A family business with such great customer service! The entire team was so professional from start to finish. Jose contacted me right away to set up a time to come see the trees. That same day, he provided me a very reasonable and affordable quote to cut down two huge pine trees on our hill. Once the team came to do the work, Eduardo was also so friendly and made sure to confirm what I wanted completed. They all came on time, ready to work. These junipers are tall af so lots of ladder climbing and tree climbing and reaching out far with trimmers on long poles. I've tried to do this myself at times so I know. This company is very aptly named. Jose Higuera came by to make an estimate for the removal of a 25' schefflera tree (also known as an umbrella tree), and trim an overgrown juniper. He took pictures, and later texed the cost for removal, trimming and cleanup. I was satisfied with the quotation and authorized the job. Jose and his crew came by as scheduled, did the removal and trimming, and spent quite a bit of time on cleanup. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this company to anyone. read more

A family run business and timely, those both a long way in my book. First Class Tree Service has been trimming my palms annually for 5-6 years. They respond quickly to inquires to schedule a walk thru. After a quick walk through, they'll return with a quote and possible dates and times for the service. I've had my quote and trim on the same day. I've also had to wait a few days, because they are already on a big job when the young man for the quote comes out. It's never been more than a week between quote and actual work. Pricing in today's world is a bit odd, things are expensive. This company though, always gives me a price I consider reasonable. As for the work, the company's name says it all....FIRST CLASS! 10 years ago I had a company trim my trees, I was unsatisfied to say the least. First Class has never made me feel that way. What convinced me to hire them, though, was the attention to detail of Jose, the son, who gave me the estimate. He noted the location of the gas line without me having to point it out. He promptly responded to all my questions. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. On the day of the removal, the crew showed up on time, even a bit early. The crew of about 5 men worked like a well-oiled machine. Each did their part. They cleaned up all of the debris. A sprinkler head was shorn off on the process of grinding a stump, but I guess that is to be expected with this kind of work.
