After initially selecting another contractor based on a quote, I informed the other companies that I had made my decision. Chris, however, went above and beyond--he was determined to earn my business and asked if he could stop by at 5:00 PM to provide an in-person estimate and see if he could offer a better proposal. That initiative alone spoke volumes. When Chris arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He provided a more competitive price, but what truly set him apart was his willingness to take the time to come out, evaluate the project firsthand, and demonstrate genuine interest in earning my business. That level of commitment is rare. Once Chris and Francisco began the work, they were efficient, thorough, and extremely careful to protect my existing plants and landscaping.
