One, more "seasoned" sales person told the other that she just randomly makes up the price when it is not marked on an item and if customer is "stupid enough to accept the price" then that is what it is sold for. Both employees laughed it off. My sister had already purchased an item before we heard this exchange which she did not hear. Since then, Friday April 10, 2026, we have shared this information to discourage other "stupid" shoppers from giving this store any business. Shame on them for their LOW CLASS treatment of consumers. We came across this company on some Instagram stories, and my wife was exited to make her very own hat. Located inside the L&L Market, we walked past it at first since we were looking for a storefront, but found the booth near the Thai restaurant. Two people were working and both of them were amazingly helpful, friendly, and skilled. You are well-served to have an appointment (which we did) because those take priority over walk-in. Plan on spending at least an hour. You start with picking the hat which will be the base of your creation. They can trim, shape, burn, etc the hat to match your wishes. You can add stitching, wraps, jewels, have them hand-carved burned designs, and more. There's so many options! These artists are endlessly patient and offer great suggestions. One of our design choices (an intricate burned design) needed more time, so we came back another day to pick it up when finished. The work was great. You'll spend a decent chunk here ($200-400 range depending on what you do), but for a custom piece of art that doesn't seem awful. If you're reading this review you're probably already interested, so just let me reassure you that it'll be a good experience!

He gave me so many ideas and choices and options, he is the go to.
