It did come with beans and rice which I was not expecting, but also, the chimichanga was only filled with shredded chicken, so this must have been the rest of the filling. The chicken, rice, and beans were very bland, and there was too much tortilla (as a result of only being slightly stuffed). Also, it was not deep fried like it should be. I was excited to check it out tonight Unfortunately, it was hard to find anything improved about the new Hola. The chips and salsa remain very good, and we had plenty of time to enjoy them as our food took a *long* time to come out, despite being just a few customers on a Monday night. Two of the three of us ordered Baja Fish tacos ($17) but they messed up the order and brought Shrimp Gober tacos instead, so we had to wait even longer for them to make the actual food we ordered. Some of the fish tacos were served with very unappealing, old browned avocado, while others had pathetic tiny slivers of fresher avocado. The De Asado tacos ($16) were sparsely filled with super dry meat, accompanied by dry, crispy rice. Not sure if these were just sitting drying out in the kitchen while they remade the fish tacos, or if this is typical. The "avocado sauce" listed on the menu was non-existent, and the main flavor came from using the leftover salsa from our chips to moisten the tacos. Nobody ever came to our table to refill waters or ask if we were enjoying our meal - I really miss the old staff, who were warm and inviting, and seemed genuinely eager to please.
