Well, no, I did not ask people in my neighborhood if they could hem my pants, that's why I went to quality cleaners as I've had pants hemmed here in the past. Each pair of pants I had hemmed in the past cost me $20, for each pair which is an outrageous price, but I need scrubs for school. I thought I would drop them off and do the same thing as before. Chris seemed bothered and annoyed by my business so I asked for my pants and bag back and he changed his voice and started mocking me, a would be customer who entered his dry cleaners. I highly advise everyone to be cautious as any grown "man" who changes his voice to mock a customer is not normal behavior. Run.

After receiving no notification for pickup, I called the Friday before her Saturday photoshoot only to find they had shuttered the shop for the weekend because the owner went out of town. I was forced to reschedule the entire production--photographer, hair, and makeup--all because they couldn't be bothered to communicate. When I finally picked up the dress on Monday, they charged me $175 for a handful of buttons only to inform me they didn't even have the machine to press it. They even had the nerve to gripe about the glitter the dress left behind. If the fabric or the timing was an issue, they should have refused the service so I could have gladly taken my business elsewhere. While the girl who did the alterations was super nice and did a great job, the rest of the staff was extremely rude. The woman at the counter was particularly classless, refusing to acknowledge or even look at my daughter and me. She actually kicked the dress with her foot to get around us rather than acting like a professional. Regardless of whatever personal biases they have, we were paying customers who deserved basic respect. There are much better places in town that actually value their clients. Do yourself a favor and go to Royal Cleaners downtown; they are sweet, family-owned, and actually professional.

She is always delightful and has a smile on her face. The service is great. We have had a problem every now and then but everyone does. They always make it right. The customer service and the service you get for your laundry is better than anyone in town. They are a cleaners who will remember your name and always try to help you if you are in a bind with time. More businesses need to hire more Veronica's because she cares about each of her customers. This customer will continue to go for the service and for the smile you get when you enter the door.

They did a marvelous job. I thought the service was better with a quicker turnaround time than I am used to in San Antonio. I brought in a dress that holds so much sentimental value. It was handmade by my mother for my graduation and I was terrified it wouldn't be salvageable. They treated it with such care and brought it back to life perfectly. Gabriel is very kind and it is so clear how much pride he takes in his craft. To top it off, the service was only $7.50.
