Next, in my second order, I ordered extra veggies and extra lettuce in my chicken bowl...I didn't have any rice, any beans, so you'd think they'd give me a little chicken in my CHICKEN bowl! But did I get any? BARELY any at all! And did I mention that half of the few pieces of chicken I got were burnt?! Check out the picture! I can count the amount of "extra" lettuce leaves were in there! To add insult to injury, they say you get a free queso with any order over $10...TOTAL LIES!!! They said I had a "missing item" when I tried to put in the code, and refused to give it to me! My order was $14.50...and with delivery and "fees," as well as the higher guacamole price, this is what I got for $21!!! They also didn't even include any napkins or utensils, which I specifically requested!!! Get it together!!! And let's talk about their profit margin! It was up almost 14% year over year, almost double what other similar restaurants made! How, you may ask? Easy, blame inflation, give you the pity story that they have to pass on the costs to us, the customers, then they hike up the price, very disproportionately, and voila! Unprecedented profit margins!!! And most big corporations are doing the same thing! My suggestion....go to Jimmy John's! I never write reviews, but after several experiences here I felt I had to. I can right after opening today looking forward to getting ships and guac, and it looked rotten. This location also has many hygiene issues and stated in other reviews. The only reason I come here is because I cannot reasonably get to another location, but my experiences here have made me not want to eat at chipotle anymore. My food has generally been good here but I never order online because I don't trust the food to come out well. Edited to add: the fact that you advertise an A rating from the health department on the side of your building is disgusting. I do not think I have ever seen a time where that rating would be justified at this location. I have personally had the same issue that others have said about literally having my burrito be dragged across a dirty counter. At least the employees were nicer than normal today. read more

I have an issue now with a fully loaded 25.00 gift card that "won't go through" then the manager says there's nothing I can do even though their automated number is saying there was a full balance. Went with my daughter she ordered her food went down the line to wait , I was next, server attempted to pass me up and take next in line I had to step in and be acknowledged to get my order in; then wanted to order a quesadilla for grandchild and was told by, they could only be ordered online, at which time my daughter asked and server told her "oh yes if you order meat on it you can place order" server was very rude. Quality is always a mixed bag, sometimes usual sometimes the rice is over or undercooked, and I even had a piece of foil in my bowl one time. First time here. It was late on a Saturday night, perhaps 30 minutes before closing. There were just a couple people in front of us, but maybe 8 loitering around waiting for their order, and then a line stacked up behind us that went to the door. When we got to the counter we placed our order. Sofritas bowl, steak tacos, chicken al pastor burrito with guac. We also saw that there was a small stack of orders that were called in and that the grills were turned off and being scrubbed. There was food debris all over the working side of the counter! I ordered delivery through the Chipotle app and when it arrived there was NO silverware nor napkins (which is an issue if you're visiting and staying in a hotel). Also, I ordered a bowl with white rice, steak, corn, and extra sour cream. When I opened the container there was cheese and beans when I specifically asked for no cheese and beans. I tried calling a reaching out to get a refund because it was $22 and that is a lot of money to spend on food that did not even end up arriving how I ordered it on the app. I called three times and never once got an answer but based on the reviews I have read prior to leaving my review I am not totally surprised. I got an order of veggie tacos & also a veggie bowl which are always yummy. I got there later in the evening. It was around 830pm & they closed @10pm so I get it, it's the end of the day, online orders coming in, there's a line out the door. Once my food was prepared with all the fixings I wanted, I noticed there was no care put into packaging, it was just thrown together, sour cream was all over the container & the tacos were packed up soooooo messy they leaked all in my bag & eventually my clothes, other orders I saw being prepared were a mess as well & when I say the place was a COMPLETE MESS, it was bad. Meat & sauce was everywhere, un-wiped spills, cheese from past orders. Every area visible from that line of customers needed a wipe down. This location is my last resort when I need something quick. On my visit yesterday, after getting in line one of the first things I noticed was that the grill wasn't clean. I like the open kitchen concept, because I think it has the opportunity to demonstrate cleanliness and the integrity of the food they use and so on, but what's the point if it's super messy? I know it's fast food, but hospitality goes a really long way for me. They weren't super busy, it was like 2pm and the person helping me just kind of looked at me and waited for me to say what I wanted. I asked for a bowl, and after that all I got was "white or brown rice?" "Black or pinto?" "Meat?" It seemed like they were pained to be there. They could've been having a bad day, but maybe don't have that person as the first point of contact for customers. I also downloaded the rewards app they were promoting on signage, but it wasn't working when I got to the register. After asking for help to get the points for what I had just spent, they said they didn't know what was wrong but that I could use my receipt afterwards. That ended up not working... shocker. I ordered delivery and upon opening it, all the guacamole was extremely brown with no hint of green. The guacamole also smelled rotten? My food was thrown in haphazardly and I deemed it to be unsafe to eat. I contacted the store and the app for help and a refund but will no longer be ordering from chipotle at this location. The supervisor stated that the guac is made fresh every morning and that it's likely the avocados. However, the smell of it is quite repulsing so I'm unsure of the accuracy of that response. I really want to like this location but after spending $200+ here over a few months I can say confidently that I won't be back any time soon. I order through the Chipotle app for pickup orders usually and every time I order this way, my order is wrong. Things are missing from burrito bowls, large chips and guacamole are missing from my order. One time I got a burrito bowl with only cheese/rice/meat when I had ordered almost all the topping options available. I don't blame the employees, they seem like they're drowning in chaos every time I go there. The management needs to work on training and actually managing this location.
