They have been in the food truck business for 3 years now. The truck was just recently rebranded, looking sharp now. On to the food, I ordered the Burrito and the Mexican Street Corn. The Burrito was huge. It had some phenomenal Brisket Birria in it that was super moist and had a great flavor. It had shredded mozz, crumbled cheese, lettuce , Pico De Gallo, pickled jalapeño, pickled red onions, diced white and cilantro which made it super tasty. You also get a choice of Verde, Roma Chipotle Sour Cream dipping sauce or Chipotle Mayo. The Chipotle Sour Cream sauce was nice and smooth tasting. The Mexican Street Corn was drizzled with Chipotle Mayo, Tajin Hot Sauce and Lime Juice. Then it is topped with Crumbled Cheese , Tajin Seasoning and Cilantro. It made for a very fresh tasting dish. My suggestions would be to toast the bread a little to warm it up and to loosen it up a bit, cut the chicken thinner, cook it for less time or marinate it so it isn't so dry. It also wouldn't hurt to add a little more slaw and/or sauce to bring moisture back into the sandwich. Navin's customer service is top notch! For this reason, I would consider eating Trucking Delicious again, but I won't be eating the Jerk Chicken Sandwich.

I'm always quite skeptical when it comes to bbq places. Ive had many bad experiences. When i saw this food truck right off of st rt 37 I just had a good feeling about it. The owner, Jimmy, was the nicest guy right of the rip and it was easy to tell that he knew a thing or 234234 about TRUE AUTHENTIC Memphis BBQ. I tried the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese, beans, and slaw. Everything was perfect. The brisket was cut into thick slices and it was so juicy and the crisp on the bark with the smoky flavors was insanely delicious. The pulled pork was hand pulled and seasoned to perfection. They came on sandwich as part of the "World Famous Meal Deal" and it was a MONSTER of a sandwich. Pulled Pork and Brisket piled as high as the plate could handle. The sides were even better than expected and accompanied the bbq to perfection. I work in the area and this is going to be my new place to go for food. I just gotta throw this out there as well.
