RAD Testing and Mobile Collections is a facility in the Quest Diagnostics network located closest to me, although alternate sites listed included ARCpoint Labs, Collection Plus, and actual Quest Diagnostics locations. Was sent in for pre-employment drug screening. Drug screen hours are 9am-4pm M-F. 2.5 stars. I've seen better (have gone to actual Quest labs and Dignity Health before for these things), but overall OK. The other reviews so far are either only 1 star or 5, and I was wary before choosing this site, so I'll throw in my two cents. Easy enough to find, in a business park past the KAIA Fit, parking spaces fine. RAD? More like sad little office, not sure if it's the building's actual age or just the decor/lighting. The waiting room wooden chairs were creaky and the doors to the rooms were squeaky too (the girl apologized for this). Fake plants, some magazines on a table at the center of the waiting area. Staring at the dull gray carpet too long will start to suck at your soul. The brunette checked me in no problem, I brought the necessary ID and printed barcoded form for the clipboard so just had to wait my turn. One person ahead of me and one after, around 10am on a Tuesday. The guy behind the window didn't interact with donors at all, mostly on the computer. The guy ahead of me was provided cups of water, I presume he didn't drink enough the first time or had to go again for a second time. Only one bathroom which meant longer wait. Shylo was my collector. In the front room you lock up your belongings, remove items from pockets, outer clothing layers, etc. in a wooden box and verify information on the tablet. That room also seemed to be used for storage of boxes of Quest supplies and was immediately to the left of entrance accessible directly from the waiting room. The process was fine, washing hands observed and seat cover offered, no TP. Cup had no lid as it would be transferred to the smaller tubes and signed off and sent to the lab (this is strictly a collection site). Sample/specimens had to be the right temperature, color, odor (seriously?). Results in a few days usually. Chain of custody form donor copy available via printout, email or text. I did feel like I was there at least 20-30 minutes though. Not rapid like their name says. Strangely semi-professional at best I would call it. read more

No one up front only 2 people a head of me took over an hour. No one greeting people. And lets talk about how rude they are when they do finally grace you with their time. The girl in back says she is the only one doing the tests but 3 other employees just ignore everyone. I would NEVER wish this poor customer service time draining experience on ANYONE !!! Very rude and unprofessional. Id go elsewhere. Would not recommend this place. Sent here by my employer for a urine test. The hispanic girl who does the testing is very rude and unprofessional. They basically search you like a criminal and threaten you with refusal to test if you question there unprofessional practices. read more

Honestly I don't write reviews for anything but this place is a no go, got there for a pre employment drug test today and everything went well until the crossed eyed lady decided to smell my pee & told me the odor was off then she proceeds to tell me that I needed to be observed during my test, however the male who was going to observe was very unprofessional, he was wearing basketball shorts and a shirt that barely covered his stomach! I felt extremely uncomfortable with the situation. I went to a different facility & passed no issues. read more

This place is in NEED of a restaff the cross eye lady doesn't care about nothing but getting off at 4 I was there 15 minutes before closing and she said she couldn't take me because they close at 4 and if I have trouble us the bathrown someone would have to stay . read more

Went to get a pre-employment urine drug test done today and it left a lot to be desired. They open at 9 am and you need a photo ID, just a heads up for anyone going. The location is easy to find and parking is easy. Most of the staff is cordial enough as well. The office itself is run down and sad, the collection area is gross and used for storage as well. I used the restroom and gave a good sample and was told that my urine didn't "smell enough". I went first thing in the morning without eating or drinking anything besides water, it was probably my second pee of the day. I brought up that I was likely over-hydrated and they did not care and threw out the specimen and treated me like a criminal for the rest of my visit. I was wearing sweat shorts and a sports bra/tshirt with flip flops. I don't know where they think I'd be hiding anything. I drank 3 more cups of water and gave another sample that looked and smelled the exact same to me but was accepted. Very strange experience, never had one like it. read more

I have some advice for anyone coming here for a pre-employment drug test based on the recent experience of a friend who is not a Yelper. They had to pee over the line on the cup, 30ml (about 1/2 ounce) but didn't quite make it. That cup had to be discarded and they then were given water to drink until they felt ready to pee again enough. If they were unable, that would count as a "refusal" and they'd have to get another set of paperwork from their future employer and return. So, make sure you have enough water in your system and possibly most importantly, don't eat salty foods before you go (pun intended.) They were finally successful after drinking five more cups of water. read more

I gave one star because I didn't need to make appointment On the other hand! I took my employee Pre drug screen and I was made to feel like I was smuggling pee! I took the URINE sample and the temperature read but that wasn't enough pee for them! ( pee above the line!) The young girl put a timer for two minutes ( barely time to ask for toilet cover and pull pants down and possession cup) and let it go off when I was trying to concentrate on hitting the cup! I am already SHY to use the restroom!!!! I was given another 4 cups of 4 once water and re-took the test! Sitting in a crowded office with NO CHAIRS! read more

Worst drug test experience ever! I was up early to test at 9am & then on to work. I was # 4 to be seen. This one lady was assisting me was literally annoying! Empty your pockets, undo your belt & put your stuff in the locker. I finally got to pee, and she yells in for me to hurry up because the test won't read after 4 mins. THERE IS NO TOILET PAPER in the stall & they want you to come out without cleaning yourself & they will hand you the toilet paper...GROSS! I over filled the collection cup as I had been drinking water before I got there. She said it wasn't enough to read the temperature?!? I'm like HUH? She then threw it out! I was pissed because I had to get to work! I really wanted this new job, so I asked what now. So, I sat & drank 4 cups of water to repeat the process. It was even worse the 2nd time around and I was told the same thing. The test was unreadable due to the temperature. I had no idea what it meant, but she said if I leave it's a fail. It's now 1045 am & I was shocked because I didn't quite understand what was going on! I overheard several other people saying how they were glad they didn't get the lady helping me because she was ridiculous and that she was! I emailed the new job & the said no worries & she sent me to a place on Arden to do the drug test. I quickly drove over! The environment was totally different & relaxing. I took the test, passed & i'll start my new job on 9/26. I wouldn't go back to that previous place EVER! read more

I have been in here a couple times. Two times with my boyfriend and the older woman is extremely nice and very welcoming explains the process amazing. I also have been in two times recently by myself. First time I went in every single staff member was being rude. I walk in no one says Hi or welcome. The owner was discussing a patients results and information so everyone in the building can hear. Very awkward. The Medical Assistant with glasses is very serious, doesn't explain the process, didn't offer toilet paper or a toilet seat cover. But the other medical assistant with blonde hair offered it to the person who went after ME! I felt very uncomfortable to be honest. I didn't end doing my test because I didn't "pee" enough and came back the next day more prepared (make sure you drink lots of water or you'll be waiting in their cold boring lobby forever). Same situation staff in a incredibly bad mood. If anything they were surprise I showed up again. Medical Assistant with blonde hair doesn't even SPEAK. She doesn't Hi, Welcome, take a seat, I'll be with you in a moment, NOTHING. I get on the phone with my sister (the staff are just having a conversation in the back taking about 10 mins) and my sister asked what I was doing and I told her I was doing my urine test and I told my sister on the phone that I felt like they were being rude and taking a long time. Tell my why the owner cane out the back and literally started yelling at me because I said they were being rude. If you don't greet your patients or customer or whatever we are then YES you are being RUDE. LITERALLY. They didn't want to do my urine test and told my employer that I refused to take my test. I ended up going to Collection Plus to take my test and it's crazy how you can tell the difference from ONE STAFF MEMBER TO ANOTHER! Everyone at collection plus was extremely friendly and welcoming.
