NO!!!!!! I called to ask when and they said they would send someone out for and additional $500 bucks...and stupid me, I agree!!!!! because Im the type of sucker that a business like this relies on taking advantage of. So thats the end, right? NO!!!!!!! They don't show up and when I call again, its my fault!!! So now we are two weeks and about $1500 bucks into getting this pool open and still no end in sight. But is that the end? NO!!!!!!! We were charged nearly $1000 bucks to replace 15 small tiles!!! Why? IDK....perhaps they flew artisans in from Italy. $2500 bucks....15 small tiles.....and a bowl of water I can not swim in.....do yourself a favor.....find someone that has some pride in their business, some sense of value for the customer, and frankly someone that will be around next year.......because these guys will go under and deserve it. We spent over a year trying to find a fair priced, communicative, and quality contractor who was even available to do the renovation work. We had ridiculously high quotes, quotes not itemized, blatant gouging, and folks who would not even return phone calls. Then we found Brian and Northstar Pools. From the first moments, I knew this was not your average NJ contractor. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, humble - and clearly held to their mantra of providing only caring and customer-focused service - but he really knows his stuff on top of that! His prices were fair and enumerated in detail, so I knew exactly what I was getting. But it took a couple of months while I did more research - and during that time he was ever so patient, answered all my questions, and helped me arrive at a plan that worked. Once work started, he and his crew worked very hard and efficiently to tackle this beast of a project. As I was juggling the logistics of the other related landscaping and electrical work (and not to mention the weather), Brian was super accommodating and patient in coordinating all the work with me. When the inevitable need for plan changes occurred - Brian took everything in stride to make sure I was satisfied. The DIYer and engineer in me forced me to ask a LOT of questions as work progressed (and I mean a LOT). Brian answered every single one of them patiently and professionally - even the stupid ones. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were clearly evident. He even crawled ten feet under the new liner he just installed to remove a few pebbles that had found their way underneath - on a nice hot August day no less. I hired Jeff 4 - maybe closer to 5 years ago to build me a pool in my backyard. It was just post COVID- and he had delay after delay after delay in finishing my pool- which I accepted, but I shouldn't have. He was completely incommunicado through all my requests for updates. Casually saying "that's the plan" when asked about when things were going to be done. He built me a nice lap pool- but disregarded the pool design by 3ft to the right. When I had my "as-built" survey completed that's when I learned from my survey company that my concrete pool was put in the wrong spot. My town of Westwood required a variance for his miscalculation and this jerk never helped with anything, but kept insisting this was routine. I paid him well in excess of $200,000 for my pool and he left me holding the bag. He is rude, arrogant and untrustworthy! Spend your hard earned money with a reliable and competent pool contractor and stay away from Aquatic Pool Management.

They said one thing and pretend to be nice, saying all inclusive package but turns out charging extra once you sign a contract with them. On top of that, their staff is very inexperienced that they struggled in setting up our pool equipments and cleaning our pool. They had to come back many times to get things corrected, only to log more hours and chemicals so that they can charge you more. It has never taken over 2 weeks duration from opening pool to get pool water clear and clean and vacuum to be ready for swimming. Don't ever use them if you need pool ready for party! Due to their frequent Management staff change over (3 managers change within recent past 6 months), customers are given misleading pool package contract information and make it impossible to verify additional sneaky charges that they claimed not included in their so-called "inclusive" expensive pool package, as compared to other pool companies. If you ever need a repair, their parts are 4 times more expensive than the market price. Please consider carefully when picking Lehmann Pools as your company!
