Honey pack stuffed behind the bed headboard

Hotels need to be maintained due to traffic flow. This hotel has seen better days. At one time it must have been ok but Ramada is not doing the work that it takes to maintain the visually upkeep of the property. Pricing is reasonable location for my visit here was good as well but the upkeep was quite different than the pictures I saw Even the parking lot was trashed

Mold in the window air conditioning unit, mold in the fridge, fridge doesn't even work, hair dryer doesn't work. I get it's a you get what you pay for kinda thing.... but this room still wasn't cheap cheap. I'm NOT even remotely happy. I'm here for 4 days had hoped to use the fridge to store some food so I didn't have to spend extra money on food. It's still not warm outside so I didn't want we hair... and mold is not acceptable EVER. Basic things. The one star that I am forced to give would be for the bed. It's not AWFUL. Hard as a rock, but at least there aren't spring a in my back. Also. Was supposed to be non smoking but it smells like smoke. And the top bed cover has cigarette burns in it.

All I wanted to do was go somewhere quite and get some rest before heading to a late night work shift... and couldn't. I booked this room off of Agoda and this is what they gave me. When I went to the front desk to see if I can get another room, the elderly man told me that there was no other rooms Available and that was a lie because one of the attendants suggested I get another room that call herself cleaning. The attendant wanted to give me my money back but I had no where else to go at the time. I left anyway All hotels were booked due to an college event. This room was so disrespectful that I just wouldn't even recommend for anyone to stay here. This is truly a health hazard and they are being reported to the health department.

Negative 1 star! Filthy hotel even the curtains are ripped. This hotel should be reported.

    Trash behind the nightstand

This is one if not the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. As soon as you open the door there's a stale smoke smell so noticeable, my 3yr old shouted about it! The first room (I had to ask for another) had about 10 or more cigarette burns all around the tub and sink. The curtains had about 3 dead bugs stuck on them. When I went back to the front lobby to ask for a change of room I was met with an unprofessional encounter. The attendant was short and bit sarcastic. I told him my issues with the room and asked if they were all similar. He asked me if I can read his facial expressions and he doesn't know about the other rooms. My new room was directly above the old one (I felt like I was getting punk'd and Ashton Kutcher would pop out at any minute)! The smell inside was actually better!! However, THE ROOM WAS A MESS!!!!!!!! Trash all over the floors , dirty curtains and cigarette burns on the sheets and comforter. There is a rolled blunt/cigar behind the nightstand. I will say the microwave, coffee maker, and fridge deserve the one star given!

Stay: July 21st, 2017 Duration: 1 night This is quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Our flight was super early in the morning, so we got to Baltimore way before check in time. I was allowed to check in early, the only good thing about this place. Well that & there are plenty of food options nearby. As soon as you open the door an overwhelming aroma of cigarette smoke hits you. I thought these were nonsmoking rooms?! It's like the smell is embedded in the carpet & they're too cheap to re-carpet all the rooms. The quilt that was on top the bed. Gross. Lost count of the amount of cigarette burns in the quilt. We immediately threw that on the floor along with the fleece blanket under that. Thank goodness, the sheets were clean. So, I turned on the AC unit & fell asleep. Then we were awoken by someone banging on the door. Scared thinking something happened (like a fire), I rush to the door only for someone to hand me a towel. A FUCKING TOWEL. WHY ARE YOU BANGING ON THE DOOR LIKE YOU HAVE A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST FOR A FUCKING TOWEL?! If the room wasn't ready, why did you put me in it?! I was so mad I threw the towel across the room. It was then we realized the AC unit didn't work in the middle of a heat wave. I called the front desk, they moved us no problem. This time we turned the AC unit on & sat in the car for about 10-15 minutes to make sure it actually worked. So once again, when you open the door you get hit with this cigarette smell. Mind you, we're on the complete opposite side now. So, this is when I deduced that they were too cheap to re-carpet these rooms. They really shouldn't advertise as non-smoking when it is very clear that people smoked in these rooms for years. Whatever cheap motel this used to be before clearly shows. Once again there were too many cigarette burns in the quilt to count. Come on, you can at least get some new quilts since you don't want to get new carpet. The bathrooms were really small. Too small for my liking, I had to use it with the door open. But the bathroom in the new room was gross. Like super gross. Like you had to wear flip flops in the shower so you don't get foot fungus gross. The toilet seat was too big for the toilet. Mold. The pipe was broken so there was water constantly running. The water didn't bother me much it was the fact that they didn't care enough to fix it. But what do I care, I'm not paying the water bill. When I woke up the next morning, there were a bunch of mosquitoes hanging around the vanity (I guess because of the water & the lights). As a result, I had about 4 new bites when I woke up. As gross as this place is, it wasn't bed bug bites because my boyfriend didn't get bit. Only reason we stayed is because we needed it for 1 night. I regret not moving to another hotel when my boyfriend suggested. Pay extra & stay somewhere else.

They have roaches!! We couldn't sleep there, I asked for a refund and after 20 minutes of going back and forth he gave me half my money back

They have roaches, the bathroom was dirty, the blankets had cigarette burns, there were no towels and wash clothes! We couldn't stay there, I refused! I tried to get my money back but he gave me such a hard time and after about 20 minutes he gave me half my money back, I will never return!!!!!

Cigarette burns all over everything, busted bed post and strong cigarette smell all over!! Gross

This has to be the worst Red Roof I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed in many. They are normally clean and decently appointed. No, they're not the Hilton, Hyatt, Ritz, Mandarin or Four Seasons by a wide berth, but they get the job done. I had a meeting on Wednesday morning and rather than driving 1.5 hours in uncertain traffic, I decided to spend the night in the area and I picked this place since I was told Parkville hotels were sketchy. From a logistics standpoint it made sense since my meeting was only about 15 minutes away from this property. Wow, is all I can say. People were sitting in lawn chairs outside of the rooms like you were in the Mississippi Delta or some place. All that was missing was a fishing pole and a river or pond. It was kind of disturbing. I saw toothlessness, drug tracks on people's arms and some other stuff I won't even mention. And that was all within the first 15 minutes of check-in. The room? After the front desk clerk gave me a room with no fridge and microwave the first time....then a key to the wrong room the second time....and then a key that didn't work the the third time (right room this time, finally), I was a wee bit annoyed. Walked into the room and it's a fly fest. One or two on such a hot day with a open door as I move my stuff inside I can understand, but there was at least a dozen flies in that room. You'd have sworn that was a dead body in there somewhere. Luckily there was not. I had a can of Microban spray that I carry in my car that came in handy to spray the entire room down. The front dresser had a drawer that had fallen off and was resting against the wall. I guess the engineer decided it wasn't worth replacing. Same with the air conditioning unit. The unit's cover had completely fallen off exposing all the inhaled black dust and yuck inside. I've seen units with the facade partially loose but not one that had completely become detached. The vent on the bathroom wall was hanging by a wire, which I had to push back in. Mold on the ceiling. The tub had all sorts of hard water stains and chips on the porcelain. It reminded me of an hourly motel rather than one of the same Red Roof properties that had served me well over the years. Most of the stuff I didn't even bother taking pics of. Use your imagination and stay away from this particular location.

The last week of my stay I noticed green mold (you can see from the pictures) on the carpet under the bed, and on the dust cover of the bed. There is also black mold on the air conditioner. I alerted the front desk and simply asked to change rooms due to the mold because it takes 2 weeks for mold to be visible so it has been there almost my entire stay and my pets and I have been breathing it in. I had been experiencing symptoms of mold exposure such as congestion and itchiness that was abnormal for me. They informed me they were fully booked up and could not change my room. I asked if there was anything else they could do for me to compensate for being exposed to mold and was told there would be a general manager and a maintenance man to come in about an hour. However, an hour later only the maintenance man came and told me it was not mold and quickly cleaned everything up. I asked if the manager was going to speak with me and he ignored me and just kept saying it wasn't mold. The maintenance man also informed me that my windows had been cracked. This was extremely alarming because I did not at any point open the windows myself. The only time they could have been opened is when I removed my pets to have the room cleaned. They accused me multiple times of leaving the windows open, but it would've made no sense for me to do that for many reasons. I am a single woman at a ground floor apartment so it would not be safe, and more importantly my cat and dog are in there without me while I am at work and temperatures were in the ninety's daily. My cat is also an escape artist and the window screen had a hole in it already . At this point my mother had to get involved because I could not get an audience with the manager and over the phone, she was told over and over that mold is only black and not green. This is obviously un true. When we did not accept that as an answer the manager became hostile towards us and absolutely refused a refund or any kind of compensation for there being mold in my room. I literally have never written a complaint like this for any business but this is a health concern and the general manager gas-lit me and was hostile towards my family and I.
