Ralph's towed my car from next to Oneida hospital to his place and charged me 486 dollars total rip off

Ralph himself set me over to get a diagnostic on my car, he told me to tell them he personally sent me and somewhere out of all that his crazy rude old wife told him I wanted my AC fixed for free HAHA.. no lady I was giving your husband over $1000 in work from a car accident that the other party's insurance was paying for on my car and he was doing the diagnostic as a FAVOR and the WARRANTY I have on my car was fixing the AC issue. Get over yourself. You just lost your husband a $1000 job because of your own assumption. She was very rude to people on the phone as I was standing there as well. She's awful with people and acts like a crazy money hungry old lady always trying to squeeze that last penny lol they're scam artists who are the most expensive in the area. read more

Ralph has done work for my family and I many times. I hit a deer with my moms car, she has a pearl white car, which is hard to blend, Ralph did it with perfection and the car looks as good as new less than a month later! read more

Stopped in to get rocker panels replaced on my truck, without hesitation, I was told they only do collision work, I guess I have to hit something for them to be able to replace rocker panels. I guess I will have to keep looking for a shop that does customer pay work. read more

I wouldn't recommend this paint shop. If they aren't getting business from an insurance claim, Ralph will hardly give you the time of day. If you're able to schedule an appointment, which takes weeks of constantly calling to see when he might squeeze you in, the quality of work is poor. This shop doesn't spend the time needed to do a job correctly the first time. I had to bring the vehicle back for re-work due to poor quality and paint not holding up. Since the re-work was deemed "a bitch to do", they only did a portion of it and told me they didn't have time to do the rest and to pick the vehicle up. Ralph didn't want to do any more work on it, so now I'm stuck with bubbling paint after only a few months have passed since being previously painted by this shop. read more

I had my vehicle towed to the garage for a quote on repairs. They quoted $1100 for a water pump repair. Next garage I called quoted me $600. I paid for my tow and they tried to hold my vehicle hostage until I paid for another hour of their "labor". I sat down in their waiting area and very peacefully tried to reason with their mechanic, at which point he yelled at me for several minutes unprovoked. Had to threaten legal action to get my van and the icing on the cake was the mechanic had removed pieces from my engine in a grimy ploy to force me to use their garage. read more
