Understandably a very female centric place. However, how do they accommodate the occasional…read moremetrosexual that may stop in? Are they able to shift gears or is everyone Carrie Bradshaw? And that is exactly the feeling that you get when you go in there. The front desk are armed with their Apple computers and hidden behind the screens. They are not very sensitive to esoteric needs. What do i mean? In an effort to coordinate this i was in contact via text. I was trying to figure out who it was that i was conversing with. The person began using abbreviations like "FD" where i had to clarify what she meant; and it was "Front Desk". The place is a bit hard to find and I had to call for coordinates and was rifled off "commands" as to how to get there which was memorized in the presenters mind but not really intuitve. Like she just wanted to "get it out of her system" without regard for whether someone would be able to understand. These are signs to me of what is in store. So when I got there i was given a computer to fill out an inordinate amount of forms. No sooner did i get the ipad that the battery went out. But who wants to fill out all this information on an ipad where there is not a desk; you are just kind of struggling with the keys as you sit in a waiting room chair. Like it doesn't lend itself to use for this purpose because there is not support for the ipad to stay on your lap. If its on your lap you can't really use the keyboard do you see what i mean? Then I went into the bathroom and saw the heaping trash. These are things that people see; we don't care how dainty Carrie says that she is. Then they put me in a treatment room with a towel or fur comforter that looked dirty. The table wasn't adjusted at all and i sat and sat and sat and sat until i walked out. That was my experience. For me its not a place for guys. But again dare i say that these actressess might want to consider some of what i say. But they won't; I can see that as clear as day. They are set in their ways. It is his fault you see. They will falter and falter to the point of ad nauseum. As long as the facade of the Apple computers at the front desk are fired up and ready to go; that is all that matters. The show must go on. Thats all.

Even with a history of breastfeeding two kids, my breasts are perky and the perfect size! Incisions are barely visible on my breasts and around the nipple. My abdominal scar is more noticeable but can be completely hidden beneath underwear or a swimsuit. I will continue to use scar tape to help the color fade over time. I went from a size 14 in jeans to a size 8. My belly went from fupa to flat and the 360 lipo helped create perfect curves! As expected, the first week involved lots of resting and small movements (with the help of my cheese pillow and a walker). Pain was manageable with RX pain meds in the beginning and then strictly Tylenol through week 4. Post-surgery, Dr. Rao would call and check in with my husband and I to be sure things were on track and I was recovering well. I am entering week 14 and my healing process continues to be going great! I had one small tear at the "T" point beneath my right breast. Dr. Rao monitored the area closely, coached me in how to change the dressing, answered all my questions and assured me it would close without needing additional sutures. All of this was true, the tear closed weeks ago, there was never any pain associated with it and there is zero additional scarring in the area. I was so excited I did little to no research, I knew I wanted silicone under the muscle. I am very, very thin 5"2 98lbs. While in my consultation I was feeling implants and my first initial thought was "ok I want the softest implant to feel the most natural" that was my FIRST mistake. Dr Maloney said '"okay great, thats our cheapest implant! You're going to love it." Paid and planned my surgery then and there. Surgery dates were very OPEN which I've also learned may be a red flag. Fwd to after the surgery, I wake up they tell me you dont have to wear a bra if you dont want to and all of the instructions which were very different from the other women in Bustmob. The first thing I noticed was I didnt have the blocky, square Franken boob look that i had mentally prepared myself for, so I had to call and ask why. They told me in surgery Dr Maloney decided to put my implants subfascial, because they wouldn't fit under my muscle! I was upset for weeks about it. Then I started to notice a few months in my right implant was hard, sore, not looking like the other implant at all! I text Dr. Maloney and he brought me in, he told me nothing is wrong, they look great! As time went by it kept getting worse and worse. I could not get him to listen to my concerns he was too busy trying to gaslight me that I looked AMAZING thanks to him. I went in and saw him about 6 times!!!!!!!!!!!! 6 times I saw him and we argued in his office that i had capsular contraction! I will never forget one of the times I saw him, i felt so upset, so defeated. I spent all this money to look better to look and feel even worse! I was crying in the office and he told me "you really need to go get a mental health check!" I got in my car and ugly cried for 30mins before I could even drive home! A few weeks later we went on vacation, while laying on my belly on the beach my implant was so hard and painful I had to dig a hole in the sand for it to sit in because any any pressure felt awful! It was then I decided absolutely NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS! Came back to town told Dr Maloney I was going to get a second opinion and i told him the doctor and this time he changed. He said you're going to trust him over me and kinda chuckled and told me we could do an awake capsulotomy which is NOT A CAPSULECTOMY. I was SCARED but agreed. We did the awake surgery which was not as bad as I thought and it did work for the CC. But now, my implants are extremely rippled, which leads us back to my consultation and my choice of placement. Knowing how thin I am (that's the reason I have such bad rippling) this doctor still let me get the cheapest implant because that's all I could afford and he wanted to make a sale. So I tell them i cant stand this and he tells me gain 30lbs you wont even see it. Then his next thing was see this implant you chose? And he hangs the soft implant and its all wrinkled. Then he hangs the firm implant and says you needed a more cohesive implant. So I ask about switching to a more cohesive implant and now he doesnt want to touch me because according to his standards, I look great! Fwd to now, I had a consultation they told me the revision boob isn't even in a pocket, its just hanging there in the skin! He stretched the pocket too wide in the awake surgery! I'm so disgusted.
