    Me So Hot Ramen
    Whitney M.

I walked in to two women running this lovely place. I ordered for takeout ( I'm terrible with chop sticks and was HUNGRY). I needed space to slurp and smack. I ordered the Me So Hot Ramen and mizuna green salad because I was craving ramen and something spicy. The salad looked good so I ordered that as well. I got back to my hotel and assembled my meal. The ramen was GREAT! I clumsily used those chopsticks and drank the broth upon completion. I love ramen and my usual concern is lack of spice when the menu says spicy. Not only was it spicy, it had depth and wonderful umami flavor. 10/10 experience.

Close to hotel so made a trip here. I probably should've ordered ramen since that's in their name but I went with gyudon (beef bowl). The staff was very nice and helpful. The place has a good number of seats/tables and the place is bright. The gyudon also came with miso soup. The gyudon (I mean the beef) was very similar to a chain beef bowl place. The flavor of the broth was good but there was too much broth so eating it with chopsticks was difficult so I ended up using the ramen soup spoon.

Ramen was vert tasty! I am definitely coming back frequently for lunch. Service was good, and location is nice, well kept.

Pretty solid ramen place! The service was quick and both ramen we tried had good flavor. They have pretty unique beers available as well. It's a small restaurant but when we went for Thursday dinner they weren't busy at all.

Appetizer :) I prefer more sauce on this ... still good

Flavor of everything ordered was to my liking. I liked everything from the chicken jidori ramen to the homemade gyoza. It was very well worth my drive to try out this new place . Service was great and restaurant was not busy at the time of my visit. Can't wait to come back soon :)

Miso (Me So) Hot. Super MEH...!

Meh... came in for lunch today. The dining room is super cute. And the waitress was really nice, but the food...Oishikunai yo!!! Totemo Mazui desu yo!!! If you don't speak/read Japanese the food was AWFUL. We ordered the Karaage, Miso Hot ramen, and Miso Delight ramen. The chicken karaage was more like shoe leather. It was so hard to eat, and flavorless. The ramen broths were tasty, but the pork and egg in the soup were both ICE COLD. And the ramen noodles were cut into very short little pieces. This is the ULTIMATE CARDINAL SIN of ramen noodles. They are meant to be very long strands, so that you can slurp them up with unbridled glee. Not these noodles-in-name-only. I seriously don't cut my 3 year old's spaghetti into strands as short as I had in my "soup" today. Having spent two years living, working, and eating in Japan, perhaps this makes me a little picky, but there is very excellent ramen in the North Country, and I will not be returning to Ramen Mik.

Nice place. Ordered tonkatsu to go and was not disappointed. It was so good that I even forgot to take a picture of my food. Anyway, highly recommended. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stop by. Service was fast too

Very upsetting. I ordered fried rice and it was very mushy, it was just rice with oil. I honestly enjoy fried rice but this one had WAAAAY too many onions. I usually enjoy gyoza but the gyoza tasted like pure raw onion. Very upset and couldn't finish my food. Also the waiter was very rude and impatient. DO NOT GO!' waste of money.

Service was wonderful and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the pork gyoza. You could tell it was handmade.

I ordered the Me So Hot Ramen for lunch through DoorDash delivery from Ramen Mik. It was my first time trying this restaurant. The ramen was absolutely delicious! I love the amount of veggies in the ramen, the boiled egg, and I also included soy meat which I enjoyed. It arrived quickly and pleasantly hot. I can't comment on the ambiance of Ramen Mik's restaurant since I chose delivery, but now that I know how tasty their ramen is, I'll definitely visit to dine in.

Took my 10yr old daughter there and she loved it. Service was excellent. Food flavoring was on point. She loved the salmon with the rice pressed around it with the seaweed (I forget the name).

Our party of two waited about 20 minutes on a Friday night with no reservation. It was quite busy that day with many other tables waiting to be sat. There are a lot of options on the menu, ranging from cooked items to sushi and rolls. After placing our order, it took only about 10 minutes before we received the first dish and everything else followed. We ordered a roll the sashimi set a hand roll and also a bowl of ramen. Their salmon and engawa was tasty, but I wouldn't say their fish is the freshest or have much flavor to them. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our spicy tuna roll (there was a piece of metal found inside). I'm sure it was just overlooked. But service was very friendly and accommodating. They immediately remade our roll and also provided some complementary dessert. The service here was quick and friendly. I appreciated it given how busy the restaurant was.

Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, but the food was beautifully presented, and the inside was casual, clean, and simple. I was going to get traditional ramen, but at the last minute changed my order to the Mazesoba (a brothless ramen) as it was a special, and sounded interesting. I also ordered a spicy tuna onigiri, and my friend ordered the BST ramen and karaage. The onigiri was pretty good and I enjoyed it as an appetizer. The Mazesoba was very interesting since it's a "dry" ramen and then you add vinegar to taste. Once you've eaten your way down to the "good bits" of meat, herbs, and sauce at the bottom of the bowl, they give you a little side of rice that you can then mix into the deliciousness left over and it basically creates a new meal! I found that part super cool, and thoroughly enjoyed this second iteration of the meal as leftovers the next day. I LOVED the broth in the BST ramen (and I'm not a broth person), and it almost made me jealous that I had not gotten it myself. To finish, we split a raspberry and lime tart, which was beautiful and perfectly light. The service here was also prompt and friendly, which I always appreciate. I would definitely come back again -- and next time, I'm getting some of that delicious broth.

The restaurant is small, cozy, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. It isn't well suited for larger parties as most tables are tables for 2 unless tables are pushed together. They do have patio seating and heaters outside, but it didn't appeal to me being so close to the street/loud traffic. Gabriel checked us in, seated us, took our order, served our food and waited on us for majority of our visit, I would give him 10 stars just on his impeccable service. The food though? The food was AMAZING!! Everything we ordered was the best we have ever had anywhere. The buns were very kawaii (and we ordered ever single one to try). The fillings were savory, but we also loved their seasonal panda bun with ube filling while the kids preferred the nutella bunny. Best chicken karaage we've had by far, the coating almost tasted like it was rolled in kinako powder. The ramen broth was "chef's kiss" with so much flavors, the crab rangoon were jumbo and the filling was delicious, but the chicken katsu was also the best we have had anywhere (including Hawaii). The breading was just top tier crunchy while the chicken was thick and juicy.
