I had a minor accident involving my front bumper and decided to give Branning a chance giving how highly reviewed they were and they are part of my insurances repair locations. I had the pleasure of meeting Rich and his team right on 8am when they opened and to my surprise they actually recommended just buffing the scratches out as the damages weren't as bad as I originally thought. After they removed most of the scratch right on the spot free of charge I thought that was quite honest of him and decided to ask him to repair a separate dent on my door from a previous incident. They did their work really well and had my car back the very next day. The estimate was very accurate and upfront and the process was very quick and easy. Honestly its guys like at Branning that makes the tedious and stressful situation of car repair much more tolerable. I would highly recommend Branning at this location for your auto repair needs. This was the second vehicle which I took my car to Brannings for an unfortunate dent/scratching incident on the passenger side rear quarter panel on my Mercedes. The cost estimate provided was fair. The customer service provided by Carolina, Freddie and Richard was top notch. They did a fantastic job in removing the dent and scratch, making look new. We dropped the car off at Branning on a Tuesday, was told that it wouldn't be repaired until the next Tuesday, and was informed that the car repair was complete on Friday (same week we dropped it off). TESLA OWNERS BE AWARE!!! I had a minor damaged to be fixed (hit the curb), took the car there and Alex told me it would take a week. It took a month for the part to arrive, then they said they need another two weeks to fix, after the 2 weeks had passed they said they need another 10 DAYS because a worker was sick!!! They refused to pay for my rental (I pied for 2 weeks out of pocket) and refused to speed up my car. Be prepared to have your car at the shop for over 2 MONTHS and to pay THOUSANDS in rental!!! read more

I had the only headache will this place, I had a bad hit on my driver side, they did my repairs, and gave the wrong estimate to my car Insurance on the value of my car compared too the repairs. After the work was done I constantly had to come back because the repairs weren't complete; the dash was reading the door were open when closed, the window didn't close. My insurance recommended taking my car to this shop recently after a collision accident I was involved in. My car took a bit of time considering parts needed to be replaced, however the manager was right on time with the expected finish date. They even offered to charge me less considering they did not need to replace my light based on how well they buffered, which was awesome. Very professional and accurate... Fantastic experience with Branning! Our car had some damage on the driver's side due to our car merging into another car at a low speed in a construction zone. Branning was one of the locations in our area that works directly with GEICO. After reading reviews, we decided to bring our car to Branning. All of the workers at Branning were very courteous and efficient. The shop manager explained to me exactly what he was going to do and gave an estimate for when the car would be ready. Throughout the repair process, Branning kept us informed about the status of the car. The car was fully repaired within the estimated time. The repair work was excellent - the color was well-matched, all of the damage was repaired, and the entire car was cleaned inside and out. I side swiped my lexus RX350 on a parking lot column. The door panel amd the rear view mirror were destroyed. Went to Branning on Kennedy Blvd and spoke to Rich. He gave me an eatimate and a few weeks later brought the car to get fixed. Rich remembered my name took the car. Brought the car on a Tuesday and the following Monday the car was ready the work was amazing The car looked brand new. There wasn't anything I could point out that wasn't done properly. Recently got my Lexus repaired here and they did a great job. Rich is very knowledgeable and answered all questions and really took care of me. He explained everything thoroughly. They had a rental at the shop waiting for me when I dropped my car off. It was a very smooth and streamlined process. They took care of basically everything it was effortless for me besides just showing up. They updated me along the way pretty often. The shop is clean and spacious as well. Excellent experience here. Someone dented by car after opening their door into mine. Branning fixed the car incredibly fast, and set us up with a rental in the meantime. Within just 2 days, we had our car back and it looked good as new. Communication was great and they kept us in the loop at all steps. Plus they are honest people. I realized I had left some cash visible in the car when i dropped it off. But when I picked the car back up, every dollar was still there, exactly where I left it.
