etc.!" Hurt My Kind & Sweet Dear Mom's Feelings Which Makes Me Feel Emotions That I Do Not Enjoy. On Top Of All Of This, They Messed Up The Order. I have been using the Wendy's Mobile app and Mobile Pay. I usually go thru the drive thru on Broadway due to the proximity to my work. I have money downloaded on the app. Today as I go thru the drive thru, I was notified at the window... WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE MOBILE PAY. The young lady had wanted on me several occasions. Today, there seemed to be a tone of distain in her voice. No explanation.. No apology for any inconvenience. So, do I loose the money loaded on the app? Is it just for this location? Must disagree with the other review. Service was garbage. Parking lot and dining area covered in trash. Stood at counter for almost 5 minutes and didn't get as much as a hello. All in all, this is a pretty good Wendy's. The service was excellent--very friendly and professional. The fries were piping hot, but didn't have a whole lot of flavor. My double cheeseburger was well presented and the taste was what I would expect from a fast food chain--still, better than a lot of fast food alternatives. The parfait was excellent--I think it was a frosty parfait. Don't let the apple and granola fool you..it's ice cream, through and through. While I don't go to fast food places much, I would surely return to this one. read more

Worst Wendy's literally got told by a employee that I was gonna get my ass kicked for driving to fast to the window... alot of homeless people as well another time I went inside a homeless guy came right up me asking for money for about five mins and not one employee asked him to leave. Finally got irritated with this man told him ro back off and then he offered me a chance to square up outside with him. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. My husband and I ordered our sandwiches, paid, and drove up the the delivery window. The young lady at the counter shoved a bag at us while asking what we ordered. My husband got half of "one Dave's double...." out before she slammed the window, and ran away. She of course came back to ask what we ordered a second time because she had forgotten, and hadn't listened completely in the first place. She then ran away AGAIN before my husband could get out that we had also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. He then asked her to come back to the window to clarify. She yelled that she "had already heard yall"(us). She then all but throws our bag at us, and slams the window again. No thanks, little girl. My husband went in to get corporate's number, and speak to a manager. She claimed she was the manager, and gave us the number to some random person's voicemail. If this little...individual is ACTUALLY the manager here, I'd question every decision made by any Wendy's corporate employee from here on out. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Lol its just not worth the drama. Sweetheart, if you are reading this, and are actually the manager, get some therapy. People with horrible attitudes rarely lead successful teams.
