My wife and I have been coming to Freedom Automotive for a few years. The staff are consistently friendly, always greeting you with a smile. They are helpful, always wanting to ensure you walk away satisfied. And they are knowledgeable, able to answer any question posed to them. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn't allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. I can't recommend any other place above Freedom Automotive

I probably ended up paying a bit more than I could have somewhere else, but the service was good enough to be worth it.

They were all positive about Hami Motors and don't understand this one at all because this Hami seriously tries to help everybody out especially during this crisis of covid-19. I asked him about a recent bad review he had from some bully. He is not even a customer here. Go figure. Hami gave this guy a 20 dollar bill the first time he met the guy because he didn't have gas money. No favor goes unpunished I guess. THE mechanic here, his name is Michael. Very trustworthy.
