Do Not let Dr. Tate do any surgeries on you! I paid and trusted him for my face eye and neck lift. He botched my surgery so bad, that it took many many visits back to him and I could not go in public for a few months. He never did my neck lift and never reimbursed me. Still paying on it. He's a very egotistic doctor and thinks he's above and beyond ! Over confident! I could go into detail but I am warning you! Don't have him do anything to you! I went back to get my records to file a complaint against him and he had his girls erase all my complications & nothing at all was in my record!! No records! He needs to have his license taken away. If anyone out there has had a botched surgery from Dr.Tate please contact me. His father owned the surgery center across from him and Dr Tate has made sure there is no record of reviews are posted to the public of his botched surgeries. I had one surgical procedure done by Dr. Tate that resulted in my face being much less symmetrical than it was before. I'm going to get a revision from another surgeon. Prior to the surgery my appointments with Dr. Tate were very rushed and I barely had time to ask any questions before I was rushed out the door. His staff kept giving me conflicting instructions about doctor approvals, leading to me canceling and then last minute rescheduling appointments, and he accused me of lying about what medications I was on. I was given no written pre or post operative instructions prior to the surgery. The hospital called me a week before and told me (without me asking) that I could take ibuprofen or similar up to three days before the surgery. I had a migraine three days prior, so I took ibuprofen. Then the day of the surgery the nurse told the Dr. I had taken it three days prior and Dr. Tate was annoyed that I had done so and told the nurse in front of me that he wasn't going to cancel the surgery but that it was a problem. He didn't tell me why it was a problem prior to surgery but the morning after he complained to me that I was swelling and bruising as soon as he started surgery and said it was because I took ibuprofen and that it really messed things up. I told him the hospital had told me taking it three days prior was fine and he went quiet and shrugged. Immediately after the surgery, we had no post-op instructions, and my boyfriend who was driving me home had to ask the nurse three times before she would bring us some. She tried to discharge me without them after he'd already asked twice. This was my first plastic surgery and I thought I'd done enough research but now I know better. I'm going to pursue a revision elsewhere. read more

I recently came across photos of myself from before my rhinoplasty that I received from Randy Tate in 2020. I'm angry and completely regret choosing this care provider because his results were so poor. I returned to his office six months post-op to voice my concerns and was dismissed. He had even promised to do a revision procedure if I was still unhappy then pretended like he had never said that. Save yourself the heartache and find a different surgeon or you'll be getting a revision. read more

If I could give Dr. Tate and the staff zero stars I would but YELP won't let me. I had my initial consultation 9/22, discussed a procedure, met with financing etc. I never received the information or appointments necessary to move forward. I called the office today, to find out where things stood because I was not contacted with follow-up information. I spoke to Tracy, and was told the exact opposite of what was explained to me during the appointment by Dr. Tate and the person reviewing financing with me. I was met with disdain and condescension during the phone call. I mean, medical services have changed drastically since the pandemic however, this is a luxury segment of the industry that should be met with higher standards of customer support. Very disappointed and will bring my business elsewhere. This review can be disregarded by Dr. Tate's office because I am one person and who needs me right? BUT if this review detracts you the person reading this and others, then the point has been made. Update - They got back to me about a month later, offered me what was originally discussed in the appointment with Dr. Tate, scheduled my surgery and then a few weeks later Kelly called me advising that Dr.Tate is refusing to perform my surgery because of the above negative YELP review. Per Kelly, "we consider our patients family and your review is not family like behavior so Dr.Tate does not want to do your surgery." He canceled my surgery, which he deemed medically necessary, with no referral to another provider or further follow up. I filed a complaint with the insurance provider and MD Board. Still waiting on definitive response. I found another fabulous provider for my surgery and couldn't be happier. Just a heads up for those considering Dr. Tate. read more

Ethical, professional and all around joy to be around. Dr. Tate is very fair and I have never felt pressured to buy services I didn't need, unlike other Dr.'s I've been to. I get my facials here with Tracy and have gotten Botox to help with my TMJ. I have friends who have gotten other services as well and they look great! Dr. Randy Tate is wonderful! I went in for botox for the first time. I was very nervous but Dr Tate was so nice! He noticed I am a huge Disney fan and he talked about Disney to and it helped distract me from being nervous. He was really fast! Staff was amazing! They even applied cover up after wards. I saw some results right away and in 3 days I saw great results! After 2 weeks I still saw a few lines in my forehead so I went back and Dr. Tate touched it up for free! So happy with the results! I had wavered back and forth for ages on getting a facelift. It is such a scary thought because it is not something that you can hide. Once it's done it's done. I had a consult once at the Center there and couldn't gather the courage to have anything done. The next time I went in, it was with a friend to talk about a noninvasive procedure and Dr. Tate was quite honest and up front about what would and wouldn't work. I scheduled another consultation and went in on a Thursday and after that appointment I was convinced and scheduled a full facelift. Dr. Tate asked me when I wanted it and I told him the sooner the better. I had the surgery that following Tuesday and it was the best decision I have ever made in my life. There was minimal pain. More discomfort and a little pulling feeling than anything else. You do get a little swollen and bruised but I was back to work in 14 days and the only people that really noticed were the ones that knew I was going to have it done. I have always been made to feel very comfortable and at home there. If I ever need anything again, I will use Dr. Tate. Thank you for my new look. read more
