I My sons and I were visiting STL from out of states. We walked to this location from the hotel (~10mins) on a Thursday night. I often saw the other location on Chouteau Ave but apparently this one was closer to hotel, walking distance wise. I regret not going to that location. When I arrived here around 10pm, the inside/walk up order was clocked locked up despite lights being on. There is no signage indicating the hours for that area, unfortunately. Since we already walked there and were hungry, I simply placed a pick up via their website around 10:18pm. Per the tracking, it said my order was ready about 10:25pm. I waited for drive through to clear and went to the window. It wasn't ready yet and I was told to go to the other side. Around 10:35pm, I received the food. My mistake was not checking the order but largely because it was cold and wanted to get back to hotel to eat it before it got cold. For starters, I peeked in the bag when it was given to me by staff and fries were everywhere! Then, Only 1 of the 3 sandwiches were correct! It wasn't even that busy! Order: Cheesy Bacon Clucker (Crispy), BBQ Pretzel Buford, and Pretzel Pubster Burger Combo! The clucker was correct but my Buford was missing the bacon AND the bbq sauce. The pubster burger only had 1 patty vs two and no bacon crumbles. There was no ketchup or napkins in the bag either. This was very disappointing experience. I would have been less upset if it was a regular burger but my bbq Buford cost more due to the extra toppings. I wasted my money. If I had a car, I probably would've went back but we were not going to go there and back in the cold. read more

Rally's has not disappointed me yet. The burgers are pretty darn tasty, flavorful, and made fresh every time. But the real star for me is the seasoned fries! They are crispy, perfectly spiced, and absolutely addictive! They remind me of like a state fair LOL. The portions are generous, and the prices are super reasonable for the quality you get. The staff was fast and friendly, and my food came out hot and fresh. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night bite, Rally's always hits the spot. Highly recommend if you love bold flavor and great value! Whoa. I didn't know chicken bites am French fries could me messed up, but boy oh boy were they. Fries seemed to be a day old ie. soggy, barely warm, and not a whole lot of taste. The chicken bites were way over cooked and there were random fries (not the ones I ordered) in the box as well. You may be thinking "awesome! Extra fries." I assure you, they were even worse than my order. Not a place I would recommend. If this was a fluke order, it's the worst I've ever seen. I had a terrible experience at this Rally's. I received the wrong order (two All Americans instead of one All American and one plain double cheeseburger). When I returned one to get the correct item, the manager refused to fix it, insisting I had eaten the double -- even though I clearly had the wrong burger in hand. I explained multiple times that my husband couldn't eat it due to the condiments, but she kept arguing and refused a refund or replacement. She said she was the manager and no one else could help. It's pretty disappointing that I consistently wasted my time going to this Rally's hoping that the service would be better than the last. They lack customer service, so they are definitely rude especially the young girl. The last few wait time to order and get food avg'd about 25 minutes. The owner should just fire them all and hire new people who want to work. Today, I went inside and waited over 10 minutes and no one took my order. The woman just kept telling me she would take my order soon. Well after 10 -15 minutes of no one taking my order, I left. That is ridiculous to continue waiting. The woman that was in there before me was complaining as well because she had been waiting even longer to get her food. The same car that was waiting in the drive thru window when I walked in , was still waiting at the window to get their food when I left, so drive thru is just as slow.
