She is very happy with the services provided. On the administrative side, never a problem to work with our insurance. The waiting area is great, clean, comfortable, TV, WIFI and a coffee bar. It was a "let's do it now or soon" type of deal and of course I said now. My other dental place was horrible with that kind of stuff and would need 10,000 referrals and take weeks to get you to where you needed. It was like I didn't matter. I also appreciate the fact that they do EVERYTHING then and there. I was told I needed a crown and they shaved my tooth down to get rid of my cavity, molded the shape and created the crown then and there. Everything was pretty quick too! Doctor Rucker and his staff were so gentle and positive and honest! I am excited to go back in December possibly sooner to have my wisdom teeth removed because like I said they do everything there. I've never had that same dentist, it's a revolving door. That hasn't been an issue for years for me, until now. This last time the dentist did my cleaning and it was the more aggressive, mouth rape, I've ever had. He kept asking if I was ok and I just wanted it over with. They charged me for fluoride but didn't administer it and after the terrifying cleaning, I forgot too. I just wanted to leave as fast as possible. I'm never going back. I seriously feel like I was abused by my dentist. His statement at the end was, "it's been a long day sorry for the roughness." Yeah I'm done with that place. I'm taking my family of 5 and finding a new place to care for our teeth. ‍

At first, I got a little worried when he couldn't find my insurance and thought I didn't have coverage, but he made a joke about it, put me at ease, and got everything sorted out. Dr. Segui was thorough with both my exam and cleaning. She took the time to explain everything, gave me great advice on keeping my teeth and gums healthy, and I never felt pressured into any treatments. She performed my laser cleaning, and it was hands down the best cleaning I've ever had. I left feeling like my teeth and gums had never been healthier! The office is brand new, so everything--from the equipment to the furniture--felt clean, modern, and well maintained. As a fun bonus, they also do raffles for prizes, and I even won a cool gift card for my kids! If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend checking them out!

Very disappointed, I started going here as it's close to my house and the first visit was great…read more Returning for my cleaning six months later I sat there for 2 1/2 hours as I feel there's one dentist and she was jumping in between patient, right in the middle doing my cleaning, she said oh I forgot something. I'll be right back. Only sit there for another 30 minutes while she was doing somebody else's teeth so when I don't like being lied to you could've said you're by yourself and you're busy or would you like to reschedule instead of me spending 2 1/2 hours of my day for a cleaning ! I guess I'll be looking for a new dentist. The staff is friendly. That's the only positive thing I have to say.

He told me I can have the…read morefillings done after my deep cleaning on the same day, so I asked twice how long the procedure is and he said I can't tell you that, or give you that information. Twice I asked this question to be interrupted both times, mid sentence. Then an assistant walks in with the prices, and before I agreed to book the appointment, I asked "how long is the filling procedure?" She then said "let me go ask Dr Faddis" and she came back to me and told me he quoted about 1 hour. Which means he very well could have quoted the length of the procedure. Dr faddis I believe is not qualified to do my fillings if he can't even provide a guesstimate on how long the procedure is. I'm age 36 AND retired so I have plenty of time to find a much better dr with good ratings. I'm sure dr faddis is good for quick simple little procedures, but not cavity fillings. However Jesica and Veronica were amazing.

Like many people, I've had to prioritize numerous medical appointments, and taking additional leave from work isn't easy. Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly frustrating. I arrived early for my appointment, yet I spent nearly two hours in the office. First, I had X-rays, then waited for the dentist. After the dentist briefly examined my teeth, I waited again for the hygienist, only to be told they couldn't do my cleaning that day and that I would need to schedule another appointment. When I explained that Fridays are the only day I can realistically come in because I'm off work, I was told the hygienist doesn't work Fridays. I was then told there was only one appointment left before they were booked for more than two months. After that, I was left waiting yet again for someone to come explain the dentist's findings. No one ever updated me on why I was waiting or how much longer it would be, so I eventually got tired of sitting there and left. Throughout the visit, several staff members commented on how long it had been since my last dental appointment. Experiences like this are exactly why it's difficult to keep up with routine dental care. Spending nearly two hours at the office without even receiving a cleaning--and then being told I need another appointment months later--is simply not a good use of my limited time off. While I was waiting, I also witnessed another patient become frustrated enough to walk out before completing their visit, which made me feel that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I understand that dental offices get busy, but communication goes a long way. Had someone simply kept me informed about the delays, it would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't valued, and I won't be returning.
