Okay so I know about these tennis courts for a very long time . Actually since I was a little…read morechild. However I never really came here that often because it is out of my way. First thing I want to say about these tennis courts is that they're fairly decent. They have ample parking space and they have about four full-sized tennis courts. The surface of the courts are in decent shape. The nets are also in decent shape. There are benches located all around the entire premises. There's even a pickleball court and two sets of backboards for people to practice on or to get a good exercise/workout. The one thing I noticed about the tennis courts is that during the morning hours from about 9:00 a.m. to noon, there seems to be a ton of people here playing tennis. I believe they may even have local leagues playing tournament style because all of the players in the morning look like they have been playing for many years. If you want to come here and be able to have some space for your own to practice your form or other kinds of different techniques, or if you want to coach somebody or your children and just want enough space to do that, the best time to do that is between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. after about 4:00 p.m. I do notice that it tends to pick up just a little bit period people who get off of work during that time coming to play and about a quarter to half of the courts will be occupied at that time too. The only real graph I will have about this place is that there really isn't anyone here I think that keeps the courts clean as with any other tennis court in Vallejo. But the good part about that is you'll find many tennis balls just lying around and it's free so if you're in need of tennis balls and you're just starting off there's nothing wrong with that . A second thing I noticed is that at the very back of the parking lot I do notice from time to time there are random cars that just park there and people just kind of hang around in that area. I'm not too sure about how it is during the late evening hours but if you're coming alone and kind of feel insecure I would probably avoid coming very late especially if you're the only one and cannot defend for yourself. From the moment I walked into the pro shop, I felt welcomed. The folks behind the desk explained how everything worked and even informed me of some specials they were running. They pointed out an entire room of rental clubs for me to take my time deciding what worked for me. There's food, drinks, music, and a number of spots (shaded and unshaded) at the driving range. I thought I would jump on the review train and let everyone know that this place, despite being a 9-hole course, is one of the most well kept, friendly and welcoming course in the area. Every single thing that people have complimented is absolutely a FACT. But what isn't being said is what this place is doing for the game of golf and the golfing community. I have played golf (not very well) for 40 years. I had taken about a 13-year break and lost interest until Father's Day last year. My son-in-law, who had never swung a club, wanted to go try out a range. We dug my clubs out of the shed, cleaned them up and headed to Skylinks. I had never been, and just remembered how drab the place looked a few years ago. We showed up, walked into the club house, got a bucket of beers, a bucket of balls and headed out. I was blown away by how friendly and customer-oriented the staff was. We both had a great time, hitting the sticks, drinking some beers. The next day, the son in law bought a set of clubs and later that week, we brought our wives with us and they thought the atmosphere was great. That weekend, we played a round at Skylinks. No pressure. So much fun. Since then, we have both taken to golf. We have played multiple times after work. Played a host of courses in the area. We played in a charity tournament. We have even played in Hawaii and Mexico. Thanks to Skylinks, I am officially a golfer. And, I couldn't be happier.

A quick email to the club to inquire about tee times, followed by a call to the hotel concierge to finalize our booking, was all it took. Greens fees plus cart are steep- it was a little over $500 for two of us. We received a sleeve of Sonoma golf balls each. I checked us in and went inside the club to use the restroom and grab coffee. We were happy to have the first tee time, so we could go as fast as we wished. There were a few behind us. The downside to the early tee time is that the sun doesn't come out from the fog til about 10am. I was happy to be in the shaded weather but it was a little chilly, at 54, when we first started. Our rental clubs were at the range, on roll carts for us. Practice balls were already out there for us. We used the range then moved to the chipping area. Then we took the carts to the cart area and they put our bags on the cart and we were off! What a great round. Course was well maintained. There is a small snack shop just after the 9. Bathrooms along the course were clean. Carts are basic- no speaker, no gps. There was a cooler on it, with two bottled waters for us. Rental clubs were Taylormade and were comparative to my own, custom, Taylormades. Usually I have a rough time with a ladies set. Parking was plentiful and away from danger (bad golf shots). Coach T is the BEST, she has mastered the perfect balance of being patient and encouraging while also challenging the players to improve and grow their skills. I also have to give a huge shoutout to coaches Taj and Jada! They do a fantastic job supporting coach T in creating a positive environment where players are not only learning the game but having fun as well. The dedication, enthusiasm, and encouragement from all the coaches have made a huge impact on my daughter's confidence and love for the sport. We look forward to continuing to participate in future clinics and leagues at KROC!

Each arcade station costs so many points to play. The machine accepted cash, cards and mobile pay. A few of the machines were broken, so after the machine took our points with no play we approached the counter and were credited via the play card. There were racing games with cars and motorcycles, shooting simulators, street fighter/mortal combat style games, asteroids, pac man, air hockey and more. The Fast & Furious racing simulator is the best, power ups, nitro packs, the setup of the steering wheel and pedal felt real, the interface was super engaging. My husband and I went head to head and it was incredible! This game is literally the reason I picked Scandia. Miniature golf too, we did both grounds - 18 holes each. We had a grand ol' time. Our daughter and I usually venture to Scandia for her playdates and for her play, but this time was amazing since I got to play too esp play what I wanted to play without compromise.
