Jim, Sherry and the rest of the staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Leslie's installation management is the complete opposite. Leslie's initially shipped me a pool filter instead of a heater. They refused to ship the replacement heater till they picked up the filter, which wasted a whole week. At installation time, the installer told me I had to arrange for an electrician since he was not licensed. He also was not licensed for gas installations. That was obvious since he did not know what a debris trap is or how to plumb it. I had to tell him how to properly connect the gas line. Mind you, I am the homeowner and knew more than he did about the uniformed construction codes for plumbing. Granted, the installation people who showed up were not at fault. They were as helpful, friendly, and accommodating as possible given the situation. The only reason I knew they were not licensed was because I asked for their license when it was clear there were problems with their knowledge. Now i know why Leslie's is offering free installations.

He seemed to pick people he knew first while allowing others who were standing in line to go get service afterwards. Additionally, when it came time to taking my order, the gentleman failed to complete the transaction stating he needed my full name address telephone number and email address before he can get my water tested. What kind of policy is that? I thought he was going to then ask for my Social Security number and blood type. Poor policy, poor customer service, stay away from this company. There's many other options out there.

Their warranty is bogus but they're smart about avoiding any actually quality work and follow up. Schedule will keep extending. Dates will keep changing. People will show up for 30-45 min and scam you. They'll make problems much bigger so they can come back and take more money. They don't believe your photos, videos, or what you are seeing in your own home. They always follow their made-up delusions. The people who make the decisions and you give your money mostly to are not the people who do the job, nor do they show up to see anything. You'll find an extremely rude, unprofessional, and liar of a person named Darlene working you through the phone. The mostly behind the curtain guy is Dan- he will talk his 30 years of experience with you to get you to believe, and of course take your money. You will lose your money. You will face more problems in your pool and system than you started with. You will be lied to. You will regret your decision to worth with these slimy people. Go elsewhere. Do it yourself. The time lapse destroyed the liner and then tried to get me to buy a new one because they did not properly conduct the emptying and filling of the pool as discussed prior to the job. They charged me $1000 to basically destroy my pool. My pool was damaged beyond repair. Do not use this pool service. Horrible.
