Excellent customer service from start to finish! I created a mass quote request through Yelp to trim a pair of palm trees. Jesus responded quickly and took the time to go to my residence to take a look at the trees and give a quote. It was not the lowest quote, however, it was a fair quote and I felt that he was trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. Due to unforeseen circumstances, his employee was unable to make the appointment. However, senior Jesus personally did the job himself to keep the original appointment! He stated that he normally no longer climbs up trees, but he wanted to keep the original appointment since the next available appointment would be a week later. My neighbor and I hired Jesus to do her 3 palms in the back and I hired him for our single palm. He was worried that my palm may need to be removed based on some funny looking bark areas on the tree. So, before he trimmed mine he did a check and found it to be healthy said it would las for years. Good thing, because we would have had to remove the artificial turf around it so the could remove the stump, that would have cost us 10 times what trimming would have. Jesus responded quickly for estimate and returned on time with his crew on day agreed upon to complete the job. Upon their arrival we added additional work & Jesus was professional & flexible with adding the additional work and revising his estimate. Crew efficiently removed large fig tree limbs that were growing over roof as well as another large high eucalyptus branch. In addition they removed another 4 eucalyptus that had volunteered in bad locations around the property and had quickly grown too big and tall for us to remove as well as two small palm trees growing too close to the house. They also took down a large dead tree in the far corner of the yard. They were able to accomplish the original request and additional work the same day and left the roof and area clean.
