Big mistake. 1) it's in the basement of an old folk's home and so it felt odd like we didn't belong, 2) it took over a half an hour to get our food, 3) some of our food was hot, some of it was warm, and some of it was cold. We were afraid to send any of it back because it could take another half hour, 4) the taste of the food ranged from mediocre at best to downright bland and awful, 5) the system for putting away your plates and trays is odd. When we had looked at photos of the menu beforehand, we thought this place would be like Kneaders. This is nothing like Kneaders. Stay far away from this place.

Then after hearing all the comments about their burgers, I had to swing back by downtown Grand Junction at 4th & Colorado . I went with the Tailwhip Bison flat-grilled burger and added jalapeños because, let's be honest, jalapeños make just about everything better. She had it with fruit and was happy that it wasn't the standard melon mix, it had blueberries, blackberries and grapes with only a few melon chunks. The only issue (if you're not familiar with the area) is parking, they share a too small lot with several other businesses. I mentioned that to the server and she said that there is under ground parking available. I'll remember that should we decide to visit again.
