It depends on who you get as to whether you get a good massage or not. Many of the Masseurs are completely untrained. For example, Andy is excellent but Owen has no idea what he's doing. He tries hard but he has absolutely no training. It is the fault of the owner for hiring people who don't know what they're doing. Perhaps he is a relative. The other issue is they charge a 4% fee for using credit cards. What business in their right mind charges fees in a resort community? I realize they want cash so they don't have to report it but the owner should be smart and know her location and her customers. You should tell the customer there is a fee before you put it on their card. Not doing so is dishonest. Also we know you are not paying more than 1% yet you charge customers 4%. -Very good massage, Nana was my Technician on all my visits. She was terrific. Simply great massages. -Fantastic value -Free parking on the street -Easy to schedule -The physical store is not great. And the rooms wall's have openings on the top, so one can hear people talking in the other areas of the store and getting massages. Likewise the bedding and sheets. It is however clean and hygienic, as far as I can tell. This is the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 -I would certainly come back and recommend this spa. read more

I really don't like to write up negative reviews but I think I needed to at least comment on my(and my 6 friends) experience at this "Spa". My friends and I were visiting Palm Springs and we decided to All go get some reflexology on our feet. So we called the spa in advance and told them we had 7 people coming to get reflexology. They said they could accommodate all of us at once. So we all went in to get our reflexology/food rubs. I'm assuming that they didn't have enough trained staff to work on all of us at once. I've gotten literally hundreds of massages/foot rubs and reflexology, but sadly this was the Worst I've ever experienced. I couldn't wait for it to be over. We were all charged $40 plus tips for 30 mins for each of the 7 of us and the overall experience for us was really bad. I'm sorry I had to post this but maybe they do better work when it's only one or two people coming in. Very nice people working there. Just not trained well. read more

We came here because we were desperate despite the low reviews. It was totally empty when we came in on a Saturday evening. And I can see why!! It was one of my least favorable experiences. My massage lady had no technique and was just rubbing my feet. Until I asked her to harder...I seems to have set her off. And she seemed really pissy and her tone changed while she spoke in her native language to her coworker. Well she went hard on my back and she used her elbow...not in a good way, but with her pointy bony elbow in all the wrong spots. Again no technique whatsoever. It's pretty noisy in there with all the nightlife going around you can hear live performances and the bass of music. So it's hard to be relaxed. They try to turn up the music so it distracts the other noises, so it's just not a tranquil environment. We paid $40 for 1 hour (back and feet combo). And it was just that...feet for 29 mins, back for like 25 minutes all other parts like 4 min. She skimmed me of my minutes too. She seemed uninterested being there, and it made me feel uncomfortable the whole way through. And I was so tense from her lack of expertise. Well, 2 stars since my friend really liked her massage from a male. And I guess it did relax/ loosen up my scapula and shoulder as well. read more

My boyfriend and I have been going there for about a year. We use the couples room. My therapist is Steven and he is awesome. Linda is my boyfriend's therapist but she has given me massages and she is also the best! They make a wonderful team. We go there once a month to realign our bodies. There is no fluff with the salon but if you want some of the best massages in the world (and I've had many) this place is the best!!!!!!! read more

Well, if you ask them to go hard. They will. That is why I go to a male operator. You can't beat a good massage and they are worth the walk-in. Also, I always take a sanitary wipe (antibacterial wet-nap) to any massage parlor I go to especially if you have to place your face on the table or chair ring cushion. Not saying they aren't clean but if it's busy who knows if they wipe the tables down in those places. It was a decent relaxing experience. They could have been playing better music. The background music should be nature or instrumental so it helps you get relaxed. Both times I went in the past couple months, I heard what was exactly like Hall AND Oates except Asian covers. It's real simple. The Thai staff there does not speak any English...even enough to indicate what kind of massage you want. they sent me in to a room with a young twink guy who was about 100 lbs soaking wet. He also could not understand English and began to "kneel on my back" even though I ordered a basic Swedish massage. Said his name was Paul. LOCALS AND TOURIST. I haven't gone in several months to this poorly maintained dirty place! The chairs they sit you in are years and years old made out of cushions that now smell so they drop the chairs in towels. The odor comes through. Today I went again and they reminded me why. If you are a tourist big warning don't go in they'll rip you off. Every single time I go into the spa they play with money they said no you didn't put this out but I did. They take advantage of me and they ripped me off every time Saying no I didn't put the money out but I know I did. This is a really bad place. Be very careful cautious they do not speak English they fake it and they take your money. Then they take more of your money. But I have not even reviewed the service. They are only supervised under one person The owner who helps rip off the customers. They play with money to take more of it. They are wholly on untrustworthy! I can't believe I went there again I forgot they are are awful people. if they get a chance to rip you off they will. and someone there needs to learn to speak English because you're losing the locals. This spa also lost my friend who always goes and everyone else I will tell. THESE PEOPLE DISRESPECT OTHERS, DON'T GO THERE! I have been here a few times when my regular guy is not available. I have had excellent foot massage every time. I believe the man's name was "Joe". So, for feet, I would say yes. I have not had a body massage here, but I did have a back massage. It was a little bit hard at times, but overall I have been pleased with both the price and the treatment. It's also very clean here. How in the world does this place have a 4 star average?? We called the spa at the hotel we were staying at and when they were booked we thought hey let's save a little money and go to a less spa like place for some massages!? Wrong choice. I called and made appointments for 1130. When we arrived at 11:30 we were told they were very busy and we would need to wait 20 minutes. We should have walked out. After 15 minutes a lady from a sister massage spot came in to take my husband to that location. As I waited about 15 more minutes. I was finally asked to go to a Room for my service. The massage would have been good except the man stopped 3 times to answer his cell phone that was on the highest ring tone volume and chat for a minute. Then to walk out of the room to answer the shop phone about 3 times and Stop to yell at a co worker a few times. As you can imagine it was the least relaxing hour of my life. I have been to MANY of massage places like this. You get a better price for forgoing the "spa quality" like nice sheets and walls that aren't paper thin. So I know that when you pay 40 for an hour your not going to be at a world class place but I have never had someone take multiple phone calls during a treatment! My husband said the Same of his experience at the sister store. He was also a little annoyed about the fact that he started with one employee and then when her next appointment arrived she asked him if she could get someone else to finish his massage.
