Just went over there to have my handlebars on my old Street Glide tightened up , Was told its gonna be $35 bucks an hour and it be probably an hour to get it done, 1.5 hours later i was charged $80 bucks including tax and a battety check, When it was done i checked my bars and they still were loose , i brought it to the service guys attention and i was told those bars are tight , i demonstrated it to him that they are still moving back and force and its a safety hazzard , the service manager even came out and he was like he didnt really care , i was told i have to many miles on my bike and maybee the bars or the brackets are bad and its a known issue and you need different brackets and blablaba , and you dont even offer a refund or somekinda discount really you cant even make the handlebars tight, what a freaking joke !!! read more

I bought 2 sets of brake pads from Ramjet. When I installed the second set on my bike I found the screw and lock washer were missing. The package was open enough to get the screw and lock washer out. I drove to Ramjet for the missing parts and they said I must have taken them out and lost them. For a $0.50 screw, they lost a customer with 3 Harleys who buys a lot of parts.In the future, I will buy my stuff from JPCYCLES.COM. read more

They are well stocked, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We mainly deal with Sleeves, because he is very knowledgeable and makes sure you go home with the right parts. One late Friday afternoon they did not have the one tiny part I needed. We had already checked with the dealership down the road, who said they didn't have it in stock. So, I don't ride exactly...I'm the backseat gal on my woman's motorcycle. We brought her bike here for some TLC. It was idling too high, needed a tire replaced, and it was leaking oil. They had the bike for almost two weeks and we were both relieved to finally have it back...the day we picked it up was the day we had to bring it back, however, because on the way home it started spewing oil again (only this time worse than before) :( I was not happy, because that's my love on that bike and her safety is of great importance to me. When we drove back up, the mechanic was right there waiting for us and was very apologetic. It took about another week to fix it back up, but now it's running just fine. read more

Called this place since it isn't too far from where I live and asked the service writer if they would be able to install apes on my bike and oil change before the end of the week because I had a ride coming up to tombstone with some buddies. "Yeah sure. It shouldn't be a problem" he said. Cool! Took the bike over. With 2- days left before my ride, I call the place to check on progress and estimated time of completion. A different service writer responds "uh, I don't know who promised you it would be done within the week but there's no way we can. We're too backed up and that's an 8-hour job." He then tells me they won't be able to get to it for another 3-weeks. At this point I'm very disappointed and pissed. Yes I know, I waited last minute to have this done but why assure somebody you can do it within the agreed time frame then fall short on the agreement? All they did was the oil change which was also a crap job because my oil filter was screwed on loosely which left a puddle of oil in my garage. This place needs to get their s**t together. read more

Big fan of this place. Extremely convenient. I've been purchasing parts and accessories for my bikes since 2011 when I moved to Arizona. Great staff, very knowledgable and always answer my questions. They carry a lot of reputable HD aftermarket brands, and have a lot of their own cool stuff like shirts/stickers/hats and this great HD light kit I just purchase for my Dyna. They put on awesome parts swap meets where you can get ridiculously good deals on new and used parts. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I've never used the service department, but I've heard excellent things. read more

Disappointed with the quality of work for the price. When I got my motorcycle back the belt deflection had well over one inch of movement with just a light touch. If I wouldn't have checked before I left my belt would of been ruined and cost me new belt, gaskets, oil, time and money. The quote was off by over 10%. I wasn't impressed, Harley-Davidson dealerships charge the same labor, there tires are a little more expensive but at the right dealership like Scottsdale they have a better quality of work and they even wipe down your motorcycle. I wouldn't go back! 2 stars only because the guys working there were patient and didn't lose their cool when I voiced how I felt. read more

Decent selection of parts but terrible service and communication. I dropped off wheels to them on a Monday to get the spokes checked out, new bearings, put on new rubber and balance. I had to call them on a Thursday to find out that I might get them back sometime next Monday. Apparently they got behind and couldn't get around to letting me know it was going to be such a long process. Then some yahoo in a threeway call lets me know he wasn't really comfortable with the condition my wheels were in but he'd still have them done on Monday. Ummm...if there is a problem with the wheels wouldn't someone let me know BEFORE you proceed with more work on them? I did have a huge project that needed to be done on my old shovel but the way this place operates I don't think I'll be back there again. I really did want to like this place just because it appeared to be in order and be straight up. I guess I will be trying out Iron Horse or taking my business to Highway Choppers in Glendale. read more

Have been there on multiple occasions - usually buying parts or with a friend who purchases there. Great experience, friendly, knowledgeable ..until today. Called spoke to JD in service, explained my needs, oil change - "We're running a special right now" When can you get me in..."Bring it in now" Took bike in, couldn't see me right away "Go outside and I'll be out", finally comes out. Can't remember our phone conversation for 5 minutes prior to my arrival and says "Its a metric we don't do metric" - nice to have known before I rode down there - have no problem with work not be able to be done, but really you can only share that information in person. read more

My Husband and I have been in Phoenix ONE year now.... We were lucky enough to find this shop as soon as we arrived... From day one, I have been greeted graciously and they have gone above and beyond to help me in every way... Yes, they are busy at times and you have to wait... Oh,,, that might be all the time.... However, the reason they are busy is because they are very good at what they do,,, If they can't get a part to you by the next day, they will tell you where you can get it.... They explain things to you in detail... (When asked...) and there was a time when I needed a part but they were closed for remodeling that day,,, YES, I could have gone across the street to Harley and paid more for this item.... Instead... an employee went inside, got my part and told me to come back the next day and pay!!!!! Yipppeeee... I came back the next day and Paid... As Instructed.... That was the clencher... They didn't have to do that... They barely knew me,,,, BUT,, They DID and I am a CUSTOMER for LIFE!!!!! read more

I would first like to say that I've used Ramjet in the past and received outstanding service and the quality of work was top notch! I took my bike in for service late April early May and was not pleased with the results. Again, full disclosure - they discovered, troubleshot, and repaired an electrical problem that I was unaware of. Great Work!! . In the process of this outstanding performance they scratched my paint which they would not own up to. They disassembled my center stand and put it back together backwards but adamantly denied ever touching it. At first glance when my bike almost fell over I thought they broke it but when my customizer got to it he discovered the legs were put on backwards - but they never touched it. They had my bike for about a month, no problem if you're working through issues. I found out through an unsuspecting counter guy that the Team took off for a long weekend in Laughlin because they worked so hard during Bike Week. But my bike sat and I waited. At first I was content at just not giving them any more of my business and spreading the word about my experience but now I'm having issues with some of the work they did and I have to put more money out to correct their poor craftsmanship. Normally I would return to the service provider and have them make the correction, not this time. It's a shame, they were so damn good!! read more

great place, always have the parts in stock for my old shovelhead. Most reasonable rates around. A couple of guys can be standoffish, but once you've been there a couple of times they warm up. I had a throttle cable break and got there a half hour after closing time. Jerry was just locking up, but took the time to get my cable and get me on the road.
