    Giant cinnamon buns

Great selection, pretty much every meat type and combination of eggs you can imagine. Giant cinnamon rolls. Neighborly service. Home made corned beef hash. Bun type coffee you'd expect in a neighborhood diner. Good choice for a filling diner breakfast. Years later and still great! Country Benedict with grits photo posted

The best Corned Beef Hash and Eggs ever, the taste is unique

This's a small breakfast place that will impress you. The service and the food are outstanding. I loved it and if I come back to Grand Junction, I'll stop at Randy's again for sure

    Loved the food and people!!!

It's ok. It's a greasy spoon. Eat eggs, sausage and drink coffee, then go to the restroom.

We both got burgers and they were awesome and fries and onion rings. Kristy was our waitress the best. Wish you stayed open later.

So the owner walks around like he is better than everyone. Coffee was horrible and the food was greasy. Not a great time.

Yuck. I did not like their food. Avoid if driving by better off going to Denny's. Funky smell when you walk in.

Read my previous review. The back-bone of this restaurants' customer base were long-time older locals from GJ, who had grown used to the personalities of these ladies, some of them having worked here for 13+ years. The new owner deceived the employees that they would retain their jobs, meanwhile training a whole new staff he could pay at a lesser wage. He then methodically fired (not laid off) all the veteran waitstaff right before Thanksgiving. I hope that this incident is the first thing that pops up whenever someone Googles RAUL & CATHY WOLF. You are manipulative deceiving wretches, and you will never see another dollar of mine. http://www.nbc11news.com/home/headlines/Former_Good_Pastures_employees_protests_over_layoffs_109759539.html http://www.krextv.com/news/around-the-region/Booted-Servers-Protest-109742709.html Bye! http://www.gjsentinel.com/news/articles/good_pastures_restaurant_close http://www.nbc11news.com/localnews/headlines/Good_Pastures_Resteruant_Closes_for_Good_111403399.html http://www.krextv.com/news/around-the-region/Good-Pastures-Closes-Shop-111418439.html

The price was moderate, about $10.99 each. It was an all-you-can-eat buffet, with a good selection of mostly American classics. The food quality was mediocre, and the atmosphere was contemporary hotel lobby. Still, the convenience factor made it a good choice. There was also a free breakfast buffet provided for hotel guests which included various hot and cold breakfast items. Breakfast was probably better than the dinner. This is very much an American version of an Irish pub - basically an American bar with all sorts of green everywhere. The hostess was welcoming until she went to seat us at the table right next to the door when there was tons of open seating. So I asked for a different table and she seemed put off by the request. Our server was Brittney and she took our order. I ordered the Highlander Sliders and hubby ordered the Irish Stew and the Malted Vinegar Chips. I checked to be sure the sliders would be well done. When our food arrived, it all looked fairly good. The sliders were burnt, though. Well done doesn't equate to charring the outsides. They were dried out because of that but the sauce they use helped. They sliders came with fries. They were good. Hubby liked his stew but the chips didn't have any vinegar on them and were overly salted. They were served with French onion dip so that was good. Overall this was somewhat of a let down. I was really looking forward to a good dining experience but they missed the mark.
