Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's go!!.. My brother in law is a collector of guns, he calls it his hobby. So while I was visiting he asked if I wanted to go shooting at the range and of course I am a lover of guns as well ( but not to the extent of him ). But I haven't been to the gun range in quite some time so it was great to blow off some weapons. The gun laws in the state of Texas are a lot different then than the ones in Virginia and the licenses are as well. For instance his permits are valid in a lot more states than mine. Texas concealed weapons permit is honored by most states other than NY and NJ. ( I am from NYC, born and raised there and I know how strict the hun laws are there) and a couple of others where my concealed carry wis not valid in quite a few states..But enough of that because I could go on and on about the difference in gun laws between Texas are Virginia. Let's get back to this review!. My brother in law and I pulled up in the parking lot and walked in. There was a large selection of guns and ammunition to purchase to the right and also the line to wait for the gun range. To the left of the store when you walk in was a vending machine and the restrooms. The restroom was clean. My brother in law mentioned that this location was newly built and it showed. We stood in line, I had to fill out a waiver because it was my first time here. When we got to the register I just had to show my identification. My brother in law had his own weapons and gun chart papers so we didn't have to purchase theirs. We waited until they called his name and which stall was ready to use for practice!. I believe you pay by the hour, we were able and had enough time to use all the ammunition and new magazines he brought to try out at the range. I would definitely recommend this place for your gun purchasing and shooting range needs!.

Honestly great people I've bought now three fire arms with these guys and lady's I went in today for a ar-15 and the lady Kathryn I believe darker hair super nice and very experienced she knew exactly everything I asked about and she was very very nice and honest the last time it was a older guy grey hair that help me same thing super nice very experienced they made things go very smooth and fast and the selection they have pretty much everything if you are looking for something cool or fictional or for home defense

Very fun range. Professional, clean, attentive and secure! Highly recommended, 50$ for an hour and brought our own guns, Wednesdays they have a couple special for 25$ for 2 I believe!? Will return.

My family and I literally just left this establishment (if you want to call it that, it's more like a club and hangout spot). We paid for 2 lanes, among other things. First off (and maybe we should have turned around here), during the check-in we were advised that they no longer had rental ear muffs but we could purchase our own ear protection? I find this interesting given there are a set number of lanes, with (apparently) a set number of people that can be at each lane. So how do you not (at a minimum) have enough protection equipment available to cover maximum capacity. Plus some. Ok, no biggie we will purchase the protection. The next (and main) issue I have was that during our hour long rental, one of the lane's target line was shot out. Now, I may not be too bright (and I say that with all sarcasm) but it's very hard to pinpoint who and how exactly the lane was shot down. I mean, it's not like there are bullets flying everywhere, right? So, half of our party was advised the lane was out of order but they could shoot on our lane. No problem, except 1) we paid for two lanes, 2) there can only be two people on a lane and the others would need to wait outside, 3) the lanes are time. It sorta defeats the purpose of purchasing two lanes. Well since we planned an outing to celebrate my mom's birthday, let's just all leave since we can't all participate at once. Now at this time, we all still had about 20 minutes on each lane. So my thought is (maybe) we would be able to recoup something for no longer being able to use an entire lane that was paid for. The front desk associate advised we would need to discuss it with the manager. Ok. Reuben arrives to "assist" us and he is immediately combative. He doesn't greet, doesn't introduce, nothing. We explained the situation (which he knew because he came over with a bias). I asked if we could receive some kind of refund or accommodation. He said no on the refund. I responded with 'but we paid for two lanes for an hour. Is there another lane we can go to?' He responded with 'we don't have other lanes and you also shot down a lane'. Wait. Are you sure? Are there cameras you can confirm or have already confirmed this with? If not, who is to say that is true? He responds, well I know the lane to the right didn't, they are in here all the time. Oh, interesting. So is this customer profiling (when one members of our party on that lane used to have a membership at this location? Or are these your buddies? I responded with, are you certain of that? He respond with, 'it's a 90% chance you all shot it down'. Ah. Now we bring mathematics into the situation. I asked Rueben if he knew math, because I would really like to know the variables used to arrive at the 90% he just threw out. And again...even with that there is a 10% likelihood that his assumption was in fact false. As a manager, he should be trained in customer service (based on other review you all don't care about this but he won't go far), and conflict resolution. Why not offer to add the remaining time to our open lane? Offer an additional 20 minutes added to a feature lane reservation. Or say and explain for certain we caused the damage. Anything but the nonchalant and condescending treatment received. If they choose to respond at all, pay attention to their responses. Almost all of their responses to negative reviews goes something like 'it's not our fault xyz'. No accountability. No remorse. No empathy. This place and the manager sucks ass.

Great spot with lots of trained and learned individuals that can help you up your firearm knowledge or just get started, I just wish the prices were a little lower. The membership is a great deal though, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to get started in firearms training. Lots of choices in the rentals, but they do need to upkeep them as some of the rentals are prone to jamming and have to be cleaned/worked on more often.

Got a pretty new piece for my birthday this year and wanted to take it for a spin. All of the people here are so friendly and happy to help and share their knowledge. I've been to other ranges/shops in the area and they kinda scoff at you if you're not a bonafied pro or know exactly what you're looking for. I brought my dad to shoot when he was visiting and I found out he was a member! We got a discount on range time and the bullets. They even stacked a vet discount on it and made sure to thank my dad for his service before we went to our lane. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND FRIENDLY FACES WILL ALWAYS GET MY MONEY!! Thank you Range USA

Used to be a good place when it was Shoot Point Blank. I have spoken to Management about having a 223 round bounce back from the ceiling and hit me. No, I was not shot it was a bent round from a hipster and his friends renting a Tavor. I told them to watch aim when the Safety Officer should have caught it. I still have the bullet from the incident. Second they post sales on line and then make you wait for back orders for weeks if you get it all but full price items arrive within days. Finally what got me was a false advertised firearm on their website. I purchased a firearm that they had in stock. Paid. They took the money from my account and processed the order. They cancelled without reason and I had to call their corporate office. The corporate office stated that they would not sell a firearm that cheap. So why post it, run the order, and take my money? Dishonorable company. So I go because it used to be affordable and safe. Now the rebranding tells me unsafe as I still have that bullet in my possession so they can run a ballistics to check my story and review footage. Anyone can just use their lanes. They take money but not deliver products. They charge your accounts and cancel. Probably to show 4th quarter revenue while not having the actual product. Save time and shop mom and pop stores. This company has gotten too big and forgot where it came from. EDIT: The company has since this order cancelled my other back order. The operator was not looking for customer satisfaction when I called and suggested to cancel my membership. So if that is their view on customer satisfaction to cancel orders and be snarky then their customer base will move on and they will turn into the rest of the ghetto ranges that proper customers used to frequent. This appears to be another company that is failing. Good thing a new range that is Veteran Owned is opening a few minutes away.

This new indoor shooting range has been in a soft opening mode for a couple of weeks now and will officially open the weekend of Feb. 22, 2019. I went a few days ago to shoot and experience this new business. This is a national chain of shooting ranges rapidly opening new stores in Texas with this the first Houston area store and the next one opening in Humble soon. The store is in a new building and has its own large dedicated parking lot. Walking in the front door is a large room with many firearms (handguns and long guns) in display cases and on the wall. Also available for purchase is a large ammo display and other shooting gear. They have 2 classrooms and offer group and individual training. The shooting range part of the business consists of 20 lanes separated in two rooms. Each lane is 25 yards long. They offer both 1/2 hour and full hour rates for both handguns and long guns. Also lower special rates for lunchtime, seniors, military and police, ladies and a date night for 2 people. They require a liability waiver signed ever year and charge a fee of $3 for this. There are rental firearms too. You can also buy monthly memberships that are more affordable if you are going to be a frequent shooter. I paid for the waiver fee and a lunchtime half hour rate. Targets here are .99 each and not included in the range fee or you can bring your own. Once inside the lane area everything is new and nice. Each stall has a toggle switch to move your target to the desired distance with yard markers painted on the floor for reference. Lighting was adequate. The first room of 10 lanes can be viewed from the retail area through large windows. A range officer stays in the shooting area observing for rules compliance. My experience went well. Here they don't allow rapid fire nor drawing from the holster which are bummers in my opinion. That has to do with them being a national chain. What I liked here: flexibility of half hour rates along with other special rates, easy parking, large selection of firearms, ammo and shooting gear for sale and reasonable priced monthly memberships. What I didn't like: The $3 waiver charge, no rapid fire and not being able to do holster work here. I expect this facility will do well appealing to the novice/casual shooter.
