Love the chicken, it's simple and easy, always filling. Lots of business so it's usually pretty busy. But the service is good and they're personable. I love the caniac combo. My favorite. I can't wait to DIVE into this plate not gonna lie.

All the staff was super friendly as soon as you walk in. They greet you and ask how they can help you I received my order in under five minutes extremely hot and fresh with extra cane sauce like I requested. Food was delicious and zero issues with my order. It was exactly what I had asked for it. The restaurant itself is very clean and plenty of seating.

Looking for a place to eat a quick lunch in downtown StL, this joint stood out like a shining beacon. It was clean, bright, full of hardworking folks eating lunch and our food was very good. We've never eaten there before, and were surprised at how juicy and crunchy the tenders were. The fries were hot & and salty, and they had a delicious sauce called the "Cane sauce." B++ experience!

If you need something quick before work, this is your spot. You can never go wrong with their combo meals. This location is usually busy, but in less than 10 minutes, you get orders.

With so many restaurants closed and being on a cross country road trip we have eaten a lot in our car sadly. That being said this was good fast food chicken. It's nice not having a menu with so many choices. This place does chicken tenders. Done. Hot and quick. Chicken was burn your mouth hot. Not usually the case. Piece of toast. Crinkle fries. No complaints from me!

Clean. Helpful and attentive counter staff. Nice to have outdoor dining available. Service was quick. Crinkle cut fries are a favorite.

I'm not really a chicken finger person, but I got to tell you that I really enjoyed eating them at Raising Canes. Let me start off with the slice of bread. I am a bread lover and I would probably go here just for the bread The chicken fingers were very tasty. Not burnt, not super crunchy, but just the right crisp to satisfy that texture you get on your tongue when you eat something crispy and delicious. The slaw was also very good. Everything went well together. When visiting St Louis. I will definitely have this again.

Spent $70.00 and they forgot my Cole slaw which I didn't discover until I had returned home. Double check your order.

Hot, fresh and the bread is amazing - buy extra! It's fast food but by far a better piece of chicken tender.

The mushroom burger is unlike any other I've ever had. It's ground up mushroom in the shape of a patty with cheese on the inside that is then breaded and deep-fried. It was good and something new, but I preferred the regular veggie burger. The veggie burger comes with crispy onions, which I loved. The service was also great. We are a family that loves pickles and sometimes when we ask for extra pickles, it doesn't seem like we ever get enough. It was not the case here! They were very generous with the extra pickles which we were really happy about. The cheese fries were standard. The Oreo milkshake seemed pretty standard as well, but milkshakes aren't my favorite thing. Personally, I didn't care for how everything is served without a plate and with the burgers in the paper bags. I think the paper bags the burgers come in are a great idea to stop your hands from getting messy, but I had to take the burger out to realign everything so that all the bread wouldn't be at the very bottom and it just became a mess. Note: 1 burger was enough for me. I thought I was still hungry after and got another and that was a mistake!

It's counter service, and you get to see all of the meats and sides while ordering, which makes it tough to decide what to get! I went with the Brisket Dip Sandwich and a side of banana pudding, and both were fantastic. The brisket was tender, the sandwich was packed with flavor, and the au jus really brought everything together. It was great on its own, but every table also has a selection of BBQ sauces to try. The Coffee BBQ sauce was the most interesting one, but it was fun sampling all of them to see which I liked best. If you're in St. Louis and craving BBQ, Sugarfire is definitely worth checking out!

Anything that tastes a little bit more time to prepare they will bring out to you on the floor. Keeps things flowing very well. I got the four bones (baby backs), broccoli salad (premium side, one dollar up charge), and coleslaw. I also grabbed a piece of sweet cornbread with honey butter, and fried green tomatoes with a lemon aïoli. The bones were not rendered as much as I would've liked, the fat layers were still too thick. But the flavor was good. And every table has six different sauces and you can have as much sauce as you want. I tried them all, and my personal favorites were the Carolina mustard, and the Texas hot sauce. The white barbecue was also very interesting. But they're all good. Fried green tomatoes were terrific! Broccoli salad and the coleslaw were pretty tasteless. As was the cornbread. Really wouldn't describe that as sweet cornbread. It seemed a mostly just wheat flour cornbread. The honey butter on its own was really the best side. I'm not unhappy that I came here, but would I seek it out again or try something else in the area? I would try something else in the area. And for that reason I am leaning toward 3 starts. Although the staff is terrific and really hustles here, and that is why I have to bump this up to four stars.

I always show mannerisms when I'm placing my order at any fast food location. I started out working as a food service worker. I know the ups and downs of having rude customers. So I don't want to make anyone job hard, especially being rude for no reason at all. Please do me a favor and close down all these locations mentioned. I will never eat here at any location, I've finally convinced my mother to not portinize this business at any cost. We will fry chicken at home and make our own famous sides like back in day. I often saw the other location on Chouteau Ave but apparently this one was closer to hotel, walking distance wise. I regret not going to that location. When I arrived here around 10pm, the inside/walk up order was clocked locked up despite lights being on. There is no signage indicating the hours for that area, unfortunately. Since we already walked there and were hungry, I simply placed a pick up via their website around 10:18pm. Per the tracking, it said my order was ready about 10:25pm. I waited for drive through to clear and went to the window. It wasn't ready yet and I was told to go to the other side. Around 10:35pm, I received the food. My mistake was not checking the order but largely because it was cold and wanted to get back to hotel to eat it before it got cold. For starters, I peeked in the bag when it was given to me by staff and fries were everywhere! Then, Only 1 of the 3 sandwiches were correct! It wasn't even that busy! Order: Cheesy Bacon Clucker (Crispy), BBQ Pretzel Buford, and Pretzel Pubster Burger Combo! The clucker was correct but my Buford was missing the bacon AND the bbq sauce. The pubster burger only had 1 patty vs two and no bacon crumbles. There was no ketchup or napkins in the bag either. This was very disappointing experience. I would have been less upset if it was a regular burger but my bbq Buford cost more due to the extra toppings. I wasted my money.
