Like an expertly created French baguette at the end of the pizza. Crunchy exterior, great chew, flavorful crumb. The inner crust still won't hold up in a slice, but probably my fault. Sauce/Gravy is better. Nice garlic, less sugary. More herbaceous. Perfectly salted.
