First time. Looks like a neat new system. The software for card reading needs to be updated tho!

Note, this is my experience with an extra large truck. anything smaller than a full size pickup with tow mirrors and 6-7 foot bed will fit just fine! 1. It's great to have a local car wash for us in Enfield / Canaan! 2. Needs a bit more signage but I'm sure that'll be corrected once the ground thaws 3. Prices are a bit high. Full service wash with all bells and whistles was $28 but there were cheaper options available 4. Tap to pay didn't seem to work today but it took my card reader just fine but tap to pay and Apple Pay may be added later? 5. When pulling in, the steam on the window and ultra bright lights do make it really hard to see how far forward you are. I felt like I was pulling in blind so maybe the lights could be dimmed when pulling in? 6. The wash cleared my mirrors and bed length just fine. I pulled the mirrors in at first worried they'd get hit but my RAM 1500 crew cab 6.5" bed with tow mirrors was a perfect fit. can't say anything longer than 20.5-21 feet would fit but that's someone else's concern I guess. The wash was great. My biggest complaints are usually with left over soap and water and it did get all of the soap on the deluxe $28 wash. I think it rinsed my truck a few Tims which was great. more rinse the better. Drying could have been a bit more complete. Not more PSI just one or two more passes would have gotten it dry. My truck came out pretty wet. Other than the lights being too bright (scared the crap out of the dog), this is a very nice wash. I came out much cleaner than the other two we currently have in town. I'll be dropping by once a month. PS: think we can get a wash club going? I'd love to pre-pay for 5-10 washes and just get a code I can use. would reduce the owner's credit card fees too to run my card once a year.

Car wash dryer never came on

Just heard today that Randy's car wash open so I went after work to try it out. The flashing lights do make it harder to see but I picked the $14 dollar option with the salt remover. Everything was good except there was no indication that the salt remover was being applied. I got through with the final rinse and I waited 5 minutes for the dryer to come on but it never did. I understand this place just opened but to not have the dryer come on at all was not a great start. I looked all over for a number or website but there was none.

Went and the car wash turned off after covering 1/4 of my truck. Called the business and left 3 different messages. No return call.

1 out of 3 working. No trash cans, or vacuums. $12 for a basic, which doesn't clean wet snow off the vehicle. Hard pass on this place.

This car wash is the best around. I've found that 'touchless' car washes just don't clean as well…read moreas the soft cloth washers as this one is. The wash is especially good when the attendant does the pre-wash procedure with spraying and hand brush. So much so that I only go during business hours even though they are open 24 hours. I tip the attendant and I'm very pleased with the service. But more and more the attendant isn't present during business hours. Yet the cost of the wash is the same and the results are (slightly) inferior. I'm guessing that this is partly due to staffing issues but overall I tend not to wash the car when no attendant is present. I'm glad the company pays attention and responds to the Yelp reviews and would appreciate a response.

Driving home I noticed my hand was stained blue. Washing with soap and dish detergent did nothing. I called the place and the owner said to use certain kinds of cleaner. Of course we didn't have any so I had to go out and find it. The first place had only contractor sized containers, so I drove on to Aubuchon who did have a regular size bottle of the orange cleaner. After several scrubbings its mostly off. The owner apologized but offered no refund or free future clean for my troubles. Not a pleasant car cleaning experience. Next time I'll go to Extreme Clean.

I came here with low expectations after reading the reviews, but my car was in dire need of a bath…read moreand hand-washing was not an option due to the freezing weather, so I went ahead and risked it for the biscuit. My only hope and expectation was that the wash would get all the salt and grime from the snowy weather from my undercarriage and sides of the car. I opted to join their wash club and purchased the "Buy 5 Get 1 Free" $15 car wash ($75 total.) Jake's seems to be the only place in the area that gets at least 50% good reviews, and I know I'm going to be getting my car rinsed off often, so why not? Let me tell you, I was impressed. Is it going to be spotless like you hand washed it yourself? No. Nothing beats a hand wash. Did it miss a few spots, like in nooks and crannies and oddly angled/covered areas? Yes. But Jake's Car Wash got 99.5% of all the salt, snow, and dirt off my car. Jake's did such a good job, that I took my BF's truck through today. His truck was grimier than my car, and it still did a great job of getting his truck clean. Jake's does a phenomenal job for the price. I'm willing to bet that those that complained about a poor wash probably looked at their car when they got home and saw some grime from driving on the road from Jake's to their home. My BF's truck was pretty much spotless when I left the car wash, but by the time I got home, I saw some dust and salt on the sides. And, yes, I'm from out of town, but I'm a highly satisfied customer and will be returning.

My best advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL-HOLE, The White River Car Wash…read more Fortunately, there is a brand new car wash, soon to open, called The Station Car Wash, two parcels away from the hell-hole, The White River Car Wash The feeble old man who pretends to manage The White River Car Wash is a train-wreck, useless!; this man is mechanically and functionally incompetent. The White River Car Wash is the consummate dispenser of deception. $18.00 for a basic, (make believe) high pressure water car wash, which is useless. Many components of the car wash equipment do not work. The self-service car washes are archaic, like the useless old man who pretends to manage this place, the dials on the control head don't work, the White River Car Wash charges $6.00 for a 4 minute car wash, 2 of the 4 minutes are wasted, waiting for the hoses to prime (larceny!), and the water is so hard, that it will leave your car with grossly visible water stains. The first self-service car wash bay does not work, there is no sign that it is out of service, nor a cone, blocking the car wash bay; it looks like this bay has been out of service for a long time. 3 out of 4 vending machines in the vending machine room are marked Out of Service. In my opinion, the owner of the White River Car Wash, has an unwavering level of dedication to taking money from his/her customers, and not delivering the advertised product or service. I am told that The Station Car Wash, practically, next door to the White River Car Wash, is within a few weeks of opening. Unfortunately, the Upper Valley is robust in awful car washes, and very expensive car washes. Best you wait for rain to clean your car, and hope that The Station Car Wash will deliver a good product (at a reasonable price (unlike Lady Rich Express Car Wash in West Lebanon, NH), when it opens.
