My husband and I were starving and on a motorcycle. We stopped here for something quick to eat and as soon as we walked in we heard a girl in the back say "I don't know why they walked in, I ain't taking their order." We were a little confused as they have a walk up and we were on a motorcycle. As we gave each other the look there was another customer asking for a receipt for her order that they were having a hard time producing. I ordered a combo and was asked "Do you want bacon?", nothing else. I said no, and when I drove up, they charged me extra for a larger fries and drink and told me that I asked for that. I don't know what goes through peoples' minds when they think they can make up something that I never said. I have gone in before only to find out there is no walk in service, only drive thru. Last time, they had no milkshakes in the middle of the afternoon on a hot day. I'm not sure what the purpose is for this place even being here. I went back and asked, Esteban why it was more? He said that's what a large combo cost. I came here tonight around 9:15 and the guy on staff Kevin totally sucked!! First he said one price at the machine then another when I got to the window. Then he didn't have my fires when I clearly said I wanted a MEAL and the fish sandwich was mushy and the middle was NOT EVEN COOKED! I received Rally coupons in the mail today, so thought I would give them a try. FiRST and LAST Wouldn't honor my coupon, said it wasn't good until AUG 1. No where on the coupon does it state that. Then he kept my coupon, didn't even give it back to me for future use. I was going to complain to Corporate but he didn't even give me a receipt so I didn't have the information I needed to do that. Just Door Dashed this place (twice). First order they completely left off 2 burgers! Went on DD and got credit to reorder, re-ordered the 2 burgers that were missing (plus an extra $2 over the credit I was given) Ththe burgers FINALLY came, but the BBQ Bacon Roadhouse was missing a hamburger AND the onion tanglers! Every time I go something is wrong or different. I've ordered the same burger sometimes it comes with grilled onions sometimes the onions are raw. Tonight I ordered two "to cheesy" burgers with no ketchup. Once I got home I bit into a bunch of ketchup. I go back and ask for them to be replaced the manager apologizes and then tried to say he didn't hear me say no ketchup when he repeated it to me when I ordered the first time. He replaced it with 2 burgers that were different from the burgers I ordered.. But they had no ketchup and they had bacon (the ones I ordered didn't have bacon) this isn't the first time I've had problems. I've also been parked next to the building waiting for my food and have watched the same manager sit and apologize to another customer for disrespecting them he said this to the other customers "I thought you were the same person who called me a fat faggot, I threw in some of our dessert" (I don't remember what he gave them) but the customers also said they were going to report it. IVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH THEIR NEW ASSISTANT MANAGER. His name starts with an "A" I think Anthony is his name. This guy has been super professional. He always seems happy and I've never got a messed up order while he was at the store he is also the only reason for the two of the three stars I gave. The third star is for milkshakes. read more

I LOVE this place. Coming from Illinois, we don't have Rally's/Checker's, and the first thing we do when we get to the 34B exit, is stop here. Sure, it's a little sketchy and it's not super clean inside, but it's a drive-thru with no where to eat inside. The customer service has always been just fine, and the food....is worth it! The fries are incredible, burgers are mouthwatering and all of their sauces (particularly ranch) are fantastic. Perhaps if I had the ability to go to other Rally's/Checker's, I'd be able to have a better view of how decent this place is. But for the many experiences I've had here: it's freaking awesome. read more
