We attended a wedding reception for a close friends son on Sunday We had never heard of this location - it took a minute to get there from Whittier, but it was well worth the drive And what a fabulous and beautiful venue that easily accommodated 120 guest Everything was first class from the valet service to the buildings to the manicured walkways, inviting pool and evening lights. The food, bar and musicians were fire stars. We hope to be back and spend the night sometime soon.

Attended my niece's wedding & reception held at Rancho Las Lomas last June 20th: PROS: - elegant & spacious venue, set in the hills of Silverado, CA. - beautiful grounds like a sanctuary with stunning views - surrounded by nature, shaded trees, bird cages, several fountains, a red phone booth, and a garden, evokes for a peaceful and tranquil place - various photo-op spots - the weather cooperated and fortunately for us, it wasn't hot. By evening, it had cooled down and made for a lovely summer night. - Staff was kind enough to take you back to your car via the golf cart by end of night - delicious catered food CONS: - ladies restrooms are so darn small and tight! I'm a petite person and even with my height and size, makes it difficult to turn and move around especially if wearing a long gown. - ladies be careful if wearing high heels. Wear flat comfortable shoes, if possible. Walking around in high heels was challenging for some of us due to the hill areas and stairs. The wedding was held on the main ground, while appetizers were served upstairs by the fountain.

I recently attended a wedding here and it was beautiful! It was a pretty hot day for an outdoor wedding, but thankfully there was plenty of shade and the sun had moved by dinner time. This is a super nice venue with plenty of great photo opportunities, and everything is very well spaced out. The food was amazing, both the appetizers and dinner. The open bar was great, and the bartenders were super friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend this venue.

Beautiful wedding, beautiful venue, and had a wonderful time. Congratulations Alexis and Gatlin, wishing you the best now and always.... My Benny swerved on taking any pictures with his momma but oh well ‍.

We got married here in the beginning of September, it's an absolute dream! The lighting and ambiance is so romantic. The staff is the most incredible staff you could hope for while planning a wedding. I interacted with Beth and Anna who were absolutely amazing, professional, and had excellent communication skills. Every single one of my guests LOVED THE FOOD!

Attended a multi-day, 250 person event and have mixed feelings about the space. I'll try to keep things succinct and keep in mind, this is from the perspective of an attendee of an event (not a wedding): Pros: Beautiful, well maintained, nice security, great valets. Lots of photo worthy areas, open spaces for mingling, a bunch of little areas to step away if you want to talk or grab a phone call. Cons: Lots of stairs, paver stone drive with rock drive in about half the area - very challenging for womens heels if you're using the entire space. Also not so ADA compliant although there is a couple handicap parking spots. There is multiple bathrooms but for our event there was always lines and a few of the bathrooms are seriously tight spaces which do not work well with long dresses. Neutral: The venue is mostly outside and that worked well for our mornings but it became challenging to view the tv screens in the afternoon. We also had to move some tables around that were in too much sun during 1 day. It's a bit hit and miss because the weather is typical SoCal. If our org had an event here again I would : Wear flats, bring a sun hat, bring additional layers, remind the event team the TVs need to be on rolling carts so they can be moved based on lighting and shadows. Not wear a fluffy skirt so I fit in the bathrooms.

The best wedding venue ever! We just had our wedding and it happened to be on one of those atmospheric river days. Let me just say that the team at Rancho hopped into action and we went with the ceremony indoors which turned out to be STUNNING with the fireplace. Also it didn't even end up raining during our wedding so the guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside, the river was flowing, these adorable snails were out, all the plants popped, and the lighting was killer for photos. I guess you can say that things work out when you have a site with so many options and a team who goes with the flow. We are forever grateful to Rancho and their team. Also soooo many cool places to take photos, our guests were floored by this venue. It is really unique, there's really nothing that compares to this place.

We've been photographing at RLL over 10 years, and while they don't have the animals anymore, you can't deny the natural beauty of this place. Get ready to walk, because the space is large. Mostly an outdoor venue, the indoor all-wood area is good if it rains. The Spanish architecture is so classic.

First off, if you are reading this and looking at Rancho Las Lomas as a potential venue congrats on the engagement! If you have been to this venue you know how amazingly magical it is. My husband and I were lucky enough to have our wedding reception here last August and it was more amazing than anything we could have dreamed of. The 24 carrots staff was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. We were married in a church and transferred to the venue for the reception, but by the time we got there the venue looked amazing. The staff at the venue helped to coordinate all of our vendors and made sure we had all items arranged and ready to go prior to the big day. Having all of the space at this venue is fantastic to create different areas for every event you are looking for on your big day. It certainly did not disappoint and we still have so many of our guest complimenting how amazing the venue was. I will say with all the good, there are some things to be aware of before booking with the venue. You are required to use 24 carrots for catering, they require all vendors to have insurance, you are required to have at least a day of wedding coordinator, and they do provide a valet service for the day of your event, but there is only one vendor you can use and you are at the mercy of the company on cost which caught us a little off guard. Hope this helps in making your decision!

What's not to love about this heavenly venue! Hidden in the semi-dry hills of Silverado, lies a a beautiful, lush, garden, with trees casting shade on the paved yards, a fountain-pool, multiple charming cottages, and lots and lots of beautiful flowers. We had our wedding here in August 2021, and there wasn't a single guest who didn't comment on how dreamy the venue was. Now onto business: The venue fee is pretty standard. But if you select this venue, you have to work with '24 Carrots', which is an event catering company that takes care of all the set up (chairs, tables, linen, etc) as well as catering. The nice thing is that they have many options (including ethnic food), and their staff are well-trained and professional. We worked with Kimberlyn and her team, and overall had a good experience. The downside is that they are very very pricey (think nickel and dime for everything, and thousands of dollars in "administrative fees"). In the end, we ended up going way over budget despite cutting out a lot of things. The only thing that we weren't happy with was the Wedding Planning vendor that we selected from their "recommended" list, which was a disaster and the sole vendor we had problems with (you can read our review for them on Yelp if you wish). Hoping that they reconsider recommending this vendor to other couples in the future. Everything else was pretty perfect, and we couldn't have selected a more beautiful venue for our wedding! (and let me tell you, we must've looked at 25+ venues both in SoCal and NorCal) :)

We had our wedding here this month (April 2023) and it was the most gorgeous place for a wedding! We got so many compliments from guests on how it felt "magical", "romantic", "old world", which is exactly what we were going for! Additionally, the staff who helped us coordinate our wedding were very accommodating and helpful. I'm so glad that we had our special day here!! It's a day I will never forget.

Can you visit with a teenager? I know the flights/tasting are for 21 and older, wondering if a teenager can accompany us for a visit.

No. The wine tasting area is more like an outdoor picnic area. Just checked & it says 21 or older in the tasting space. But maybe your kids can walk around & look at the animals as you taste?

On our very first tour/ site visit, we fell in love with this beautiful space and loved how it met all of our needs (i.e. outdoor, approx. 100 guests, and local etc), so we didn't even look at any other venues before deciding our venue. This is a very unique and beautiful hidden gem for an intimate wedding (accommodates up to 150 guests) that includes spaces for ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and getting ready. You have to essentially rent or bring everything (including bathroom trailer) but that means you have a lot of flexibilities to customize what you like/ want. The owners Laurie and Laurie Ellen (and their in-house day-of planner Katie) are so sweet and helpful in making the planning process and our wedding day as stress free as possible.
