I literally drive 6" on metal rails and the attendant decided it was completely acceptable to scream at me, call me names and then take my money and not render services. Went into the mini mart to complain about car wash taking my money and refusing to render services. Clerk said it's a separate business and nothing they can do. Horrible experience and now have to try to get money back from cc company. This guy needs to be out of business and into anger management therapy.

I cancelled in September 2025 three separate ways: in person at the location, by phone message, and by email. My credit card has been charged every month since. I disputed several of the more recent charges through Chase and those disputes were resolved in my favor. I then sent the business a written demand asking them to stop the charges and refund what was billed after my cancellation. I received no response, and the charges are still appearing on my statement. If you are considering the monthly membership, be warned. My advice is practical rather than editorial: keep written proof of any cancellation, check your statements every month, and understand that stopping the billing may require your bank rather than the business.
