They just put us on an appointment list for a month away. When I asked questions about billing I was told that I could call their other location for answers. Absolutely will not be returning. I received a bill for $409 for both a previous procedure done months ago (that I had no idea of) and a recent bill for procedures I was not told about in the estimate - because they ENSURED my step-daughters insurance would pay for it. Now they are billing me for $409, for procedures I wasn't aware she ever had the first time AND procedures no one ever mentioned in the second appt. Not to mention the bill shouldn't even be under my name - it's listed in their charts that their father receives ALL bills!
