The room was clean. The place is very convenient to shopping and food. The desk staff was pretty nice. The pictures are similar but not exact. The clientele was pretty sketchy. This is the place where people congregate on the balcony. I would not choose to stay here with the kids but for a business trip it worked out quite well. Hotels need to be maintained due to traffic flow. This hotel has seen better days. At one time it must have been ok but Ramada is not doing the work that it takes to maintain the visually upkeep of the property. I would give this place no stars if I was able to I have been here for over a month and after this snowstorm it's been a week they didn't put down a single drop of salt they didn't plow a single spot in the entire parking lot having to park behind a business and pray I don't get towed after staying here for a month. It's moldy it stinks and the continental breakfast they claim they have is literally stale echoes that have been sitting out . And if you call with a complaint that is if your phone actually reaches the front desk and they can hear you because every time I called the front desk they claim they can't hear me they act like they don't understand English. Mold in the window air conditioning unit, mold in the fridge, fridge doesn't even work, hair dryer doesn't work. I get it's a you get what you pay for kinda thing.... but this room still wasn't cheap cheap. I'm NOT even remotely happy. I'm here for 4 days had hoped to use the fridge to store some food so I didn't have to spend extra money on food. It's still not warm outside so I didn't want we hair... and mold is not acceptable EVER. Basic things. The one star that I am forced to give would be for the bed. It's not AWFUL. All I wanted to do was go somewhere quite and get some rest before heading to a late night work shift... and couldn't. I booked this room off of Agoda and this is what they gave me. When I went to the front desk to see if I can get another room, the elderly man told me that there was no other rooms Available and that was a lie because one of the attendants suggested I get another room that call herself cleaning. The attendant wanted to give me my money back but I had no where else to go at the time. I left anyway All hotels were booked due to an college event. This room was so disrespectful that I just wouldn't even recommend for anyone to stay here. This is truly a health hazard and they are being reported to the health department. read more

This is one if not the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. As soon as you open the door there's a stale smoke smell so noticeable, my 3yr old shouted about it! The first room (I had to ask for another) had about 10 or more cigarette burns all around the tub and sink. The curtains had about 3 dead bugs stuck on them. When I went back to the front lobby to ask for a change of room I was met with an unprofessional encounter. The attendant was short and bit sarcastic. I told him my issues with the room and asked if they were all similar. He asked me if I can read his facial expressions and he doesn't know about the other rooms. My new room was directly above the old one (I felt like I was getting punk'd and Ashton Kutcher would pop out at any minute)! The smell inside was actually better!! However, THE ROOM WAS A MESS!!!!!!!! Trash all over the floors , dirty curtains and cigarette burns on the sheets and comforter. There is a rolled blunt/cigar behind the nightstand. Stay: July 21st, 2017 Duration: 1 night This is quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Our flight was super early in the morning, so we got to Baltimore way before check in time. I was allowed to check in early, the only good thing about this place. Well that & there are plenty of food options nearby. As soon as you open the door an overwhelming aroma of cigarette smoke hits you. I thought these were nonsmoking rooms?! It's like the smell is embedded in the carpet & they're too cheap to re-carpet all the rooms. The quilt that was on top the bed. Gross. Lost count of the amount of cigarette burns in the quilt. We immediately threw that on the floor along with the fleece blanket under that. Thank goodness, the sheets were clean. So, I turned on the AC unit & fell asleep. Then we were awoken by someone banging on the door. Scared thinking something happened (like a fire), I rush to the door only for someone to hand me a towel. A FUCKING TOWEL. WHY ARE YOU BANGING ON THE DOOR LIKE YOU HAVE A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST FOR A FUCKING TOWEL?! If the room wasn't ready, why did you put me in it?! I was so mad I threw the towel across the room. It was then we realized the AC unit didn't work in the middle of a heat wave. I called the front desk, they moved us no problem. This time we turned the AC unit on & sat in the car for about 10-15 minutes to make sure it actually worked. So once again, when you open the door you get hit with this cigarette smell. Mind you, we're on the complete opposite side now. So, this is when I deduced that they were too cheap to re-carpet these rooms. They really shouldn't advertise as non-smoking when it is very clear that people smoked in these rooms for years. Whatever cheap motel this used to be before clearly shows. Once again there were too many cigarette burns in the quilt to count. Come on, you can at least get some new quilts since you don't want to get new carpet. The bathrooms were really small. Too small for my liking, I had to use it with the door open. But the bathroom in the new room was gross. Like super gross. Like you had to wear flip flops in the shower so you don't get foot fungus gross. The toilet seat was too big for the toilet. Mold. The pipe was broken so there was water constantly running. The water didn't bother me much it was the fact that they didn't care enough to fix it. But what do I care, I'm not paying the water bill. When I woke up the next morning, there were a bunch of mosquitoes hanging around the vanity (I guess because of the water & the lights). As a result, I had about 4 new bites when I woke up. As gross as this place is, it wasn't bed bug bites because my boyfriend didn't get bit. Only reason we stayed is because we needed it for 1 night. I regret not moving to another hotel when my boyfriend suggested. Pay extra & stay somewhere else. read more

We were forced to stay here recently when every other - and i mean EVERY other hotel in a 50 mile radius was sold out. Under those circumstances it was better than sleeping in our car- but not by a whole lot. There is a reason the Ramada Limited still had rooms available when every other hotel in the region was sold out, and I'll leave it at that. What you've got here is the typical cheap hotel, run by an Indian/Pakistani family (not sure which but you get the picture). Old-school doors-on-the-outside 1960's motor-hotel. No "green space" - just asphalt and concrete all around. Hotter than h*ll (it was July). We paid about $60 which is less than half of what a "name brand" hotel would have charged. So we got what we expected and I don't think we were ripped off. It served the purpose for a one-night sleep-and-hit-the-road-first-thing kind of scenario. PROS: The bed linens seemed clean, no bedbugs we could find. Towels were clean and smelled fresh The TV worked. Lights and outlets worked. The coffeemaker worked. Furnishings were not that bad, all things considered. Ramada is now a Wyndham brand, so there are some minimum standards they have to adhere to. CONS: Dingy-Dirty exterior. And only the minimum of room maintenance. Windows (all of them) were filthy. You've gotta assume the family running the place is doing the maintenance themselves - and they're doing the bare minimum necessary. At $60/night there can't be a whole lot of money to work with. the place is just generally gross- although trust me- there are MUCH worse places out there. - NOISY. It sits right on a busy highway, lots of other traffic-producing business around, and you will hear all of your neighbors - both sides and above/below you. - AC/Heat units are through-the-wall units that sound like a train coming. runs constantly because the building is impossible to keep cool - and can't really get the moisture out of the air. You've been there I'm sure - you're either sweating or freezing with that cold-clammy too-damp feeling. - Bathroom fan also sounds like a train coming, and no way to turn it off short of getting inside the unit, which i was not about to do because it was filthy. - Paint and wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Half-a$$ed amateur-looking plaster and caulk "repairs" that were all growing black mold. I tried to stay off the toilet and did not use the shower. Like I said - we were there one night and back on the road first thing AM - but the bathroom was gross. Again - I have stayed in MUCH worse, but that was decades ago when I was young, stupid, and had a much better immune system. BOTTOM LINE: This place is fine for you and a couple college buddies to crash for the night - or for you-and-the-missus in a quick stop-and-go situation. I would NOT subject my kids to this kind of place under any circumstances, and I would NOT book this hotel for anything longer than one or two nights. There are hundreds of better places around (albeit for a few more dollars). Don't be afraid of it - stay here if it's the only option available and figure you're going to make it out alive. If I had to stay here again I'd do it instead of sleeping in my car. read more

It's adequate. Pros - inexpensive for the area. Staff was professional and helpful. Room was very quite and relatively clean. It was close to the places I needed to be over the weekend. Cons - Motel was old but had been remodeled sometime in the past 10 years. Room was dark even with all the lights on. Bathroom was horrible, looked like mildew around the top of the shower stall and the bathroom door was held together with packing tape. Breakfast was adequate but old fashioned hotel continental breakfast, yogurt, sweet rolls, toaster waffles, coffee, juice, & milk. Clientele was iffy, seemed to be a place where people were staying long term. Car in the lot near us had a flat and did not move for 3 days. Overall, might stay here again but probably pay a little more for a better overall experience. read more

Nasty nasty nasty!!!!! We have never stayed in a nasty hotel like this! We were put in a very dirty room, went to ask for another one, and we were told this is the best room they have. This room looked like never ever been cleaned. We used hand sanitizer all the time! When we went to check out I showed the lady behind the big window (yes.... behind bulletproof window!) some pictures of the room and asked her how much she would pay to stay in this ... she couldn't answer!
