Stefano's Adams proved to be exceptionally good. I ordered a pizza and chose "garlic" from the online drop down menu. What I got was a garlic pizza, no sauce. An Upstate staple. What I wanted was garlic on a red sauce pie. No problem, just order another pizza. So, I found myself with these two different pizzas. It was difficult to choose which was better. Both were perfectly baked with a good ratio of cheese-sauce-crust.
